The food was excellent as well as the service. It was busy but the service was constant but not rushed. We truly enjoy dining at Harry's.

I thought the service and ambiance was awesome. Our waiter was very gracious and helped us prepare for a birthday (candles on dessert). It's really an upscale, trendy place with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The food tasted great and looked great too. Regrettably, I was disappointed with two items - 1) the portions of the food are just so large it's difficult to eat all of it - it's just way too much and 2) we were there Feb 16, 2018 and there were no chicken dishes on the menu at all - none. There was salmon, duck (which I am not fond of) and a pork chop (as well as many beef/steak items). I selected the pork chop and while I continued to cut into it, it kept getting less and less cooked until it had a definite pink hue to it - no thanks. My other guests enjoyed themselves, so that's good. I'll call next time to see if they have chicken on the menu - if not, I'll go someplace else.

Large main dining room and very crowded on Valentine's Day - I suspect a few extra small tables were put in place - but the service and food were simply excellent. Despite the crowd, we were seated within 5 min. of our reservation. Brian/Bryan was a busy server but attentive w/o being overly so - lots of personality and a good recommendation on the Girardin Cuvee Saint-Vincent Cotes D'Or (which, commendably, was the normal 1/2-off Harry's offers on Wednesdays, despite this being a holiday). My small Caesar salad was a good size/appetizer, with a tasty dressing that wasn't overpowering, as most are. The little lady ordered the Petite Filet Oscar; I had the 10 oz. Prime Rib, which came with Rosemary Au Gratin potatoes. We are demanding diners. These dishes were spectacularly good, cooked just as ordered. No room for dessert but we finished the wine ;) Best of all, we were not in the least bit rushed despite the demand for tables this night. Splendid.

Lobster ($64!) was not cooked through.
Fries limp and tasted odd.
Asked for medium prime rib and was served rare cut.
Management gave us free dessert - but we feel that with their price point and reputation they really need to look at their kitchen staff.

We frequent Harry's about eight times a year. Usually everything is superb but this time everything was mediocre from the food to the service to the overall feeling in the whole restaurant don't know what was off. Very disappointed
