The server we had was very nice, the only problem was he kept apologizing that our food was taking so long. But when the food finally arrived it was cold. It was an expensive meal for it to be cold.

Went for the Bears game brunch. Had 6 people. Nobody thought there food was very good. It wasn’t “bad” but for Harry Caray’s prices it was subpar at best. It’s a shame because its fun to do this then go to the game. For that price they need to step it up.

Went in to watch college football on a Sat morning. Place was clean and the service was good. They served our food quickly, accurately and kept the drinks coming. It is right at the front of the Navy Pier building, if you are in the area I would recommend trying it out

Restaurant was half full, Friday at 615PM. Hostess wanted to seat us next (very close) to another table and I asked for a booth as there were three open She said, sorry, those are reserved. I said reserved for whom? I said, let's ask the manager and then she said, oh, I can give you that one. We both ordered salads (excellent) and the chicken pot pies. The chicken pot pies are really just the insides in a soup bowl with a square pastry (looks like toast) on top. The Pot Pie was warm, not hot. Flavor was pretty bland, put a lot of salt and pepper into it. Service was good. Good looking restaurant but could up their game a bit.

The chicken pot pie was very disappointing-not very tasty and the chicken was stringy and hard.

Very nice server and trainee. Service was good.
My friend said her harvest chicken salad was very good, and my burger was good…a little small (big bun) and perhaps I expected a great flavor. But it was fine.

This version of Harry Caray’s at Navy Pier is strictly a burger joint with a few institutional add ons. They wouldn’t validate parking because we didn’t use the valet. (Where was it?) It said ‘bbq & burgers. There was no bbq. Waitress Raquel was excellent and apologetic.

We went on a Friday night - our first time there. We were given a table right next to the live music. We asked to be moved to someplace further away so we could hear o ourselves talk. They moved us just 4 tables down. Thank God that group finally took a break so we could at least talk to each other at some point during the meal. They ran out of silverware, for some reason. We had to eat our food with cheap plastic forks. Our server got our food order wrong, but she never came back to check, so we just ate it. We ordered another round of drinks that never came. Finally, I raised my voice so she could hear me walking by and just asked for the check. I made sure the drinks weren't on there, and they weren't. We just wanted to get out. Such a disappointment.

Food was mediocre at best. There was a live band playing when we went and the hostess sat us right in front of them (before they started playing). It would have been nice to have a choice because once the band started playing, we couldn’t hear each other talk anymore. I have had good meals at other Harry Carays so I think this is just the location.

Cold food. Chicken pot pie was.gooey and unappetizing, small portion for the price. Pulled pork tasted like it was done in a microwave oven, not a bbq smoker. Good french fries, good cole slaw. Service was ok. Amazing collection of sports news pages. Won’t be going back.

Made reservations for a Starwars trivia night a week in advance. Got to the hostess right ok time. It took them about 5 mins to figure out where to put us. Then they sat us in front of the open doors that are next to the patio. That would be fine…In the summer. But it was 55’ out and I was wearing a skirt and didn’t have a coat. I was freezing. Trivia started about 30 mins late because they couldn’t figure out how to work the sound. We ordered food and a drink off the special menu. The food was cold after 2 mins of sitting on the table because of the open door. We asked if they could close it (there were 3 other doors also open) and they said no because of how full the place was and COVID. If they are going to make customers sit in the cold for hours maybe they need to rethink their seating strategy. I know I’ve been to places equally packed that were indoors. I wanted a nice date night out with my fiancé and ended up a frozen popsicle with a cold ruined dinner and didn’t even order a second drink cause I was too cold. This was my first time at Harry Caray’s and I’ll never go back to this location again. Not even if they had another Starwars trivia night.

I know places are shorter staffed but we are still expected to pay even higher prices. The drinks were incredibly slow, we asked 6 different servers getting up each time for silverware which finally came 12 minutes after receiving our rather tasteless food. I would not recommend coming here for a good long while.

The menu here has changed over the years and morphed into pub fare: sandwiches, salads mine was dry. The star here? The location, the old school decor, the water and the mix of uplit trees & hanging lights. Just the thing to wind down the day- simply spectacular

Very impressed with the establishment. This will be a must for all future visits to Chicago.

Dining options provided an entree that appealed each of our diverse pallets. Each plate was visually appealing. The drinks were all exceptional until we got to my wife's margarita, it was unappealing and sub-par in comparison to other items ordered.

The server E?, was a total delight and made our dining experience surreal. Looking forward to my next visit and will plan on enjoying the Thursday evening entertainment which was sensational. This was my only regret that time would not permit us to enjoy the vocalist longer.
