don't go the food is bad. I ordered my steak medium and it came back well done so they brought me another steak and it was very rare. I sent that back it it was still rare but I ate it anyway.

We selected Harry Caray's to celebrate the purchase of a new home. My steak was excellent as were my drinks and sides. My companion was not so lucky...his steak was tough, though his beer and sides were very good. I would suggest the filet over any other cut of meat given our experience. Brussel sprouts are a great choice for a side dish and it is certainly big enough for two people to share. Our waiter was very accommodating, the service was attentive but not invasive.

Food was delicious. Service was a little less to be desired. Server was apparently overwhelmed with too many tables and we waited quite some time for our cocktails. One of our guests had to send her dinner back as it was not correct. We were all then waiting to say grace and begin our meals as we also all had to wait. Will return again but probably at a different time of the evening so we can get better service.

Our waiter was rude and dismissive. My party of 8 spent almost $1000 and we did not appreciate that kind of service. I would not recommend this restaurant because of the server we had.

The food and service was terrific. The eggplant parmigiana was some of the best I have ever had. Great dining experience

Lots of different choices on the menu for everyone to choose from. We hadnt been to a Harry Carays but went for a birthday lunch and all six of us liked our choices. Good experience, good food, good service-- means we will be back.

We went to Harry Carry’s for dinner on Thanksgiving and I was disappointed. The turkey was dry, the sides were just okay and the table was too small to fit the 2 huge plates they used to serve the food. McCormick & Schmicks was much better last year for Thanksgiving dinner.

Waited 30 minutes after arrival to get seated despite having reservations. After being sat waited another 20 minutes for water and start of service. Waiter was condescending to all he waited on. Thanksgiving “buffet “ had empty trays that were never refilled ( who runs out of sweet potatoes?)

Went here for Thanksgiving and was very disappointed. Our server was attentive AT FIRST, then he got two 5 tops after us. After he took our order we never saw him again until it was time for the bill. My daughter and I shared the dry aged New York and it came out on one plate. They didn't even split it for us in kitchen or bother to bring an additional plate. It was entirely over cooked and dry. I waited for several minutes hoping to see my server to tell him, but he never came. We also were never checked on by a manager. Overall I was not satisfied and will not be going back again.

Very good food. I had the seafood pasta special and a caesar salad. Both were excellent. The seafood was extremely fresh. The salad was not over dressed. The french wine choices were very goo too. One downfall, there is no valet parking.

Edgar the waiter was just awesome! Made you feel right at home and on the ball baby. Food is always good. Not the best of best Chicago Steak house but the staff really does a great job at making you feel important and always on top of the ball.

First time at Harry Caray's, and it won't be the last! The menu was surprising interesting with selections of steaks, chops, and pasta. The side dish of corn brulee was sweet and tasty. The steaks were made as ordered. Servers we accommodating and attentive.

I had a reservation for the dinning area. I got there early and the girl at the desk said the dinning room wasn't opened yet. I should just sit and eat in the bar its a full dinner menu served there.

I told her I had a reservation for the dinning room and wont mind waiting since I had someone with me that had never experienced the restaurant. she then told me I might as well eat in the bar the restaurant was over booked.
Okay the restaurant is over booked, not opening for 15 minutes and no one was ahead of me waiting. I find this to be a problem.
Nicole was our server in the bar. she did a great job. but that's not the point.
The girl was snotty, I had a reservation , I wasn't a walk in.

I guess I will be going else where when I am in the Rosemont area.

The food wasn't like it used to be. i think they switched chefs or something.

Go some where else, I don't recommend this location any more.

The food was very good, but we were not super impressed with the waitstaff. He came around a bit, but was put off by the fact that we knew what we wanted to order and that he didn't get to read the specials in full. He got a bit of an attitude with us about it. It was more passive aggressive. I'm in the service industry, so I take note of these things. If you're paying $30 for an entree, you shouldn't be dealing with an annoyed waiter for no apparent reason. Other than that, the food came out quickly and was delicious. Was the perfect location for seeing a show at the Arena.

Odd location - inside a Holiday Inn. Were told bread and oil would be delivered, but never was until we asked about it and it arrived with our meals. Wrong mashed potatoes were served with meal. Ordered the special with was grilled filet - a lot of fat. It was not worth the price. My water glass was not filled the entire night until the check arrived - ended up having to drink husband's water during meal. Not worth the price.

Had a very nice evening and dinner Saturday night. The fried calamari appetizer is by far the best you will find anywhere. Surf and turf was exceptional also. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the entrees and was quite attentive also. Overall a great dining experience.

Brought two guests from Mexico City. They had never been to this restaurant before. These are people who do a lot of travelling, and have eaten at many fine restaurants. They were VERY pleased with the entire evening, the quality of the food and the service.
