Your typical sports bar version of the original Harry Caray's. Food was good, not great. Service was eh. Our waiter had very little personality and was not around often enough to rate a higher review.

We had an open table reservation and got in within 15 minutes of our time - others were waiting 1.5 hours. We got served quickly and had great food!

Food was great! Loved the gluten free options. Waiter was friendly and attentive. A bit pricey for a non-fancy restaurant, but portions are huge and food is good. We were seeing a saw at the Broadway Playhouse. It was very convenient.

Very good food & service. Not too loud for a busy sports bar. Loved the free entry to the Chicago Sports Museum. Great find for kids of all ages. Will go back & recommend this restaurant to friends!

the only thing that really disappointed me was that the beer wasn't cold. I ordered a bottle of Michelob Ultra and it was room temperature.
then I asked for a frosted glass and was told you didn't have any.
so I ordered a draft beer.

really, don't have cold bottled beer and don't have frosted glass.

not cool.

Reception told my guests I had not arrived and there was no reservation so they were seated. When I came in they checked off my reservation and seated us on the other side. Took us a half hour to find each other. Not the end of the world but not the best. The employees were very friendly but the service was spotty. I will say they were incredibly busy that day too which I am sure lead to the confusion.

Group of 6 girls went shopping and here for lunch. It was wonderful and making a reservation through open table worked out perfect. We did not have to wait for a table.

I made the reservations mo the in advance. We wanted to go to the museum as well. We were not given an opportunity to change our reservation due to the museum being unavailable as a private event had been arranged.

Came here because we had came by it last year but there was a 2 hour wait. This year we made reservations and our expectation were high. We were very disappointed though. The nachos were delicious and worth the price, but my friends chicken tacos were dry and tasted off. I had the Harry burger and I had asked for cheddar cheese instead of gouda and the cheddar cheese was strange. It wasnt melty, but almost like a cheese spread. My Pepsi was flat. Our waiter was very accommodating to our complaints tho and the manager even stopped at our table and was very professional.

Ate here on a Saturday afternoon before a kid's theatre performance nearby. Prompt, courteous and helpful server who was attentive to 6-9 year old's food tastes,. Food was really good, especially my fried chicken plate that also had great mac, bacon and cheese as a side. Wife had dietary restrictions that were accommodated nicely.

Dinner at Harry Caray’s was the perfect end to a day of shopping in downtown Chicago. All of us, 4 tired adults, 1 moody teenager, a 10 year old with attitude and an 18 month old who was just happy playing with his toy cars, had a wonderful dinner that arrived promptly and correctly. There are a couple food allergies in our group that were accomodated perfectly. Highly recommend for a casual dinner with family and friends.

Our first and last time at this restaurant. We thought it would obviously be a great time to watch the Cubs play LA in the Championship Series on their big screens. But they had spotty service and then lost the signal so we couldn't watch the game. So we streamed the game on Hulu on my son's cell phone until we could get the check to leave. We had to wait a long time for service even though the restaurant was not crowded. We ordered a cupcake for my BD which tasted like cardboard that had freezer burn. Very disappointing and we will not return.

I would have given this place 5 stars because I love it and you can get whole wheat buns for your burgers but the music was way too loud! that and they were out of the glasses they sell. I'm from Houston and it's not like I get to go here all the time.

We always enjoy Harry Caray's. Excellent service/servers and the food is very good as well. You might want to mention to your server your preference for salt on your selection. If you don't, you may get more than you want.

Food was good but had issues and had to be sent back. Overall service a bit lackluster.

Main server was very slow and took over 10 minutes to get me the bill in a half empty dining room. Spend your money elsewhere.

Second time dining here. Good food and atmosphere just like the first time. Another great experience. Will definitely be going here again when we come back to Chicago. TIP FOR DINERS: Ask for the Harry Caray booth to see up close memorabilia from this late legendary Cubs announcer. GO CUBS!

We made a reservation online for 8:30 pm but were not informed that the restaurant was closing at 9:00 until we arrived. We felt that we were rushed to order, eat and leave. Had we known that our reservation was so close to the restaurant closing time, we would not have eaten there that night. The food was mediocre for the price we paid.
