Chicken burger had a strange biscuit bun. Children's menu didn't provide a balanced meal. Couldn't order a cooked vegetable except fries. Disappointing.
Great food and atmosphere! We visited from Madison for the day. We had a group of five aand were all very happy.
Our kids absolutely love the restaurant and sports museum. Perfect place for families.
I would recommend this place however, the server got our drinks wrong, our appetizers wrong and our meals wrong. Not only that, we were overcharged by $70. Now I will say though that the food was pretty good and the other servers and manager were very friendly and helpful in getting everything resolved.
Good food, good service
Great sports bar look and a WONDERFUL interactive sports museum but hard something to eat that is not greasy. Deep fried pickles and a very odd edition of Chicago’s classic Italian Beef sandwich are especially bad. Great place for kids but not real adults unless the are drinking heavily.
Really great staff helped us find our game to watch. Great food
Perfect place for a casual dining experience following a long day of baseball. Plenty of TV's to watch college football, good cocktail menu and sufficient beer list for the guys. The chicken biscuit was excellent and the sweet potato fries were some of the best I've had. Service was a little slow initially, but I would definitely go back. Bonus is that you get free admission the the Chicago Sports Museum with your meal purchase. And take the express elevator up to the 7th floor and you get to hear Harry sing.
predictable food, but fine this a nice place to avoid large crowds on the busy Mag Mile. Food is Ok, service usually very good and a pretty neat sports museum next door. Not quit the buzz of the HC's in River North, but that's the point - simpler more casual food/menu and a more family oriented atmosphere.
This was my family's first time here. The burgers were some of the best we've ever had. The sweet potato fries were out of this world. We'd recommend this to all of our friends. And free admission to the Sports Museum as well. It was an incredible museum. Lots of interactive experiences and memorabilia. Will definately go back.
Great service overall! The promotion when you eat first, you get to enter the Chicago Sports Museum for free is an amazing deal! Great staff to serve you as well, dad and I really enjoyed our visit.
We were disappointed to find the main part of the museum was closed, but I didn't check the calendar before making our reservations.
This is just an average chain type restaurant. Not worth the price. Flatbread pizza little flavor, Nachos -just ok, Fried Pickles - lots but thick breading, Veggie Burger and Hamburger were average. Will not be back. I have been to the Italian Restaurant by Harry Carey and that was good. So was disappointed in this one.
Good for just a sandwich and a drink. Does NOT carry the dinner items one finds at other Haray Caray location. Great location in the city and excellent server. (Oddly, manager was unaware that a 20% discount for theater goers and forced me to prove it to her by pulling it up on my phone. Kinda rude!)
The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. She made sure that my husband had a wonderful birthday here and we really enjoyed our first experience here.
We made reservations for lunch and anticipated surprising our 10 year old grandson with lunch followed by a visit to the museum. We were very disappointed as was he when we were told the museum was closed due to a special event. WHY DIDN’TYOU TELL US THAT when we made our reservation? The manager did give us 4 complimentary Rickey’s to the museum for a return visit. The food was fair. One of sandwiches, a chicken club on croissant was fair. Problem is that the croissant was cold, almost frozen!
Don’t think we’ll return to the restaurant. If we are in the area, we might try the museum.
We are sorry that the museum was closed during your visit. The Museum closes occasionally for private events and those dates can be found on the calendar on our website. We appreciate your feedback about the food and will be looking into your comments. We hope you will be back to join us at the Museum soon. Thank you and again, we apologize.
We came for my sons birthday and they were great!! My son had so much fun.

A very positive experience food atmosphere and service that was outstanding. our server Regina was a gem ! Would definitely return when in the area. Very relaxed and friendly crew ! Kudos to the Bartender as well great drinks
Thank you very much for the great review and for joining us at Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch! So great to hear you had such a wonderful experience! We hope to welcome you back again in the future!
Great service w children under 12
Our waiter was excellent. Our table was off balance and without any issues he got some leveling pieces and we got our table level. He was quick to help when asked and worked hard which was appreciated. The food (burgers) was served quick and was filling. The prices were on par with any sports bar in the area. Not too pricey and I felt we got good value with what we ordered. Check out the museum....It was fun with our kids.
Thank you for joining us at Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch! We are so glad you had a great experience at Harry's and the Chicago Sports Museum and hope you will be back to see us again in the future!
Wonderful staff. Very pleasant. Great food.
I have been here before. Today’s experience was total opposite of last visit. I had a reservation. Place was almost empty at 12;30 pm. and we were still seated by 2 large parties. Staff shortage. Food was awful. Greasy, tasteless burger and never got the mustard I requested more than once. No taste, watery chocolate shake. Fries were ok. Probably will not go back.
The gazpacho was WONDERFUL! I would love the recipe!!! I also loved the Beyond burger (although I omitted the goat cheese).
The wait staff was very attentive and also very helpful.
We enjoyed seeing the sports museum. That was a good way to spend our extra time before the show.
We will be returning whenever we go to LookingGlass Theatre or also for other occasions in this area.
Sorry to say the food we had was awful. Probably should have ordered a burger ND been safe.
Poor server who could not process our 20 percent discount for same day ticket for Lookingglass Theater. Confused and did not know about the discount advertised on website. Said discount was on the bill but it was not even though he took my ticket with him. Went back to manager again. Incompetence and seemed they wanted to cheat us. Very, very slow service with only a handful of tables occupied. Will not go back.
Highly recommend checking this place out and special thanks to our server Jordan who recognized it was my birthday and was very thoughtful! Also a great place to catch the ballgame
Great first visit!
Great having you at Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch! We hope to welcome you back again next time you're in town!
Put it on your bucket list! We’ve always want to go and this trip we did....was a little noisy for my taste...but it is a sports bar so expect noise!!
Thank you so much for joining us at Harry's! We hope you will be back to see us again in the future!
We went on a Tuesday, we got parmesan wings they were dry and burnt big puddle of oil just on the plate was gross. We also got the spinach dip with chips was good. I got the mac and cheese burger was just so blane and it might as well been a regular burger with no seasoning. I got parmesan fries was just soggy and nasty. I did get a coffee shake and was the best part of the entire meal. I wouldn't go back i wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Tourist trap!! Awful food - overly salted! Skip it.
Service was great throughout. We had a large group and they were more than willing to accommodate us.
Food was excellent. Service was a little slow (there was a number of large tables) but at least the server kept us informed on what was going on with our order.
They could not change any of the channels to watch sporting events. The service was also slow
Need more wait staff
Food was delicious and service was great. The sports museum is part of the restaurant and free admission if you eat there.
I'm sure the over all experience would have been fine, however, our reservation was at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. We did not realize the restaurant closed at 6 and last call at the bar was 545. Poor judgment on their part to take reservations so close to when they are locking up for the night. I think it's safe to say that diners will be in the establishment for at least 90 minutes. We felt very rushed and then the staff vaporized once the restaurant officially closed.
Easy quick service and great food
The atmosphere was great! Lots of cool sports memorabilia. The service was fantastic! However the food was mediocre, and for the price we would not return.
Our first visit to Harry Caray's and we will definitely be back! A quintessential Chicago experience!
Thank you so much Denise! We are so glad to hear that and we hope you will be back to visit us at any of our Harry Caray's locations again very soon!
Waiter spilled bbq sauce on my friend did not says sorry. It got on her $200 jeans and it was just very unprofessional. They did not give a discount or a manager come over it was very weird the way the handled it. Will not be going back
