We made a reservation for our daughter’s 17th birthday as this is our typical family dining location. We were rather disappointed in our experience, which is unusual. We had a reservation for 615 and did not get seated until approximately 640. We’ve been ordered appetizers and drinks, preceded by our dinner selection. We received our appetizer and salad almost immediately before our main course of dinner. Service was slow, and again, not typical of our past experiences.

Sam did a great job serving us this evening. Food was excellent as always. Just disappointed that the prices are very high. Appetizer was said to come with 3 pieces so we uncharged to get a 4th. Was worried there would not be enough to share for 4 of us. $2.00 for one extra ravioli?! Then when it arrived raviolis were all halved so we ended up with 8 pieces.

Amazing experience. It was a very important dinner to me so I asked them to make it special beforehand, and they absolutely delivered. The appetizer, entree, and dessert were all perfect and the service was amazing. It was not a cheap dinner by any means, but it was well worth the price and I cannot recommend it enough!

Our server was quite nice, but service was very slow and she forgot one of our party's drinks. He didn't get his wine until about 45 minutes after being seated. Drinks from the bar were so slow that we felt like we had to order another one when the first was served. One member of our party received an undercooked steak, and even after sending it back, it still came out undercooked. It was nice of the restaurant to comp the meal. Our overall meal took 2.5 hours, and we were not slow to make our decisions. This is our third bad/slow experience at this location, so it's doubtful that we'll be back.

My husband and I made a last min reservation. Was able to get in quickly. The food was great and the service was spectacular. Jordan was out server and she made us feel comfortable and attentive. We understood that the restaurant was busy. There was a cheerleading convention so the place was back with teenage girls. It was alil disappointing that we couldn’t have a quiet dinner but we understand the situation. Thanks to the H&I team for making our last min dinner fantastic.

We’ve been going to Harry and Izzy’s a few times since moving to Indiana and I must say it’s our favorite spot. We like to sit at the bar and Lionel and Mo are the most welcoming and efficient servers that not only remember you, but remember your drink and dinner order! That’s so rare these days. It’s so nice to find a place where the food, ambiance and staff are all good. Thanks to Lionel and Mo we will be going here as long as you guys are here :).

We come to Indy every year for cheer and Harry & Izzy is a must stop. The shrimp cocktail is a must. My wife also had the toasted ravioli, very good. My wife had a great Caesar salad and the penne Alfredo which was good but how different can you make one? The show stopper was the Prime Rib pizza. The best pizza I have every had and I was in NY last month and ate pizza 4 times. This pizza was AMAZING! Going back for lunch tomorrow.

Perfect anniversary evening! Sam, our server, was spectacular with his suggestions and descriptions of menu items, the setting was beautiful and quiet enough to chat, and we loved everything we ordered: the Near and Dear cocktail, the shrimp cocktail (always a Must), iced tea, spinalis (OMG get it while you can), dry aged KC strip, mashed potatoes, and peanut butter pie for dessert. Memorable meal and experience.

Our server DJ was excellent & so rest the rest of the table staff. Food as always was perfect! As we were walking out another random staff member took the time to walk us around and tell us about the history and ownership of the restaurant. You don't see service like that anymore. Overall an excellent experience.

We love Harry and Izzy’s. We went there with friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our friends had never been there. Unfortunately, they brought our salads right before the appetizers. It seemed like our entrees took longer than normal. They put my friends leftovers on a tray with another table’s food. She was appalled. The manager did comp our salads, prepare another entree to go and took it off the bill. She made the best of the situation. We were there for over two and a half hours. I was sorry that this was a negative experience for our friends.
