The steaks are amazing but everything else was just okay. Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes to be sat when it wasn't busy at all. The proper way to serve and help diners enjoy the experience has been thrown out the door. The food is expensive and the service does not match those prices.

Everything was great except two meals were over cooked! My son’s prime beef sandwich had overcooked beef, and my prime beef pizza had burnt edges that ruined the taste of the pizza and there was very little meat on the pizza! With that said my husband had a prime beef wedge salad that was perfect! And my grandson claimed it was the best restaurant steak he had ever had! The other two meals at our table were excellent as well.

The dining experience seem to take a long time. I reserved directly with a staff member since our party for large 10 people. I was not told about stairs and no elevator. This lead to a wait to have another table set. The food was good.

We had a fantastic experience all around. We were seated upstairs in private dining, which was fantastic and very intimate. Our waitress was very energetic and helpful with the menu and always made sure that we were satisfied. We had been to the Harry and Izzy‘s downtown in the past and always had a good time, but this was much beyond our expectations. Thank you

Was the worst food I have ever had at Harry and Izzy's. Ravioli ends were so tough ykuu could not est them. The bread in the prime rib sandwich was also way to crispy.

We drive back to Indy because my fiancé accidentally left her AmEx when she was in town for business. We made the trip back (from Green Bay Wisconsin) to retrieve her card and make a fun weekend out of travel. She spoke with Solanika Taylor 4/27 who confirmed she had the card and it would be in the safe. She would not allow anyone else (colleague) to pick up the card- even with her permission and naming the contact, and said she would have it in the safe for us to collect today, 5/7. Since I made a late evening reservation, we asked for the card last night. The hostess said “just this morning our manager emptied the safe and shredded all cards.” The AmEx was metal. We did not get the card back. We drove 7 hours. Losing a card is one thing, but we made the effort because your team advised it was the only way to retrieve the card. Awful customer service.

The appetizer was delicious. My husband enjoyed his steak, but mine was overcooked. The green beans were really tough, as well. We would have mentioned it to the waitress, but she didn't come.back to check on us and we had a hard time flagging her down to get our check.

Always great food. Server was very attentive. We were celebrating a birthday and everyone wished him a happy birthday from the time the hostess seated, the server, plus the person that brought dessert out.

The food and service was incredible . Elliot was wonderful very attentive as was the rest of the staff. The steak had to be the best steak I've ever had perfectly cooked, tender could have cut it with a fork. The shrimp cocktail was incredible I can breathe again thanks to that cocktail sauce
