Harrigan's Café & Wine Deck has been in operation serving the Johnstown community for over 40 years. We are a Mediterranean/Fusion restaurant specializing in foods from Italy, France, and Spain. We pride ourselves with offering one of the largest selections of wines by the glass in the area, as well as wine flights when you're in the mood to sample. We also are excited to bring back our Great Date, which includes 3 courses, for 2 people, and a bottle of wine for one affordable price. Great food! Poor waitress. She never checked on us. She took our order and never came back. Sat us by the windows A/C was on high, it was cold and uncomfortable.

Nicer hotel eatery. Very good service, interesting wine list & live singer on a Friday evening. Tried out the Date Night Dinner For 2. Three choices each of apps, mains & desert along with bottle of decent table wine for $50. Meal was good & saved me some cash. This place was a good find.

It was a commendable dinning experience. Had been here before some time ago. This was our 28th wedding anniversary. Food cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious. Staff was courteous and attentive. Will be going again soon just because!

I am gluten-free - there were no options I am also a vegan - NO options for protein (chick peas, black beans, etc). I did receive a lovely salad. Same for breakfast - NO vegan and/or gluten-free My sister enjoyed her meal. I just cannot eat there, thus, I most likely will not return. For a non-vegan, non-GF person, it had an interesting menu. Would love to see more options available.

After being seated and not even seeing a server after 35 mins we left and went somewhere else. Never experienced anything like it. Avoid.

Glasses were dirty on the table. Exasperated hostess when we asked for clean glasses. Then, there was dirt in the water of the new water glasses. Service was slow and poor and not attentive. We watched others who came in long after us get their food before us. Our food arrived at room temperature so it was sitting there. Will never go back nor would recommend this establishment in good conscience to anyone. Avoid.

Our reservation was for 7 and didn’t take our order until 720. We received our food at 755 while others who were seated way after received theirs first. We had to keep asking other servers for milk, hot water, etc. We had to eat quickly since our children had to be at Summit Arena by 815. We left most of our food.

The food wait was long , we wanted to order an appetizer during the wait but however it was a fixed menu for valentine's day and were told the appetizer was included in the dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.

The service was great. But the food was awful. The shrimp was dumped on top of three sauces. The shrimp and cocktail sauce was okay. The shrimp and scallop scampi was awful the pasta sauce was tasteless and too heavy. I are only the shrimp and scallops. I will not be back
