My husband ordered his Kona Ribeye "medium ". It actually was on the rare side of "medium rare ". However, he refused to call this to the attention of our server nor our darling Hostess, who inquired about how our dinners were..several times. Since my husband didn't give the restaurant the opportunity to make good the error, I have to go 5 stars in service. However, the chef needs to do better at steak temps. My steak was fine.
