   Place is tired and dirty. Food menu very small versus past. Table service great but otherwise not very friendly. Time to re-think the decor and food range

   My first experience of Hard Rock Cafe anywhere, and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was exceptional and my server Luis was lovely. Looking forward to visiting again next time I travel to New York

   Unfortunately we went to celebrate my birthday and when the food came out it was cold and had to send it back. By the time it came back out the rest of my friends had nearly finished eating.

   As locals we are regular guests at Hardrock. The service is always outstanding. Our server was Sydni. She’s a true professional! The food is constantly good. I have to say the bill is pushing 100. For 2 with tip. This was a burger lunch with one appetizer and one beer. So keeping an eye on that cost.

   Everything I ordered was done wrong. They didn't even give me my card back, we had to charge it because it was left in the machine when the waiter went to pay.

   Unfortunately, the service was the poorest I have ever have in the USA, he mixed up the orders, throw everything in the middle of the table, spoke so badly, that no one had understood him. I am sorry to write it. All over, the dinner for my friends was good, but I would not reccomend this restauration

   Die Qualität und Quantität hat leider nachgelassen. Der Burger nicht heiß, die Pommes sehr gering, eigentlich zu wenig. Das Ambiente ist nach wie vor, super. Der Service hat auch gestimmt, freundlich und zuvorkommend

   Seated on a table out of the way. We thought the whole restaurant was just quiet until we left and found the majority of the restaurant actually had a decent vibe.

    Great evening meal in the heart of nyc. Server Nick was fantastic. Food and cocktails were great and portion size was perfect.
