Nice tasting burgers but presentation could be better as it looked like a McDonald’s on a plate, what’s wrong nowadays with a couple of onion rings and salad garnish/coleslaw on the plate as part of the meal instead of them being chargeable extras,

Walked in door to check in random waiter before we checked in was like 3 I have seat follow me. Brought us to bar seats with my 8 year old daughter. He was slow and trying to get people in his area because after us another couple with young girl was sat next to us and we both were like why are we in bar? I told him our reservation name he said ok. Reservations were made for a birthday for my daughter. Bad service no silverware than when asked, brought over dirty forks with old food still on it. No birthday acknowledging and food was below average. Never checked us in on open table with was also frustrating. Last time for us rather take my daughter somewhere else.

The waiter was very annoying, he didn’t let us choose peacefully the dishes. Always in a hurry for us to order even though the restaurant was almost empty. When arrived the time to pay, the value was wrong and we needed to wait for so long to cancel de purchase. Finally we won’t give tips because was a awful experience but the waiter starts to frightened us saying that we need to pay something, that we can’t let the restaurant without paying the tip.

Went on thanksgiving to Hard Rock Cafe, food quality was some of the best I’ve ever had, service was second to none, our waiter was so friendly and helpful even giving us recommendations on what sites to go to in the city. Will definitely be coming back when we’re next in New York!

Went there for our anniversary. Seating was quick and efficient. Our server was kind and answered all our questions about the menu with expertise. Drinks were amazing. I tried a passion fruit Mai Tai and it was super sweet like I hoped and the collectible glass is bigger than the pictures. Serving sizes are on the large end so I felt like I got my money's worth from the trip and the music was a lovely bonus
