We had a wonderful time. NY 8 yr old son enjoyed every bite of his food and desert and the gifts he was given. Thank you so much for making our Thanksgiving special!

My boyfriend and I like to have non traditional thanksgiving. The service was great, everyone was very nice, we will recommend to anyone who wanting a fun dining experience.
Our server, John was the best and the manager gave us a free gift for booking two months in advance.
An automatic gratuity was added to my bill, that I was told to me… than an additional section for a gratuity was at the bottom off the check, in the usual spot… very deceptive !!! They added 17%, I would have added 18-20%.. so they expected me to tip around 40%, without my knowledge. Unfortunately I did not add any further gratuity, so I hope the server gets the automatic gratuity charged by the hard rock ! I will not be going again, and discourage others from going either..
Our server was over the top friendly- like a cheerleader. She didn’t really read her audience but had her schtick and she did provide good service.
The food was so so at best. The twisted Mac and cheese seemed like Kraft out of a box but with fancier noodles. The chicken portion looked like it was less than 2 ounces. Super bummer for an entree that was over $20.
The restaurant had a hard time following the mask policy - the manager came to our table and couldn’t keep it over his nose and had to adjust several times. When we walked out the hosts didn’t have their masks on.
The bathroom was FILTHY! If I had seen this before dining we would have left.
I’ve been a Hard Rock Cafe customer, on every business trip or vacation where there was a restaurant, since the late 80s. That may have changed. Our server was horrible. Starting with asking where we were from and proceeding to make fun of our home. Really not a good look! And then when our 13 year old’s order wasn’t what she had asked for and she sent it back, the annoyance he showed was unacceptable. And the the food was the worst I’ve ever had at an HRC. Twisted Mac and Cheese tasted horrible, and the Tupelo chicken tenders were border-line burned. But the woman in the gift shop was amazingly patient and accommodating with a child deciding on pins. Maybe this location should stick to retail merchandise.
Great service, great food, nice atmosphere. Management seems to truly care about creating a great customer experience.
It’s hard to decide how many starts to give them. The server was great and our food was pretty good. But they surprise you with multiple extra service charges plus an automatic 17% gratuity. We made a reservation for 7:15pm which was the latest option but felt very awkward as they were cleaning up by 7:30pm and decided to order our food to go so we didn’t feel rushed to eat. 7:15pm should not be an option when they close at 8. Also, maybe warn people of the several charges they will have added on! Will most likely not return.
We got free shirts and the staff was absolutely phenomenal!
We already love Hard Rock, but our server John went above and beyond to make our daughter’s 16th birthday a good one!! Thank you John, and Hard Rock Cafe for being awesome!!
Our server had asked us multiple times to fill out a survey so that he could win money to provide groceries for his kids and put gas in his car. He asked us to give him five stars before we had even gotten our food. When we went to place our order, the same server told us that what we ordered sucked and was disgusting. We asked for no peppers in the same dish and at the end of the meal he made a comment about her not eating the peppers.. Upon us leaving he went on to brag about how he was so excited to watch TV on his big new flatscreen he just bought.
The food was fine, expensive food for an overall not good experience.
Food not worth the price. I have had similar if not better food for less. Just heads up before you get the check they add a 5% service fee, and 17% Gratitude (a.k.a tip) the amount.
Horrible service and mediocre food. Thought we had to try it but wouldn’t go again.
Came in and got my reservation taken and got a seat immediately. Our server came quickly to set us up and made sure we were comfortable. The drinks were really good and our food was quick to come out. It was an awesome experience.
Travel. We are in Seattle and wanted to visit the Hard Rock. I have collected the guitar pins for 33 or so years
Farrah our server was amazing. The food was good- prices a bit on the high side from other HRC.

Food is incredibly overpriced for the quality.
Other than needing a little more variety in meal choices, everything else was good.
Online reservation through open table listed rooftop and when we got there they said their rooftop had been closed for a while for repairs so that was a big disappointment. It took our server, Alex, 15 mins to greet us and then another 20 minutes to take our order. From the looks of it he wasn't very attentive with his other tables as well. Food was was below average and I will not be returning there.

Even though I made an anniversary reservation a week in advance and the restaurant was almost empty, they sat us at a dirty wobbly table. We never saw a server. After ten minutes we just left.
Absurdly overpriced, the smallest menu Ive ever seen for such a big restaurant, uninterested/uninvested staff, balanced but bland recipes. It's just a poorly executed chain restaurant in Downtown Seattle.
It was ok. Food was ok and waiter was great an attentive!

Menu was limited, probably due to COVID. Dinner was very pricey, but we love the atmosphere!
Food was great but our server Blake was not good. Had a bad attitude and I think is due to the 17% automatic tip. Server didn’t have to work for his tip and knew either way he would get one. Didn’t bother talking to us other then 2 times and both times walked away and snickered at us.
The bathrooms were disgusting and the food was cold and the place was empty. The salad came with no salad dressing and we waiting 12 mins before we were able to flag our server down while watching him just sitting there drinking a beverage before we could get dressing. Paid over $100 for nasty wasn’t even worth complaining about because the manager would have taken longer to get to us and we just wanted to leave.
Stopped in Seattle location and was in for a surprise - tax wise - food is good of course, but that is about it with this location - service charges and mandatory gratuity are major red flags - which you do not know going in - thus the review -

so 32% just in taxes? -
with a mandatory tip charge - service is poor - my $3.99 tea was not filled one time by a server seeing empty glass, and making two separate trips to the table - one should not have to ask for refills - the server should pay attention - but does not when the tip is mandated -
we skipped dessert - too expensive and added the location to the list and will not return
It was a very nice time food was good and so were the drinks. The waiter was nice and talkative.
Not so clean. Service was awful and incorrect order. The food was actually quite good.
Wouldn't recommend. Food was sub par and value was way over priced.

They automatically charged 25% tip for a party of 3. Waitress overhead that my drink tasted different then the 1st one replaced without asking, but charged my anyways. Thought she was being nice but I was wrong.
We did not realize Hard Rock had just opened up a week prior to our family of 5 going. They were fast, kind and had great food. Some things were out, and the menu was limited but we understood! The twisted Mac with chicken WAS AMAZING! all my littles loved it too!
Needs larger menu, better cocktails and more vegetarian options.
We were seated right away and our food also arrived very quickly. Everything was delicious!

I love the hard rock chain, but this was a lousy experience. Waitress was fine. Food mediocre. Place felt dead. Not as much memorabilia as you normally see at hard rock.

I enjoyed the decorations and instruments, but it wasn't busy and the service was slow. Prices were high but I expected that.
I loved the food and drink it was a very fun atmosphere it was just really busy so the waitress kept forgetting about our drinks and seeing if we needed another one, besides that it was great!
Never left a negative review in my life, but the service was so bad on Valentine’s Day it ruined our night. Entre was incorrectly made, the server new it, brought it out anyways, the appetizer was ice cold and brought out with the entrees very late (spinach artichoke dip), and the delay between ordering one more round of drinks was over 30 mins (we finished the meal 15 minutes before getting the drinks we ordered). This was not all, but most importantly, they offered no concessions for their mistakes.
