Server was great! And service was very good to we had reservations for 615 we arrived early and they still let us sit
Service was fast and polite. Food was delicious, and hot! Music was memorable!
Thanks for the five stars and look forward to your next visit. KF
I made reservations to assure we would be able to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at the Hard Rock Cafe. We were seated quickly and dinner was great as usual! Nachos, burgers and salads were delicious. Tables were spread out to “socially distance” and the table had a sign verifying the table had been sanitized. It was a wonderful celebration! We are HRC fans and have visited 46 different Cafes. It was very strange to be in such an empty Cafe. Looking forward to visiting more HRC and enjoying the food and atmosphere!
Thanks for the review and look forward to another great experience. Stay safe and hope to see you soon. KF
Food was amazing! Atmosphere was amazing! Server was awesome!!
Went for thanksgiving and the meal was amazing and worth the price. The drinks were reasonable priced and our waitress was so attentive. I will def go again!
It was a nice place food was ok
Haven’t been there in a long time. Use of work at SS. It was good and pig sandwich was the best
I made a reservation for 7pm on a Monday night, not realizing the restaurant would close at 8pm. I was nervous that we may not be welcomed or our service might not be as good, but I was wrong. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They never rushed us and made our experience great. Thank you!
Carissa - Thanks for choosing us and great review. Hope to see you sooner than later. KF
Good food and atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff
Angela - thanks for the 5 stars and look forward to your next visit. KF
Reserved for an event which turned out was canceled but they still had event being advertised. Very disappointed and long drive for nothing. I was still having confirmation reminders from OpenTable as well.
Hard Rock definitely has the best burger and onion rings in Pittsburgh. All on the Hard Rocks are like an "upper class" McDonalds; always consistent no matter where you go. We did notice that the burger has gotten a bit smaller than it used to be. Cost savings because of fewer customers due to Covid-19 ? We'll still go back though. Just plain good eats.
We had a great time and the burgers were delicious. The mojito was not that good.
I was disappointed that Hard Rock is operating on a limited menu, but I understand why.
Extremely accommodating and very friendly and courteous . Food did not take very long at all once we ordered .
Safety guidelines for exceptional . Overall experience was fantastic !
Service was poor for the price you pay. Waiters hands smelled of cigarettes' smoke and we were never brought a couple items we had asked for.
Limited covid menu leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted a good healthy salad.
Like other reviewers during Covid, the limited menu was disappointing. The food was expensive (I got the signature burger for $17). It was okay, but not a value--the meat was so enormous that the little bun basically melted and the lettuce was wilted so I removed it immediately. My guy's Pulled Pork sandwich was much tastier. The fries were really good; but you can skip the Onion Rings--a little too greasy. So, if you keep in mind you are paying for the HardRock name and not a gourmet meal, all will be well. Also, this is a very small footprint location. Just know in advance that this is a not a grand, sweeping location--it's very small. Still full of fun memorabilia, but very small.
Wish I would have checked the menu before going. I didn't realize it was a limited menu due to covid.
The experience here is great. Our waiter was excellent, able to describe the menu without looking, knowledgeable of the drinks. Highly recommended and can't wait to sit in a different area for a different experience. Hats off to the cooks, wait staff and hostesses. We will return, and this was a birthday dinner without the surprise of the staff.
Always a fun noisy place. Only 25% capacity due to covid, so much quicker service than previous visits to past Hard Rock visits (different local). Attentive service, spotless, interesting facial recognition temperature ck. In this college area, where waits can be very long, it’s nice to be able to make a reservation and not have to wait an hour to be seated.
I love hard rock, but this was my least favorite. Our food wasn't very warm at all and it wasn't very busy. The burger was a little pinker than we like.
The service was great and the decor and location is awesome.
I don't think we will be there again.
It was over 50 bucks for a burger, a buffalo chicken sandwich, a beer and a margarita!
Great ambience, music was not too loud either. I was on a date here and could not have asked for a better setting. I also made a special request for my order and they did it without any problems..loved the experience! We got a souvenir drink too :)
The salmon was to die for. Really enjoyed my dinner.
I was very excited when my reservation was accepted so quickly however, after my experience I think I realized why. The menu was extremely limited. I do understand that most places now have limited menus- totally understandable! Hard Rock was so limited that it was really difficult to choose and then the choices were super expensive! $17 for a burger and fries——- and it wasn’t anything great or worth $17. Very disappointed. I guess others already caught on , hence the empty restaurant and easy to get reservation! Lesson learned!
We were dining in the Hard Rock in Pittsburgh at Station Square. We chose to eat and have drinks to enjoy the rest of our evening. While waiting for some one to come up to greet us so we can be seated took way longer then it needed to be. When we were seated at our table the place was empty. There were only 2 other tables that had people at. It wasn’t as if they were busy at all. Our waiter wasn’t much better.
The food portions were small. I ordered a burger with fries, and i got about 15 fries. Same with the other two people at my table that ordered fries
Our server was excellent. Outside seating comfy my meal was very good but would have lived a bigger pour on the 🍷! Only downfalls, are due to current regulations and not the restaurant.
Clean, friendly service
I ordered the sirloin steak on the menu. I was told later on that they did not have the sirloin but had another cut of meat. So I took that. It was by far the worse steak I have had. It was nothing but chewy fat. I threw over half the steak away because of it. The service was not the greatest. The waiter did not come around. He brought us our drinks and didn't come back till he brought us our food. Then he came back and brought the bill and receipt. It was not a good experience for me at all.
Server was unattentive and the menu was very limited and I wouldn’t recommend
The Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh was great. We got right in with our reservation!
Well i was very upset. I made the rsvp and when i showed up for my table they told me they we're closed. My daughter flew in from texas and we wanted a night out and although i could make an rsvp they closed the restaurant. So that was upsetting
Everything was fantastic ! I love it here. Our server Macie was Awesome !! She was very helpful !
Slowest service...order was messed up...food was not correct temperature....overall terrible experience for the price
Great experience during COVID-19. Will definitely visit again.
Indoor dining closed cause of this fake pandemic and it was raining outside therefore we just left
Slightly more expensive than other places to eat, but the service was great and the food itself was both incredibly delicious and generously-portioned, more so than most others in the same genre.
The food is not at all how I remembered. I ordered the same dish I’ve gotten in the past and it was bland. The drink I ordered came in a much smaller glass than what was pictured in the menu. Mediocre service for being at less than half capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Walked in with a reservation, was seated then ignored. My husband and I walked out as no one came to help us. Sat there for 15 minutes and not even a drink order.
There were 3 servers in our section all looked at us and never came over to help. All this while serving all the other tables including one right next to us. Extremely disappointed. My husband and I seek out Hard Rock Cafes and this was our first negative experience. We drove from Cleveland just to go here for the day and our experience was terrible.
Due to virus restrictions this Hard Rock was recently reopened and working a limited menu. The food was good and the staff was very welcoming.
