Hard Rock Cafe - Pigeon Forge
Book your next event with us
We went in for our anniversary. They were sweet and gave us a card with little gifts innit. I used the gluten-free menu it could use more options on it and prices added to it would of been great. Also the staff hovered instead of just hanging back and seeing that we were ok. Once the main waitress left at 8 we were forced to pay even though we weren't ready to leave. Then we got no more attention
Amazing! Friendly staff and great food. Can't kill rock n roll!
Went to this Hard Rock with my family after spending the day in Gatlinburg. From the beginning, things were not great....
First we were seated - we asked to get a high chair which was provided but the staff member did not remove the extra chair for us. We had to do this ourselves.
Second - the heat. It was well over 85 degrees outside but it was cooler outside than it was in the restaurant. After spending all day in the sun, having air conditioning would have been a plus.
Now for the food - the food was really expensive for what it was and honestly wasn’t worth the money. Some at my table loved their dish but my salad wasn’t even on par with McDonalds.
I left really disappointed as we used to go to hard rock every year after spending the day in gatlinburg but hadn’t been for a long time. We sure will not be going back to this location in the future.
Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the stampedes instead.
Great atmosphere, positive environment, our server Robert was absolutely amazing and on top of everything. I highly recommend a visit.
We made reservations and it was suppose to be a surprise for my daughter. On the reservation I put it was for a birthday and no one ever said anything else about it. We were a little early for our reservation but they never even acknowledged it. Also the air was broken and it was so hot and humid inside. They could have at least put a note on the door to let customers know.
Food was excellent and service was outstanding. Will definitely be back again.
Great service, good food. Loud.
On our vacation and we loved eating there
Our waiter was awesome! We made a reservation which is highly recommend. We got seated as soon as we walked in the door. Our food was amazing atmosphere was great. We will be returning.
We've been dining and enjoying the Hard Rock for more than 20 years! The food, service, drinks and music are top of the list! We made a reservation just a day in advance of our visit. We were there to hear our niece, HOPE GRIFFIN, in concert on Friday night. Oh, did I forget to mention -- the Hard Rock has AWESOME music!!! We will be back again and again -- we recommend it highly to everyone! It's a don't miss -- no matter which one you visit.
Very nice place with great staff
The food and service were great! The only problem I had was the choice of music played in the large video screens. I had my young and teen children with me and the videos played were obscene, borderline pornography. I get that it's a Rock and roll restaurant. That said there is a responsibility to provide music videos that do not promote drugs and pornography. I frequently visit Hard Rock Cafe when traveling, and that is this first time I have experienced these types of obscene videos. Mostly it's old rock and roll, the staple of music history, with modern tunes mixed in. I would not go back to this location if the music choice does not change.
The steak salad was delicious, but extremely under cooked. I ordered it medium rare but it ranged from blue to raw. I like rare steak and ordered it more well done than my preference just in case, but I have trouble when it’s raw in the middle. The bbq pork sandwich tasted reheated, though the beans and fries were delicious.
Awesome menu and great food at Hard Rock Cafe! Our waiter was excellent and made the experience memorable!
Visited on a Saturday, at dinner time. Restaurant was less than half full, should’ve been a hint. Food was OK, but very overpriced. Family of five, four of us had cheeseburgers, and one had a salad. Small appetizer for the table, soft drinks only, no alcohol. $140. Atmosphere was nice.
Pricey, but overall great experience. Server was a little too quiet
I really like that I can make reservations its one of the fee places there that I know I can. And am I taken back at my reservation time. And honestly that is what keeps me coming back. I do enjoy the food but it is on the expensive side for us but not having to stand around and wait for hours is worth it for us!
Our waiter Jesse was very attentive. Service was fast, the food was tasty. The band Kincaid was very good. The restaurant was spacious. Design on the interior was a little different than other Hard Rock Cafes I have been to.
The food was really good and the noise level was good with great music playing
My other experiences at other Hard Rock Cafes has been much better in every way. The band we wanted to see had two start times listed on two websites, one at 8:00 pm one at 9:00 pm. I asked for a 7:30 pm reservation "away from the stage". We were seated adjacent to the stage where we would have been to the side of said band, but could not even see the stage. The band never even played; we found out a band was playing at 9:00 pm but not the bluegrass one we were expecting. We could not understand the waitress and she could not tell us when we asked which band was playing. It was also very loud. We ate and left right after. Also, we had our photos taken and when the man came by to explain the pricing he said we would get one thing - which was much more than what we actually got. The food was very good. Everything else fell short. On the plus side we very much enjoyed the old MTV videos/music on the screens.
No impossible burger. Was replaced with a veggie burger of some sort, but the waitress couldn’t tell me what it was made of. They were also going to charge us the same price as the impossible burger and there were not any other vegetarian options. Left before ordering and will not return.
Great food but a bit pricey
Had appetizer. 5 adult entrees
Overpriced food. The steak had no flavor. The waitress attempted to help but didn’t know choices very well and difficult to understand her accent.
Always the best food! So delicious! Service by Big Dan was top notch too! Always love eating there!
Service was poor. When server came to the table he wanted to take the entire order (drinks, app, main course) before anyone had time to look at the menu. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Took awhile to get. Then, took even longer to order main course. We were out of drinks by the time we finished the appetizer, after several passes by our table the server finally stopped to ask if we wanted refills. Table was never cleared throughout the time spent there. Gum was stuck to the bottom of the table along the edge where our son was able to stick his hand in it. Water leaking from the ceiling.
Need to be more creative with food
Got a groupon on line for 32.00 each. It said entree. Desert and drink. When we got there they have me a menu to pick from (burger, sandwiches) this menu it's everything was less then the Groupon amount. What's the purpose of the Groupon if you are losing money?they let me chosen from a different menu which was higher prices but the food was nasty and their attitudes were not much better
Great service..food was good. But nothing to special about this one.
The service was ok
The food was not the best for what we paid. Small portions no taste.
We made reservations at 6pm on line got there at 540. Not busy tons of open tables and we were asked to wait till our reserved time?? Hostesses seemed busier conversing with each other than with customers service.
Pricing could have been a little better. My main problem I had was the server treated me like I a got stood up by my date just because my date was running a little late.
Upon arriving, there were many staff at the front. A bit crowded along with guests coming in as well. We were immediately seated even though we were twenty minutes early for our reservations. We were asked to take a photo, but I refused. It seemed the staff was a bit annoyed with it. When seated, we were greeted by a wonderful personality. Robert was such a delight. He was very consistent and was never over crowding as some places I've been before. He is one reason I enjoyed my night at Hard Rock. When I return, of course he would be a request.
The food is very expensive and the fajitas was lousy due to the peppers not being cooked and they were not sizzling barely warm. I think the meat was pre cooked. The ribs that some one else ordered were good.
Great quality. Friendly staff. Food was excellent!
Best waitress! So friendly and made my kids (ages 3 & 10) feel included every time she came to the table. We all loved her!
Great atmosphere! Server and supervisor made sure everything was well during our visit. Only reason I gave a high noise rating; there was a band playing at the time but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with dinner and music! Look forward to going back.
It has good food and good service and great music.
Sherry our Host was wonderful and she was able to get our party together. She selected 2 very fine people to serve us and they had the menu down to help everyone in our group. If you get Frances & Matt... you will enjoy the knowledge, quick and responsible service to each guest... as I heard from several after our dining experience. We enjoy the food, service and fellowship all before the big SHOW!
I had included on our reservation that we were visiting for my daughter's birthday. This was never acknowledged by anyone on-staff. My husband asked for an upgrade on his fries to have the Guinness cheese sauce, agreeing to the extra charge. When the food arrived, it barely had any, and then we were told it would be yet another upcharge for more. The icing on the nonexistent cake was when our server advised my daughter and her friend to "ask Grandma if you can borrow her phone to take a picture" with Gene Simmons' guitar, referring to me. Yay. I didn't even finish my meal, his comment bothered me so much. I've visited several HRC's, never have experienced such awful service. Probably won't be returning to this location for a long while.
The Hard Rock is a short distance from our home and we enjoy stopping by now and then and usually always take our out of town guest there. This day was my B-Day celebration and as with every year they send (via email) a Dinner on Hard Rock offer. Tina (mgr) made this visit especially enjoyable since we were able to chat at length about all sorts of things...business as well as personal. Our meals were outstanding and food appearance and quality as well as service was spot on. Overall it was a really good experience and yes I would recommend you stop by when in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg areas.
Our waitress would disappear and never even come back to check on us. We went through our entire meal without having drinks. The music was very loud but that’s okay we enjoyed it. I think with better service it would’ve been much better!
