Sorry to see you leave Phoenix! It was great having HR for the last 18 years!
They were out of most menu selections and blamed it on them closing soon.
Our drinks, food and service was outstanding. Sorry to hear that Hard Rock Cafe will be closing the end of February.

It was fun night out but the food was way too expensive.
Construction ruined the experience but that is out of the restraunts control.... this place will be missed...
Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review on Open Table. I apologize for the construction noise. I understand how that could have ruined your dinning experience. I do appreciate the kind words about our establishment. I hope you come back and visit us again before we close. Sincerely, Blanca Runyan
Love the Hard Rock Cafe's! Great staff, food, drinks. Perfect. Sad they're closing at the end of Feb. 💔 Gift shoppe has amazing discounts! 😉❤

I’ve been to this location before and it’s average. But close to venues and typically a fun environment. Not this time. Not long before this location closes too. A shame.
It was a slow night when we were there but the service was great, the food was AMAZING- best burger ever I think! We had wings as well and they were good. Location was easy to find and the view was good. Typical Hard Rock ambience! Highly recommend it!
Good Afternoon Gwenk, Thank you for the review on Open Table. You're kind words mean a lot to us. I am so glad you enjoyed your time with us. Thank you again for the kind words. Sincerely, Blanca Runyan
Service was not very average. Food was pretty good nothing to call home about. Probably wouldn’t return if I visit Phoenix again.
Love! Great place and friendly
We sat at the bar to watch the game and had excellent service from Mat! Spring rolls and burgers were delicious.
Good Afternoon Devil94, Thank you for your review on Open Table. I'm happy to see that Matt took great care of you. I hope you come back and visit us again soon. Sincerely, Blanca Runyan
Noise level was high, but not energetic. They are demolishing portion of the building and the jack hammers were difficult to ignore.
Cool place to hang out. Strategic location in front of talking stick arena
Good Afternoon MiriamE, Thank you for the kind words on Open Table. I'm happy to see that you had a great time. Please come back and visit us again soon. Sincerely, Blanca Runyan General Manager
it's our 2nd time dining at Hard Rock, the food, service and ambiance was great, we loved it, will be going back again soon
Good morning Ladyjeane, Thank you for the rating and also the kind words. I just love reading about great experiences and how we rocked your world. We hope that when you are in the area again that you will come back to see us. Sincerely, Blanca Runyan General Manager
Not the highest quality Hard Rock. Service was excellent. Server was prompt and professional. Food was subpar and outdated, and the overall value was poor. 16 ounce draft beer at 7 dollars. Basic Burgers over 15.
Our waiter Derick went above and beyond. I have a SEVERE fish allergy and derick had the cooks bake onion rings for me. Food was great and service was exceptional
The main issue I have is that i have to eat Gluten Free. They have a gluten free menu but some of the items on it are not gluten free so you order it and find out it is not. Why not take it off the menu. Why not have a separate fryer if you are going to advertise gluten free items
The staff is HIGHLY unprofessional, they always act as if you are bothering them just by existing. I never have any special requests, I don't take forever to order, I don't stick around forever and ever, I don't even ask for drink refills. I tip way too much (think 30% to 40%) and I am the easiest customer you will ever meet. I have no idea how this place stays in business. Seriously, all they want is to go home and it shows. The food isn't all that great either, I mean it's okay, but for what they're charging... not worth it, not by along shot. The only cool thing about this place is the gift shop. Unfortunately, I have yet to get ANYONE to ring up a purchase. They either take pains to not make eye contact or pretend that they got someone coming and leave you waiting, if you have the nerve to check up on it, they act like you're the worst person ever. This has happened, not once, not twice, but every single time I've tried to give them a chance. Honestly, you don't have to listen to me about it, but when you're out $130 (that is on average what I spend) and get treated like crap the whole time, please speak up about it, they have been this bad for years. This place shouldn't even be in business, but they are because they take advantage of tourists that don't know any better and that are going strictly for the namesake. If someone comes to visit you, take them ANYWHERE but here.
I go to the Hard Rock Cafe Phoenix a lot it is great place to eat and drink. Before or after a concert.
We went thanksgiving and had a great time.. Derek was a great server!
Love this place and so bummed out they are closing.
Good Afternoon GrowOldWaitingforHelp, Thank you for the kind words on Open Table. I'm happy you received five star service and I'm hope you come back and see us before we close. Sincerely, Blanca Runyan
Great venue and atmosphere in the heart of downtown! Easy walk to concerts, Suns games, museums, and more.
It was close to the event. Service was good. Unfortunately, the food was just warm not hot. The atmosphere was pleasant.
As is probably the case for most people, I had not been to a Hard Rock Cafe in years. The memories were not great: crowded, noisy, mediocre food, high prices, but good tee shirts. So I and my friends were pleasantly surprised by our visit to the Hard Rock in Phoenix before the Trevor Noah show at Talking Stick Resort Arena. The menu is still huge--something for everyone from vegans to comfort food lovers. The location was perfect for dinner before any activities downtown. It is still fun to watch the old rock videos on the tv screens during the meal.
The only negatives are the seating is much too crowded (had to coordinate with others to get up from the table) and, though they were very friendly, it is challenging to get the attention of the wait staff. So plan plenty of time for dinner.
I have been here a few times now; it’s our go to when we are downtown for an event. Sunday was our server and they were awesome! Food is always great too.
Food was good and exciting atmosphere
I haven’t been to a Hard Rock Cafe for awhile but I recalled them having really good food. When I met my friend at Noon and we were the only two people there, I suspected it wasn’t what it used to be. Service was slow even though the place was empty. But the manager did come by asking us to let her know if there was anything that would make our experience better.
We both ordered salads. I had the Cobb. The ranch dressing was mediocre at best - Hidden Valley Ranch is better than this stuff. The ingredients were mostly fresh - a few greens had seen better days. The cheese was low quality and about a third of the pomegranate seeds were past their prime. On the bright side, the grilled chicken and roasted pepitas were very good.
At the same time, I wouldn’t return and I don’t recommend it.
Leticia our server was so nice - great food and experience thank you
Our waitress was Shelley! And she was amazing! And super friendly! Loved her!
Tried 3 different beers on tap all 3 came flat, service was pushy
Making a reservation came in super handy. The overall vibe was nice, the food was delicious, even a regular beer tasted a bit better than usual. Most of all our server Shelly was incredible, definitely someone I would ask for if I were to go back in the future.
Food, service were what was expected. Little pricey
Great location, directly across the street from the Talking Stick Arena where we were seeing a concert. Service was great and timely! Our kids loved it! Thank you!
We haven’t been to Hard Rock Cafe in years but chose it before the Jonas Brothers concert. We were NOT disappointed at all. The food was delicious, and the service was incredible.
Great food and great location especially if you are attending an event at Talking Stick
It is always a good time at this Hard Rock Cafe location. It is more cozy than most, and not too noisy.
Nothing like walking into an established business like the Hard Rock and being treated and spoken to like you don’t belong there. Avoid this place if you want to be treated well by the employees of a business where you’re sure to drop $100 on dinner.
The restaurant was exciting, the food was great, had a hard time getting to it, because of the two events going on, but they did validate the parking ticket, which made it worth it, overall we enjoyed everything
The service was outstanding. I would recommend the Hard Rock Cafe
