The place was not busy and it took 20 minutes to get our drinks!! Ordered a kids cup of strawberry lemonade, the waitress brought in a 16 oz glass for me to pour into there kids cup!!! The food was fine!

The place was nearly empty but the hostess was very clear that we would not be seated until our appointed time. The server was kind, but his service was lacking. We were there for 2 hours; the food was blah and flavorless. Typical hard rock, expensive bad food, mediocre service. Good to see nothing has changed in the world of hard rock.

Big THANKS to Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia city center! We had an amazing experience! Me and my husband celebrated our Birthdays there. And wonderful hosts brought us gifts and were so happy for us. Our server was incredible Marie! She was so kind, caring and attentive to us! We had a really great time! Marie provided an exceptional customer experience! We are so grateful! Thank you Hard Rock Cafe! I’m sure that our next Birthdays we will celebrate in HRC again!

Fun atmosphere and great service. Enjoyed our food (legendary burger and chicken sandwich) and drinks (draft beer and Mango Tango non-alcoholic drink). The tables are very packed together, though, so don’t expect a private dining experience.
