We had the BEST service at this restaurant. The Baja shrimp was amazing!! I would eat here again in an instant!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant at universal. The food was amazing and the staff was so kind. They really made my birthday feel special.

We had a great experience after a long day at Universal Orlando. Our server was absolutely wonderful, and in spite of a very busy night took wonderful care of us.

The place was packed but our food came out quick and was delicious.

Our waiter was exceptional. Quite possibly the best service we received while on our vacation.

Vacation, food was delicious

I think the menu was reduced due to covid, but a lot of the classics (like the quesadillas or healthier options) were not available. Bummer

Food and service was excellent! They did a nice job with Covid protocols and keeping things safe.

Food was as good as expected. Service was pretty good with some gaps. Seemed like it took a long time from order to delivery. We were there over a hour and had to rush out after an hour due to another appointment. They have dedicated cleaning people running around cleaning everything constantly so we felt pretty comfortable in the environment. I am sure there are a lot of people in other states that would be critical of the amount of people in hear, but this is Florida ... we are living and living.

I visited the Hard Rock twice while on my vacation both times were very excellent

My child and me were on time in the reservation, but my husband was not present he would arribe 15 minutes late and for that reason wecouldn’t enter because 1 person was not present! So we lost the reservation. But in front of me where a group of family too, that did not have reservation but, as they were completely whit all the party, they could enter and sit in a table! I suppose it was in my table 🤷🏻‍♀️I did not understand that! Is better do not have reservation if you think your husband is running 15 minutes late.

My experience is very bad. My food was cold. The drink taste spoiled also I told the waiter about the cold food and they just offered me hot food which when the food came out it also seemed like they just put it in the microwave to warm it up it was not fresh food at all I am very disappointed with the service.

Atmosphere was great especially if you're a music lover. Food was really good and our server was awesome!

Our service at the Hard Rock was best of any restaurant at Universal Orlando. It was quick, friendly and professional. The food was fantastic. We all enjoyed our meals.

Less than 1 minute after leaving, my daughter indicated she had to use the restroom. WE went back in and were told we had to stand in line again to have our temperatures taken. We appreciate the safety, but standing in line a second time seemed to be unreasonable.

Very limited menu, overpriced, long wait for food.

They really go out of the way to treat you like totality on your birthday. Excellent service! Kate was awesome! The Mac and cheese is wonderful.

Waitress, Kelsey was excellent. Took care of everything we needed could not have asked for better service once in the restaurant.

Great service, delicious food and so much authentic memorabilia! We loved the floating pink caddy in the middle of the restaurant!! Great first time experience for our 11 year old!

Traveling with friends on vacation. Had a great time drinking and dining. They got us in early for lunch instead of dinner reservations because we were too hot for words in Orlando, FL.

We went for my daughter’s birthday and we had so much fun. Safety measures taken seriously and plexiglass between booths. Food was great especially the loaded fries. Drinks were a bit weak but still tasted good. Our server DJ was fun and informative and he made my daughter feel special on her day.

Fun environment, good service, only down side is a small menu.

Fabulous service. Our server was very attentive to us, a large group of family and friends. When we showed an interest to the job she did, then she soon realized we had an interest in what Hard Rock Cafe was all about. She offered to show us the John Lennon Room among other memorabilia the general public never sees, giving us an awesome experience!

We had an awesome experience. The waitstaff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The safety precautions implemented made us feel completely safe. We loved Hard Rock Orlando!
