Great service, but food was overpriced... but its outside of Universal Studios so to be expected. They can’t be cheaper than food inside the park, LOL

The atmosphere was nice.
Great chain restaurant to visit especially with tweens/teens. Our only complaint is that if you want to visit and get in and out quickly via car, it's impossible. Not to mention that Universal mandates you to pay $26 to park in the theme park/City Walk garage, walk through security, and then walk 15 minutes to the cafe even if all you want to do is grab a meal. We brought our 12-year-old for her birthday and unfortunately had to do it before leaving to go to the airport. So we had to rush through lunch to make sure we had enough time to walk to and from the restaurant from the parking garage instead of being allowed to valet park or park in front of the restaurant/hotel. Not everyone wants to go through City Walk, especially if they've already been through it several times earlier in the week. And not validating patron's parking tickets is absurd and greedy! Universal is charging more for parking than you'd find in metropolitan city parking garages like New York or San Francisco! The only bright side with the ridiculous parking robbery: burning off the calories from the mostly unhealthy menu selections. Otherwise, no complaints. Fun, clean, experiential restaurant that kids, and some adults are sure to love!
This place was great till we played "Chinese fire drill". Someone set off the fire alarm. Security told us we needed to leave, but the manager told us we could stay. The music stopped and the alarm light kept flashing causing my wife to get a migraine.

We went for the first time after they opened back up, so I’m not sure how service was beforehand. However; the service we received was extremely slow. We sat there for almost half an hour before our server came to our table. Then another 20 minutes for drinks. The food was good. Though I have to say paying $4 for a tea, but not getting a single refill was a bit much.

Let me start by stating the service was good. There was a limited menu do to COVID 19 , understandable, however I don’t know how they selected the limited menu. We tried to order something basic like mashed potatoes and were told not available. Quality of food was par for the price we paid I expected better. This is my 1st time eating at this Hard Rock, although not my 1st time at the chain.

Had a large group to begin with but once we arrived at the restaurant there were more than expected. They were quite accommodating. Service was prompt, the staff was awesome and food was great! We had a lot of fun and would all happily recommend it. As a matter of fact, we liked it so much we went back the next day!

The food was very underwhelming. I ordered chicken tenders and they were thin and chewy. Not very flavorful. Way overpriced for value of food. The staff was friendly and super helpful but I was not impressed with food. With so many other choices in the area I’d go somewhere else.

We had a great time but were disappointed that the upstairs was closed for viewing. However, we do understand why. It’s a fun place to eat and visit.
Everything was good but was disappointed only a limited menu was being offered and the entree I had wanted was not available. It would be helpful if the limited menu were posted online to avoid the surprise at the restaurant.
Our server Michael was fantastic. Drinks never dry, all the sauces we needed, food came out beautifully. The food was good. Loved the relics on the walls.
Server Erika was great. Super friendly and attentive. Really made for a great dining experience.
Have been to about 20 hard rock cafes around the world, Having amazing meals ever time! Was very exited to visit Orlando’s, but after eating some of the food was very disappointed! We had the sharing platter, bacon cheese burger And twisted Mac and cheese, which is the same we have had in the last 3 hard rock visits! The food quality was no where near to the standard of any other visits! The platter seemed rushed, with chewy chicken, soggy spring rolls and very poor bruschetta! I am a burger lover and have always been impressed with the beef quality used in hard rock untill this visit. I left most of it very unimpressed! My partner had the twisted Mac and cheese, which she has very much enjoyed in other hard rock visits. This time she was very disappointed with the luke warm badly presented dish. Was going to say something to our server ‘tom’ I believe it was, but he seemed to be madly rushing about and didn’t ask us how are meal was or if there We’re any problems.
After spending nearly 100 dollars on this meal am really not happy, am hoping that you could do something about it.

We had a lot of fun at the restaurant. Service was excellent and food was great. It was my daughter’s birthday and the shout-out was great. The food was a little expensive but that’s what you have to pay for the experience at City Walk.
Once we found out where to park (30 minutes of circling) we really enjoyed our diner. Food was good. Shawn our server was great.
Food is good, service great and a very friendly staff. You really can’t lose with your order here .... we try something different on every visit and have not been disappointed yet.
My family and I had a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday on Friday 13th March. Our server Vegas was amazing and really made my night after having a long day in Universal Studios. It’s very rare to see such service in a restaurant. Kudos to Vegas and his amazing hospitality. Everyone should take a page from his book. He is a great example of customer service. He was so attentive and very funny.

Attending a concert at Hard Rock Live so a pre show meal.. with a 15% food discount seemed a logical choice. It was many years since we had eaten at Hard Rock Orlando and were not disappointed. Prices are expectadly high but you have to factor in the whole experience. The suggested and precalculated tips at 18% and 20% at these food and drink prices are a bit cheeky. Whatever happened to 15%?

Setting lovely, bit pricey for basically fast food.
Our food took almost an hour! We just ordered a salad, a burger and a kids menu dish. After an hour the steak on my salad was cold. Not even warm but cold. Total disappointment. Our waiter was kind and offered chips and Salsa which were also a major disappointment! Hoe do u get chips and Salsa wrong? Yikes. I was excited about choosing Hard Rock for my daughters birthday but I now regret it.
Tbh, I have given the food and service ratings based on previous experiences. This is because we left very soon after being seated due to the shear cacophony going on. We’re used to loud music and enjoy listening to rock and getting the vibe here, but this time they were playing rap music super loud so much so that you couldn’t hear yourself or the servers.
And rap music at the Hard Rock? Give us a break! You can’t go anywhere without rap being used as the soundtrack to modern life and we look to places like the Hard Rock as a respite from this. Surely we can retain just one place as a rap free haven?
Hard Rock appears to have sold out and we won’t be going back or making our usual recommendation to others.

The places was extremely crowded. It took a long time for our server to come to our table in order for us to order. The food took even longer to arrive. The food was ok, but expensive as you would expect at the universal citywalk. overall, i am not likely to return.

Server was fast and efficient. Food came after an expected amount of wait time. Food was fair and high priced. Nothing special.
Disappointing music. No good opportunities to see collections because of seating limitations.
Server was very curt until after food received & closer to paying check.
DJ went on a VERY long stint of repetitive thumping beat that became annoying enough we asked server to bring a manager to our table (she never did).
Waaay overpriced. Not good value. But food was good.
