Hard Rock Cafe - New Orleans
Book your next event with us
Joshua took great care of us! You guys killed it on the impossible burger. KILLED ITTTTTTT!!!!
I loved the atmosphere. It was not too busy during our visit. The food came out hot and it was delicious.
The atmosphere was rather dreary for being on Bourbon St. Service was ok
Too expensive for type of food served. Kids menu is a joke.
I had a reservation, so we didn’t have to wait. Nevertheless, once at the table, they forgot about us. No life music that day. One of the poorest experiences at Hard Rock restaurants.
Pamela was a wonderful, efficient, and friendly server. The food was great, drinks awesome, and the atmosphere was fun, especially since the restaurant is on Bourbon St.
It’s loud in there but it’s New Orleans who cares 😀
If you want an alternative to Cajun food, check out The Hard Rock Cafe! Great food, Fun Atmosphere, & Awesome Service made our lunch AMAZING!
Anniversary and vacation
Best ribs of the week.
Burger was great but a little pricey for the size. Caesar salad had great flavor but was drowned in way too much dressing. Daily noisy in the restaurant. Has to raise our voices to talk but that’s sort of expected with the atmosphere. It didn’t help that a band was playing in the street right outside the window. Overall, good experience
We both got burgers and they were delicious and cooked as requested.
Our server I believe was named Brandon and he is a ROCK STAR!!!
Everything was really good and I will definitely be back soon!!
The food was good and the ambiance was good. My server was just not attentive and took too long to come back to the table.
Had Awesome Food and A Very Friendly Staff. Great Music and atmosphere.
You go to Hard Rock for the ambiance, not necessarily the food. Though, we were pleasantly surprised by the food selection as they just updated the menu. Be sure to ask them about their local burger, there’s no description on the menu, just a mention of it, so we had to ask. Our server was slow bringing drinks and our check/change; it wasn’t busy, so she should have been a bit speedier. The manager was very friendly and personable as he made the rounds of the restaurant and when we had a problem with our bill, took care of it with no complaints. Of course, you have to visit the gift shop to work on your collection of pins! Usually, the staff eagerly fill me in about the significance of certain pins, but tonight the guy who helped us wasn’t really interested in that. Overall, an average dining and shopping experience. Nothing stood out as spectacular, but nothing was horrendous.
I would have rather listened to local jazz music then a local guitarist. We could not hear any of the outside jazz music due to that. Liked the restaurant tho .
Been to a Hard Rock everywhere we have been and that there is one in the World. We can honestly say best food and best service of anywhere.
The worst meal I had in New Orleans. Tourist trap with bar food that you can get in any city
Good food options and a dedicated gluten free menu.
We were seated quickly by an enthusiastic hostess and the positive experience ended there. We had to wait 20 minutes to put in our drink order and watched as they seated one table after another and immediately brought their drinks. The specialty drinks were more like syrup than a balanced drink. After another 15 minutes we finally got to place our food order. I would have left but it was the French Quarter on Cinco de Mayo so we stayed. Steak was so-so. Broccoli was either under or over-cooked so it was very tough to eat. We told the hostess on our way out but the enthusiasm was gone and they just wanted us out the door. We would have spent $40 more for the two of us had we gotten drinks - food on time.
Was extremely pleased with the New Orleans Hard Rock. Been to quite a few of these over the years and although they can be pricy. They generally are just OK. This was was much better. The food quality was fantastic- sure this is basic fare but done very well. Compliments to the chef. Also the service was very good - timely and not too pushy.
Noise level a little too loud. Could not have a conversation. But being able to get on the drums a take pics was awwsome!
We were celebrating our daughters birthday which was not acknowledged. It was noted on the reservations. It was freezing cold and we along with other patrons asked to turn down the AC. We were told it was set on auto. The food was just ok
My only disappointment was that my granddaughter was celebrating her 5th birthday. She actually told one of the waitresses. Lol!! I was hoping that they would have helped celebrate with her. Other than that it was all great.
The service was great. However there is better value locally so not really competitive. Our starter can and seconds later our mains, felt rushed. Probably would not go back as more choice around the French Quarter.
Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere as always.
Traveling with food allergies in New Orleans is very hard. Next time I'm in the area, I'm eating all meals at Hard Rock Cafe.
We didn’t have to wait. The food was excellent. Always a good experience at The Hard Rock.
We have a tradition to visit Hard Rock in each city we visit so New Orleans was no exception. We enjoyed the food and the cocktails. Unfortunately we were seated in the back room next to the kitchen door (it appeared to be an extension added to the restaurant). It lacked the atmosphere you expect from Hard Rock. Our server was very friendly but was ‘hands off’ and forgot about our request for our high chair.
Great food and service . Noise level was fine
Restaurant was dirty. My daughter’s lemon had hair on it. Food was decent. Service was good and quick.
We waited over 20 minutes before waitress showed up at our table initially. Never checked back with us after the food was delivered to see if we need anything else. Had to ask for check.
Super friendly staff. Great food.
We had a fun time and were offered a free desert!
The service was very slow. Food was cold. The air condition was hitting hard at our table. So good got cold to fast. Waited almost a half hour on receipt then had to ask for it..
My husband and I had dinner at the Hard Rock in New Orleans. I ordered a non-spicy Bloody Mary. I asked the server if they could make it non-spicy and he said it was not a problem. What I received was the worst Bloody Mary ever. It was way too spicy, it was watered down and had a wilted celery stalk in it. No salt in the rim, no olive, no anything!
The food was ok. My ribs were good but the beans and fries were cold. My husband’s mac n cheese was dried up and cold also.
Our waiter was not to be found for the majority of time and we did not see a manager to voice our concerns.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Hard Rock is always a good experience! Family really enjoyed dinner!
Had a wonderful experience at our visit in New Orleans!! We’ve been to several different locations and of course this one plopped in the middle of a Bourbon Street did not disappoint. Our server was very friendly and did an awesome iob! Yes we know these restaurants are tad bit commercialized but we always enjoy!!!!
We had an AMAZING time here! The food and service were exceptional!!! Especially since we had so many people with our party (like 35, or so)!!! They were one of the only few places that accepted reservations!
