Great service. Decent food.

My server Carlene and the manager made it the best anniversary we had during our stay in Hard Rock! I would definitely come back and recommend it to people!

Wasn’t impressed with the food quantity especially for the price.

We got sat at our table quickly thanks to having used this app and getting a table a head of time. Food was good came out fast, only issue was it was really loud but it’s HardRock Cafe you kind of expect that so I’m still giving it 5 stars because it was totally awesome either way.

Very limited menu. Our server was super busy to really pay attention to us.

Daughter’s birthday the restaurant was clean and safe. The food was good and more than filing everyone had plenty to eat and a size-able amount to take back to the resort. The wait staff was excellent and food the right balance of being available but not hovering.

Had a reservation and had to wait 30 min until we said something and the hostess said there were no tables so we asked for a manager and there was magically a table right away. Food was not very good, server seemed to be in a rush

My food was undercooked but was fixed rather quickly My husband got a double burger and i got a bbq bacon burger and mine was bigger than his and his cost more

The service was outstanding but the restaurant is small for a Hard Rock location and the menu was limited. One of our meals was cold and the prices seemed higher than at other Hard Rock locations. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but I don’t feel like we would have missed anything if we had gone to a different restaurant.

Had reservation for 7, but didn’t get in to be seated until 7:20. Our waitress was wonderful!

We were late for our reservation due to a car accident. Staff was amazing and still got us in to eat. All were fun and very gracious!

Birthday and Easter

We always have fun at HardRock.This was no exception.

Service was great.

For the most part everything was good.

Food great as always. All wait staff was helpful. Our waiter Sam was fantastic.

Cameron was a good server but sometimes forgot to bring stuff to our table we requested twice. Food was good, meals as always are spendy.

Food was absolute crap. Especially for the price. Service was eh. Our server took 15 minutes to come back with mayo for a burger that was now cold. Told him we didn't want to eat it anymore and he said "alright bet".

Delicious food and exceptional service.

For what you pay there is very little selection and the quality is not great.

1st time @ the Hard Rock, and it wasn't as cracked up to be.

The restaurant was freezing. It was so cold that we had to buy sweatshirts. We asked for the air conditioning to be lowered. The waitress said she asked for AC to be lowered but they would not. People left, which is what we should have done. I am not sure if this was a ploy to get people to shop. Even buying sweatshirts we were still extremely cold. The menu was limited. Not sure if that was caused by COVID. The waitress was nice. Overall it was not a great experience.

Everyone was really nice and friendly , the food was awesome as well. Can’t wait to be back!

They are handling the covid situation like champs. Great staff. All worked hard to support one another to give us a great service experience.

We were disappointed. We understand that because of the pandemic, things have changed. The menu didn't meet our needs. One of the excellent dishes was the Norwegian Salmon, but they don't offer the mashed potatoes anymore and the only choice was french fries or extra veggies. The "Impossible Burger" isn't a good replacement for the Black Bean burger or Cauliflower burger. The Romaine lettuce in the Caesar Salad wasn't real fresh and the croutons weren't either. They were short-staffed and our waitress was serving the bar as well as our table. There was an untidy appearance to the glass case housing the guitar near our table and the ceiling looked like it had mold. We are Members and have always enjoyed Hard Rock, but have decided to not return for the present. Our waitress was friendly and did her best though.

Amazing staff, Sammy was my waiter, he was outstanding! COVID precautions are still in place and they are doing a great job at keeping guests safe, socially distanced, sanitized etc. Great experience!

I moved to south carolina 2 years ago and was glad to see hardrock cafe. Me and my wife had to try it and we liked it alot. We have come back here to eat several times and very good luck thank you

Food was great , Service was excellent

Our waiter was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. It was a party of 6 so the requests kept coming to him. Our food was delicious and nicely presented. Always a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe and this was my first visit here. I have been to hard rock cafes around the world. Kudos to your staff!

Food was extremely cold when brought to the table.
