It's a nice touristic place to visit. The food is good. The waiters are nice but not so motivated. There was a band playing. They played pretty good but it was hard to held a conversation because the sound was very loud. Our menus stayed on the table until we left and the dirty dishes were not taken away until we ordered a desert. If it wasn't a hard rock Cafe it would get a 3 star evaluation. But it's the hard rock Cafe Miami...it has to get 4 stars. I would go there again.

I was disappointed having come to the HARD ROCK cafe in MIAMI!! to have a 2 piece band playing Ed Sheeran! I was wanting HARD ROCK as per what it says on the tin. The service was ok. The waiting staff were polite but we received dirty cutlery and my daughter's food came out 15 minutes before ours therefore she had eaten hers before ours arrived - we come out to eat as a family. The ambience was not rocking, it was more like karaoke. The sound of the "POP" band was poor. Not at all the Hard Rock experience, I had hoped for so left a bit disappointed.

As usual, we really enjoyed our time at a Hard Rock Cafe. The staff was very friendly and helpful and my top favorite band Metallica was included into the playlist several times after being asked at the front desk by the Manager which my favorite band would be. Really appreciated.

Went for a chill birthday dinner with myself. Service was really horrible. They sat 3 tables at once, and greeted the white men first when we sat before them. I got my salad before I got water. Drink was nasty and had old mint leaves in it. Only saw my server 3 times. Took over 20 minutes to get my check and run a gift card. And 20 to get to go wings. Will not return to this location. The two outside hosts were really friendly. And another server in the section that acknowledged me a fee times was good too

Super pretty views at the restaurant but did not have a good experience at all. We wanted to sit outside for the views but there was a literal pile of dog 💩 next to our table. Our server was nice but when we got our food there was a hair in it. I ended up getting a new plate but 20 minutes later and everyone else in my party was already done. I ended up paying for that as well. Overall would be a good place maybe for a drink and pictures but thats about it. Definitely not worth the $20-$30 we paid per meal.

The manager was great - he gave us a nice greeting when we arrived and shared some information about the history of the Hard Rock restaurants. Then, he asked for our favorite band and then played several songs by them. Finally, when we told him that we were in a hurry to catch a flight, he personally took our order and helped the staff ensure that our food was delivered without delay. It was a great experience!

Service was super slow because they were so understaffed. Took us 6 times asking for things to get them. Steak was way too salty and over cooked. Plus they had a terrible leak DJ not even playing rock music that was beyond loud to where u couldn’t hear anything and the waiter couldn’t hear us. Definitely the worst Hard Rock Cafe experience, crazy that it was at the Miami Bayside location. Terrible. The waiter was good but was setup to fail because they were understaffed. Managements terrible mistakes made him look bad.

They really upped their game! The Salmon was amazing! My teenager kept asking for more of my dish! We ate at another restaurant and paid double the price for bland tasting Salmon. From the fries to the freshly made barbecue sauce to the great service this Hard Rock Cafe was just plain excellent! We’ll be back! Thank you Antwon and the waiter and the GM!

Food was ok. But the service in there is shocking, 20 minutes to get a drink. Half of the starter was missing. Asked a waiter for condements and he pulled a face as if to say hang on. The waitress kept running off behind the bar and ignoring are request. Left over starters where not cleared when mains arrived. We ordered more drinks, they still weren't there after 20 minutes, the waiter then told us that they had forgotten them and that they would bring them right away. finally got the drinks after waiting another 20 minutes. Great service from Antonio. Margaritas weren’t the best but Antonio was very friendly and quick. I’d you want to sit outside you have to ask and be downstairs otherwise you’ll be seated inside. Very nice but felt dark and I don’t recall any windows. We enjoyed our seat outside to watch the boats come and go. When the big fan for turned on it felt great and the humidity didn’t kill us 😅

Wir haben einen Tisch online reserviert. Als wir 15 Minuten zu früh waren, hiess es wir müssen warten, da keine Tische frei seien. Wir setzten uns an die Bar um ein Drink zu nehmen. Wurden jedoch nicht bedient. Im Restaurant hatte es zu dieser Zeit viel freie Tische zur Verfügung. Der Service war horror! Wir mussten erneut sehr lange warten und hatten unser Drink noch immer nicht bekommen. Das Essen war gut. Die Atmosphäre war wegen dem schlechten Service nicht sehr toll… Ich bin mir von anderen Hard Rock Cafe besseres gewöhnt!

There were 6 people in my party. It was my idea to eat there before going to the concert. The food was cold when it finally arrived and done incorrectly. I was finished eating my food and my husband still had not gotten his food. The waiter kept moving the fan to another party instead of trying to accommodate both parties. I was extremely disappointed and although the manager comped or meal, our visit was already a disaster. I will not return.

We arrived on time got seated right away but the service was awful super slow they didn’t put napkins or silverware on the table the drinks were horrible served in regular glasses nothing fancy the way it used to be back in time the food was okay but expensive for the regular quality of it in other words poor management Do not recommend!!!
