Wafter waiting for acknowledgement one member of our party didn't receive there food. After everyone completed there meal and the bill was paid the missing entree arrived.
We sat there for an hour and a half with no food and 3 kids. We had to go to the play without having eaten.
We try to hit as many Hard Rocks as we can as we travel across the country, this was the first time I think we were truly disappointed. Being our first time in Memphis- had to pick up our pins decided to eat lunch. 85.00 later with NO alcohol for a mediocre experience. The best part was our greeter/host had great personality and fun conversation! We are wondering if Nashville will make the grade. Best so far Biloxi MS.
It was very busy due to lots of activities going on around Beale Street. We were early for our reservation and they sat us right away. Our waiter was busy but was attentive to our time there and took time out to chat with us also so we didn't feel rushed or ignored.

Horrible food, priced waaay to high. $73 for 3 hamburgers with no drinks. This doesn’t even seem like a Hard Rock Cafe, not much music memorabilia. It is dirty and food is the worst I’ve had anywhere. Very nice host and server.

Manager was awful food came out in waves like 15 minutes apart half our group of six was done then they got one burger wrong manager would not even come talk to us he sucked will never go back heard other folks that night had the same issue

It was my first time there in a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything was good; food, service and ambiance.
We came to the Hard Rock before the Celibe Dion concert. We did niy way lying for a table but it took over 20 minutes to just see our server. The food was served timely after our order was taken and it was pretty good. I am not sure if the problem was the concert but the service could definitely be improved.
Very slow service on this day. Took 10-15 min just to have someone come and get our drink order. Food was great as usual.
We were there before a concert. Regardless, it wasn’t terribly busy as we were there early, had reservations and sat upstairs where there were empty tables. Food was really cold and they were clearly just warmed up from frozen dishes. But we never had a clear server. Every person that came to our table had to be flagged down. Can we get drinks? Can we order food now? Runners brought food out but when we asked for refills those never came until we flagged someone down. Getting the check was insane. Another flag down. We won’t ever go back.
We enjoyed our meal and drinks at Hard Tock Cafe! I got the pulled pork BBQ sandwich with Cheese fries. The sandwich was amazing and the cheese fries was great! My drink was just perfect for my taste! We will definitely be back.
Late night dinner reservations for a group...the waiter had to help cook and serve us. He did the best he could, luckily the restaurant was not busy.

Unfortunately, the food was under seasoned and over cooked. Our server was very kind and attentive. But, the food quality did not match its prices.
This is my third strike with Hard Rock. I live in this neighborhood and like to spend my entertainment dollars in my neighborhood. But on a Saturday morning when there is no one else in the restaurant or a busy Friday night or a Tuesday night, it’s consistently terrible service. I’ve waited over an hour after food orders to receive the first appetizer. Then the food comes out one person at a time, not together, not salads first, not kids first, just random. No refills on drinks, I walked down to the bar to get those. Straighten up! You are on Beale street. Don’t embarrass our great city and historic neighborhood!
Both the food and the service was great. We went this summer and had a bad experience so the manager gave us gift cards to give them another chance. And I am so glad we did We enjoyed every aspect of it. The gold leaf burger was fun and delicious. We will definitely go again.
We had a very nice experience at Hard Rock in Memphis. We ordered the nachos off the appetizer menu and it was amazing!! Would have fed 8 people! Hamburgers, chicken sandwich and a Cobb salad were all good food in our party. The music was a little to loud for my taste but I guess that's expected for a Hard Rock! It was great food and drinks!
Arrived a few minutes late for our reservation, but we called ahead and it was slow, so not a big deal. Place was very quiet. We had a good spot to sit near the stage. Greeted by server for drinks, and that part went well. Then we told him we'd like to order as we needed to get to the theater across the street by 7:30 PM. It was 6:35 PM when we ordered 3 hamburgers, no apps due to time. We even paid for our food prior to it arriving to save time. Food arrived at 7:25 PM - horrible. We had to grab our burgers and fries and eat them as we walked to the theater. Unfortunately we did not head the other poor reviews regarding service. We loved the burgers, but will not go back due to taking 50 minutes to get a couple of burgers when the place was hardly populated. We've been all around downtown for pre-theater meals, and never had a timing issue until now. So heed the warnings, HORRIBLE SERVICE, which says a lot about how the restaurant prioritizes their clientele. Even if we weren't in a hurry, waiting 50 minutes for dinner is not acceptable in a nearly empty Hard Rock Cafe.
The most underwhelming Hard Rock I've ever been to. The service was great, but the price wasn't worth it for the quality and amount of food we got.

Our server was wonderful, but the restaurant was not honoring all reservations that night which made getting our table very difficult and frustrating. The shrimp bowl was excellent but flatbread was soft/soggy. Mixed views on the food.
Horrible experience. It's obvious this place stays open on the chain name alone. Possible it was a isolated incident but with the lack of regard by the staff makes me think it wasn't.
We had a reservation on Christmas day through Open Table, but when we arrived the res didn't go through to their computer. At most restaurants I would expect this to be a disaster (long wait, no table, etc), but not here. The host graciously found my boyfriend and I a table for 2 within about 5 minutes. The manager checked on us and the host several times to make sure we were ok.
The waitress was also very efficient in bringing refills, checking to see if we needed anything, etc.
We opened presents, ate burgers, had drinks and a wonderful time. I just took one star off of value because it was pricey for "burgers". I understand that I am paying for the experience too.
Hard rock has a glutton free menu which we ordered from and when the food was served, gluten free hamburger, they did not have any gluten free buns. They did not tell us early so we could change the order. The Manager came over and very relaxed and said sorry. We will need return for another visit.

I'm a local.. have not eaten at Hard Rock Memphis since it moved to to the east side of Beale Street. I made reservations online for 6:00. we had a 7:30 show at the FedEx Forum after. There was also a show going on that night at the Orpheum so I understood that everything downtown would be crowded and busy. The Hard Rock was not prepared and was highly understaffed. The Hostess was very sweet but she had to walk every group to their table, wipe their table down, give menus and napkins, great them, then come back for another customer to sit. It took her a good 10 minutes to sit each table and we could see there that were tables on the terrace that were empty. I know I made a reservation for a "regular table" but of course we would take any table available. So I had to ask her when she finally was able to seat us if we could have one of those upstairs and she said yes and finally sat us. It did take a very long time to get drink orders, then food, etc... She did not bring us utensils so my mother grabbed some out of (the party room I think) an entire empty room full of empty tables. I don't think she was a bad or ill-equipped server. I think there were only about 4 servers in the whole place. So of course she was slow.. We rushed through our food very quickly so we could leave on time for our show and had to ask the server to bring our check before we even got our food. It was my sons' birthdays so we were hoping for a unique and enjoyable experience but unfortunately it was not. I think Hard Rock needs to pay attention to upcoming events and be better prepared for crowds. Thank You.
This is the second time I have been to the Hard Rock Cafe in Memphis. The first time we were waiting over an hour for food, were told we were forgotten about, had to rush the meal as we had a concert to attend and ended up with a full refund. This last time was not much better, It seems they are understaffed. We waited a while for food were not offered a refill on our drinks and desert was served without silverware, which we waited and waited for and ended up hunting some down ourselves! we fared better than the family next to us as they were served two meals short! Needless to say, they have had two chances and I will not be going back a third time, even if the food was free.
Total disorder on a Thursday night. Ppl with reservations were waiting and irate when we arrived, we waited over 30 minutes to sit beyond our reservation. The service was lacking, it took 45 minutes after sitting to get SALADS. The restrooms were completely out of toilet paper... Out of all the Hard Rocks we have been to around the world, it's a shame that Tigretts "home base" sucked this bad.
Service was slow and the food came out cold. Atmosphere was nice.
Unfortunately , we had reservations for 7:15 but the hostess had us listed as already seated. We could not be seated for another 1/2-3/4 hour later. Hostess was very nice and tried to get us seated. Ended upstairs where there were many tables open but bartender was also our waiter.
Had to ask for utensil, napkins plates and menus. Had to wait awhile for these. Had to ask where and when our appetizers and main dishes were coming. Came 2 orders at a time. Very untimely. Bartender /waiter was busy serving others so we had to call him over several times for refills of drinks. Had to ask twice for our checks. We had a concert at FedEx Forum to get to.
Very poor service from the beginning!
It took 45 mins to get a waitress to come to the table. I had to get bar staff to ask a waitress to come to our table. Ended up ordering our entire meal through bar staff. We were there over 2 hours. Food was wrong as well.

First, I want to thank the waitress and manager for making everything right with our dinner at the end. We appreciate them doing that and want to say thank you.
Our experience was rather frustrating as we received our food and it was put in front of us with no plates to eat it on. We were with 3 other couples & we ordered appetizers to share. We couldn’t find our waitress & asked 3 other people for the plates, but no one brought them to us. We also had asked for water & only 2 people got them. Eventually we were brought plates, but our food had gotten cold.
The manager gave us our appetizers for free & all we paid for was our drinks. It was the right thing to do & we appreciate it. Just want to let them know it was a frustrating experience so they can work on providing better service going forward.
The food was very salty, the burger made my boyfriend sick. It used to be much better. We went for my birthday and they didnt even recognize it.
