Had the steak salad and it was lovely. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly.
Very friendly staff (Holly), deserves recognition for her bright, vibrant and enthusiastic manner. Excellent food and will definitely be back when I am back in Manchester.
It was amazing! The food was out of this world. Leroy our waiter couldn’t do enough for us. He was so kind polite and helpful. Best burger I have ever tasted ! Would definitely go back.
Disgusted to be refused a table as i was in my own
Amazing experience and great service. Such an enjoyable experience!
The food was decent but slightly overpriced however worth it for the memorabilia. Not all of the pictures/items are name or identified and when we asked a staff member who one of the pictures were she got annoyed visibly. When we were going to pay the same staff member was telling us about their review system, when she finished by brother asked her a question and she very rudely said “can I finish what I was saying”. Very rude, very unhappy.
We had the best experience in here on Monday night. Balloons were on the table for my Fiances birthday and we were given a booth which I had asked for when booking. Staff were incredibly friendly & polite and also a good laugh. The food was cooked to perfection and the quality was evident especially from the burgers. The best burger I've ever had. Would recommend Hard rock in Manchester to everyone
Our trip to the Hard Rock Cafe Manchester was brilliant. It was the second time visiting for me and my brother but the first time for my dad and he absolutely loved his visit. We were seated quickly and our server Jakub was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him, he was incredibly helpful. We had time to take in all of the memorabilia too and my dad absolutely loved it. We're already planning for the next time we can visit the Hard Rock. Overall, an excellent dining experience!
Unfortunately 6 drunk noicy guys were placed at the table next to us. They harrased my 15 year old daughter. We had to leave
Every thing was perfect from the food, drink, atmosphere and service, the only real complaint is that it was really cold and every one was eating with coats on
My friends and I had a lovely time visiting Hard Rock Cafe Manchester. It was my Birthday and they gave me balloons and complementary ice-cream. The service was great, food and drinks came promptly and the service over all was very good.
It was good, however, I am very disappointed that the Hard Rock Cafe is now not hard rock, or even rock. Back in the day it was rock music playing, but now we have pop music and the music was not loud enough when rock is played. The service from our initial server was excellent, but another guy took over who was less than ok, we had to ask a 3rd server for our bill as he'd disappeared. The food, however, was excellent as usual as this was the 15th Hard Rock Cafe I'd been to around the world
I booked a table for my brothers birthday. When we arrived we were taken straight to our table which had some balloons set up - a nice touch. The gentlemen who's name I have forgotten was very polite and gave us some information about our server and the menu. He recommended a dish and said happy birthday to my brother. He had a beard and very long hair.
Our server was called Hannah and she was very polite, friendly and helpful and made our dining experience really top notch.
They provided a free ice cream with a candle on for my brother and got everyone to sing happy birthday which was unexpected but absolutely fantastic.
The food was delicious, especially the wings and the nachos we had for starters. My brother works inform the kitchen for greene king and said that the food at Hard Rock was incredible and we all agreed it was better. We also had a hurricane cocktail each and it was the best cocktail I've ever had - I wish it was a tiny bit cheaper so I could have afforded a few more!
One small issue, our nachos arrived before our wings and we did have to ask about them cos the nachos were nearly half eaten. Hannah dealt with it straight away and brought our wings out no problem. Other than that, absolutely fantastic and I hope to go back soon :)
Great meal and service. Not the cheapest restaurant, but the food was excellent, the service was really good and the surroundings are interesting and different.
My only complaints were that my main course came out later than my partner's, but did come with an apology. And live music was advertised from 9pm on a Friday, but this didn't seem to happen.
Massive portions!! We had the mac and cheese and Bbq bacon cheeseburger. Best versions of these dishes we’ve ever had.
Meal before concert. Running late, they kept my table free when rang them. Even moved us to a bigger table when extra person wanted to join us. Love this place, food, staff and atmosphere. Made even better with the service we got. Well done Hard Rock Manchester.
I had beef and it was tasty. The person I was with had beef too and it was tasty.
I had booked this as a treat for my daughter before her first concert, I was so disappointed and should of done some research first, tables were cramped next to each other, menu was limited so was the dessert menu, the food was presented nicely but didn't taste as nice as it looked, the only plus was the children's food, having the choice of fruit instead of chips was ideal for my daughter and it came with her burger on a cute plate, the children's dessert menu was very limited 2 choices, so my daughter chose a choc fudge sundae and had one spoon she didn't like it, again looked nice but didn't taste as good, I don't normally leave reviews and we really aren't fussy people but I think the place is over priced and hyped because of the name, overall dissapointed and wouldn't visit again
Excellent experience at Hard Rock Manchester, staff very friendly and food was great, hope to be back soon.
Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back! We really enjoyed ourselves. Service was lovely, music was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Very happy environment too!
Un endroit convivial avec un service agréable et une ambiance surprenante
First time I've been to a Hard Rock Cafe, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were extremely attentive. Really enjoyable experience
A great atmosphere .We went to celebrate our daughters birthday. The food was very expensive £95 for two adults and three kids, none of us has dessert and only had a soft drink.
The Hard rock is my favourite place to eat and drink, the staff are all so friendly, try it out :-)
It was fine - nice atmosphere and staff were really friendly. Think the menu and food is a bit dated now to be honest, and overpriced for what it is. There are so many new and interesting places available now where you can get more choice for less. Was good for the kids and the music helps if they get a bit loud!
Perfect. Had a really great time. Excellent food and even better service
Had a great time. Food was very good as was the portions. Only issue is the combination of loud music and people having to shout to each other to be heard.
Food was delicious, my baby back ribs just fell off the bone. Partner's Mac and cheese was fantastic too and the portion sizes were huge!
Not just relying on the brand to sell the night. Music was great and people were just singing along at the bar and at tables. Staff were phenomenonal. Having worked in the industry myself it was a pleasure to see people actually enjoying the job and themselves. Unfortunately I can not remember the name of our server, but he was dressed as a pirate on the night of 26th if that helps to find out who he was. Can't thank him enough. Made the night wonderful. Thankyou!
Usual fine mix of good music and food - pre event at the MEN Arena so was busy and service was therefore a teeny bit slow but not the end of the world.
Note to self. Portions huge - ordered too much.
Great food, great service, brilliant atmosphere - huge puddings
Great place to eat and drink with great music. Atmosphere fantastic and super friendly waiters.
Service was very good, did not wait long for food even though the restaurant was very busy. Good choice of food and wine.
Overall very good experience I would recommend to others.
Table wasnt ready when we arrived, so waited 15minutes for the table to be ready (even though it had been booked for a time). Ordered nachos as a sharing starter, very little toppings. Mains were ok but for the price not really worth it! Waiter was lovely though.
Our waiter was a bit full on and quite expensive but my daughter enjoyed it.
Whenever my wife and I have visited Manchester, we’ve always booked a table at Hard Rock Cafe. This time we booked months in advance, yet felt like we’d been squeezed in last minute. Our table was tucked out the way, but so close to the table behind us that we had to reposition it just to sit down. This meant I was practically sat in a stairway with the constant traffic of staff going back and forth. The menu has changed since our last visit and now offers fewer options. This would be fine if the food was anywhere near as good as the price would suggest, but the Legendary burger was very average and the signature steak sauce was basically brown sauce, but more watery. My wife found a plastic tab from the lid of a container in her salad. We were given a discount, but made to feel like we’d made it up, because they “don’t use containers like that”. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
I enjoyed it
We had a great time. The atmosphere is upbeat and the displays are interesting. Food is a bit on the pricey side for what is standard fare. Chicken wing starter was over £9 for example. Having said that there was enough for 2 to share. Kids meals are varied and reasonably priced. Good for a pre show meal at the Arena as it is an easy 5 minute walk.
Nice restaurant with good vibe, bit on the pricey side. Did have to wait for 20 mins for table even though we booked.
A very nice reception. Asked to wait whilst our table was cleaned, then directed to our table after a short wait. Our dedicated waitress was very helpful initially, but between courses was not attentive at all. A pleasant experience despite this.
Brilliant visit! We came for a meal and ended up coming back for a few drinks later that night at the bar area! We were served by Tommy/Tom who was brilliant with us, a really lovely lad and is a credit to the Hard Rock Cafe! Thanks so much for an amazing meal& time we will be returning!
