Permanently Closed - Hard Rock Cafe - Louisville

First time at the hard rock. Memorabilia was interesting and had a cool vibe. Extremely overpriced though, the food was fine but reminded me of Applebee’s menu just double or triple the price. Mostly burgers, sandwiches, etc. Standard appetizers and drinks like I said just comically expensive for something that isn’t anything special. To make your annoyance worse you are constantly being upsild on Hard Rock merchandise and take home cups. I understand why these places are shutting down now. Service was good.

Staff was nice, but not really attentive. Waited a very long time for app and had to ask server about it. Then when if food came out which also took quite a hit of time, it was all cold. Kids mac and cheese, fries, husbands steak and broccoli and my steak on salad. Probably wint go back. Witnessed a couple other tables send food back also. It was disappointing. Again, the staff was super nice.

We had great service, amazing food and a great time. We were there for my sons 21st birthday and they made him feel special. Can't wait to go back again!

My steak was over cooked on outside and undercooked on inside , the waiter never came back to check so it wasn’t a great night, I realize it was Valentine’s Day but still

With our reservation, we were seated quickly and our server came over nearly immediately. Our server brought our food out quickly and we did not wait for too long for our drinks or orders. The food tasted amazing. The price was fair for the taste. The music seemed a bit loud, however, that is as expected for the Hard Rock Café. The worst part of the experience was our seating. Our table sat right in front of the door; we constantly felt the cold breeze whenever the door opened, which was often, and I was never able to take off my coat or sit comfortably throughout the duration of our meal. In addition, the table sat out in the open and on the edge of the restaurant seating arrangement; I never felt included in the ambiance and the environment did not feel as welcoming as I'd like. Other than that, the experience was good. I would go again, as long as we got a different table of course.

Our experience at the Hard Rock Louisville was excellent! We had a large party and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal! Thank you so much!

Easy to get to. Convenient online reservations in 15 minute increments. Manager checked on us during our lunch. Food was delicious and hot!

They had no record of the open table reservation, but were able to seat us quickly.

We had a great meal and great entertainment. We are not in Louisville very often, but always try to eat at Hark Rock Cafe if we can!

Overpriced. Dirty, poor service. Flat beer. I did not want to hear rap music all night.

We waited 15 minutes after the hostess sat us, the place was completely empty and no one came to help us, so we left. I was disappointed because I had been before

Everything was great except they would not toss the dressing in my salad. Never encountered that before. Service was great though.

Service was good, cood was good and the staff were all friendly and eager to help.

Watching the kids perform covers of 70's-90's music was pretty awesome! Manager was very nice!

2 people in party ordered Cobb salad and they served salad with 3 ingredients missing from each.
Nachos and salads were no charge. It was thanksgiving- waiter was great.

Music was good. Bartender Ricky was very pleasant

Our server himself was great but because of the lack of staff at dinner on the night of two local concerts every group of 4-6 were all seated in the same exact area so he had multiple tables to take care of and we were all jammed in the one section.

First time my wife and I have been there definitely will go back wonderful experience.

Really slow food service and food was mediocre at best

Had made reservations with open table. When I got there line was out of restaurant l. When I went she said be 25 minutes. I let them know I had made reservations for 12 and it is 12:04. She mention that something was wrong with system.

Restaurant was very short handed but our waitress, Carman was great.

My husband and I were there to have dinner before a concert located on 4th Street. We were seated right away. Food was delish. Only thing I’d say is it would be nice to have outdoor seating availability during concerts instead of these huge companies coming in and buying up all the tables...

The food was great, the Bahama mama was fantastic and I enjoyed the atmosphere very much! Everything was a great experience here and I recommend it for anyone that ever wants a little getaway that has food,music and drinks.. all in one here!

Reservations were easy and helpful for a busy Friday night. Service was great. Management checked on us.

The food was really good and the service was outstanding.

The service was excellent. The menu seemed small and nothing really stood out, however the food was fantastic! I was surprised. With such a basic menu I expected it to be bland and basically cooked. Whoever the chef was did an excellent job preparing burgers. They were juicy and perfectly cooked; even the sliders!

Little pricey and not many options to choose from in food choices.

Terrible experience overall. We got there early and they would not let us sit down prior to our reservation even though the restaurant was empty. We were told those prior reservations to ours would be sitting down first. There was very little communication after that. We showed up at a reservation time and were seated and did not get drinks for 30 minutes and our food for 45 minutes after that. We were told that it was because there was a concert in the area and the restaurant was overbooked. When we left the restaurant was still half full. The food was marginal.

Everything was terrible - line out the door to be seated even with reservations. Rude and slow service (10-15 minutes to show up at our table, 15+ minutes for drinks to show up, long wait for food to show up with congealed cheese and ice cold meat. Over 20 minutes for them to remake the food (just a plate of nachos) for it to come out congealed and cold again. Waitress didn’t apologize - mostly just shrugged and blamed the kitchen.

Great food! Fun atmosphere! Service was phenomenal.

We arrived for our on time reservation of 330pm on a Saturday. We had requested thru open table as well as told the hostess we wanted a booth. She still sat us at a table with chairs. There were only 5 family's at tables and 1 at a booth. We said nothing. We ordered the spinach dip with chips, they told us they were out of spinach. We said nothing. When our appetizer came, the extreme small size and portion given to 3 people to sample was equivalent of 3 sausage links, each cut in half to make it appear like 6. Again, we said nothing. We tried to order any kind of chicken for entrée, they said they do not offer that. We said nothing. My wife asked twice her sandwich to be made without cheese. Yes, it was made with cheese, we said nothing. I asked for extra tomato on my sandwich. Yes, I got a single paper thin slice of tomato, again we said nothing. So, while All of other experiences at Hard Rock Café, including Canada, Italy, New York, Chicago and Florida have been wonderful, we thought we would drive 2 hours and try this café closer to home. The 75 dollar lunch, i will let you be the judge. I have nothing left to say....

Such a nice time here! Our server was seriously amazing! Had great food and drink suggestions and really kept an eye on us the whole time! I loved that when we walked in the door the host was super friendly and even chatted with us all the way to the table! We have been in the industry for a long time ourselves and wanted to make sure you knew how great your staff is - even though we spent a good 10 minutes telling the manager how much we enjoyed our experience! Looking forward to coming back!

Got to the restaurant a bit early. They sat me right away and in a booth, which was a great surprise! Checked out the items on the walls as i had a friend that had never eaten at a Hard Rock Before. Server was really nice and chatted a bit and the food was good. I always come back when i am in town, which is very frequently.

Drinks took 15 minutes to get the only thing that kept is from leaving was how genuine the waitress was.
