Was looking forward to eating there, however we were greeted by someone who wasn’t sure where our seat was. Drinks took a long time to come. Food took even longer. Servers were rude and even asked if they could keep the change for their tip, definitely won’t be back.

The usual bouncing reception when walking into a Hard Rock. All of the staff seemed friendly and energetic. Food was well prepared, we went for a selection of starters and sides and there was more than enough for the two of us. Prices are starting to get high but I think that's the case everywhere. One downside, don't go in here if you want to remain tethered to the digital world, my mobile reception was almost non-existent and I couldn't see any WiFi network to use. But a digital de-tox is always a good thing.

Very disappointed with my visit. I have a child family member with a severe wheat allergy and we struggle to find places with good gluten free menus. I done my research and the Hard Rock Cafe came highly recommended for its GF options so I booked for our family. He was so excited that he could finally be getting a burger in an actual burger bun (he’s 6). The waiter was great. Explained the GF kids menu and we ordered the burger. The waiter came back shortly afterwards to tell us that the chef ‘could not find’ the GF burger buns so he could just have the patty only instead. We could get this at any restaurant to be honest and the promise of a GF burger in an actual bun was what made us book and travel all the way into Glasgow for this meal in the first place. The rest of the parties food was very nice and the waiter, I think his name was Craig, was excellent and very attentive. But the GF thing ruined the whole experience for us. Really disappointing.

Could only get a table in the bar, and therefore could not get a main meal like we wanted did not want a bar meal. Was really disappointed, as when you click on the menu it took you to the main menu not the bar menu. Was really looking forward to get a meal here. Decide not to eat at the Hard Rock. Hopefully the next time we will get it the next time

Food was very slap dash and cold - we were told we only had a certain time on our table - which is fine but it was shorter that 2 hour slots they allowed for - food wash rushed , told we maybe be eating our starters when our mains will be served - poor service and food for £185. Worse I’ve ever had - won’t be back.

Very friendly team seated 4 of us early for our reservation (we arrived an hour before our appointed time). Our waiter Gary was superb at his job, friendliness, knowledge and whole approach. When getting to the restaurant we were greeted by some lovely girls who showed us to our table. We ordered and everything was going smoothly until they brought my food over and the chicken in my chicken sandwich was raw- now you may be wondering why have I still given them 3 stars overall when they gave me raw chicken. Well, mistakes happen and the way they handled the situation was better than I ever would’ve expected. They were so on it and apologetic, it was handled professionally. I truly appreciate the front of house staffs efforts, it was next level.

Let me start by saying the hosts and our server were amazing. Our server was friendly and helpful and really took care of us. We loved him. The food however, left something to be desired. The portions are small for the price you pay. The buffalo chicken wings were tasty but dry, the sauce on them had all dried out. The chicken burger was so dry it was inedible. We had to cover it in blue cheese saved from our starter as there was a pitiful amount of ranch added. My wife couldn't eat it and left most of it. At £15 it should be edible at minimum. Not good value for money and not good quality food.

Quickly seated, the restaurant was fairly empty, but filled fairly quickly, staff are very helpful, and are quick to please. Our orders all came together, and that is where we had a problem, all the hamburgers, and chips were hot, and freshly made, my ribs, and chicken not so much, both were warm at best, and I had to return the meal, which caused a second problem, because my meal took another 15/20 minutes everyone else was finished. The manageress was REALLY NICE, and dealt with the situation, by reducing our bill, and drinks order, which made up for the disappointment of the meal. I would give the Hard Rock another go before I made the final choice.
