We have been coming here for years now as a family (our young daughters LOVE everything about you guys), however, on our most recent trip, we left very disappointed :-( We had a table booked but it was very quiet upon arrival which suited us perfectly and we assumed service would be just as quick (if not quicker) than the times we’ve been when it’s busy. We were seated and waited 20mins for our drinks order to be taken, our food order was thankfully taken at the same time since it had been as long a wait, we waited another 25/30 mins for some of the drinks (3 x cokes, 1 x mocktail, 1 x pint), our little ones milkshake took another 15 mins to arrive… The littlest ones food arrived 1st, 10/15 mins later the 2 x burgers arrived along with the cold parts of the fajitas (I should also note, my daughter received 6 wraps in her bag but my husband only had 3), the hot meat part of their fajitas didn’t arrive for another 10 mins (I actually think they were forgotten as our server was seen standing around the kitchen entrance and ran back in once she seen we were without but someone else arrived with them). The food as a whole was fairly cold and not to the standard we are so used to in here. Our server started emptying our table whilst there was still people eating too which I’ve never experienced in here, normally they are very good with restaurant etiquette. It also seemed very expensive for what we had, well over the £100 mark for cold food that took an age to arrive has for sure ruined our 5 star experience streak at Hard Rock Glasgow :-( Gutted to say the least as it’s something we thoroughly look forward to when we set off from Ayrshire for a day in Glasgow.

Chicken was like rubber. Pasta had no flavour and drinks just tasted like sugar. Nothing seemed to have been prepared freshly or with any skill. Very disappointed. Place has gone down hill as we enjoyed coming here a few years ago.

Greeted by the manager, so bubbly and welcoming, she included everything in the welcome including the shop. Seated quickly and introduced to our server, also very welcoming and helpful. Food service was exceptional. Food itself was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow.

There was a bit of confusion with our booking which probably didn’t help but was asked by 3 separate people if I had a booking which didn’t get us off to a great start, then felt the cocktails were pretty poor especially considering the price. Wasn’t eating but the food did look good!

The atmosphere wasn’t great, but it was a Thursday and around 6:30-7pm. The staff however was so welcoming, friendly and hospitable! The only issue with the food was that my double cheese burger was quite dry, despite asking for it as rare as possible. Would go again, but not on Mon-Thur and definitely later in the evening.

My daughters 15th Birthday. My daughter loves the Hard Rock Cafe and so wanted to go for her birthday. We hit the gift shop and she and her older and younger sisters also found keep sakes. The older sister found a cool denim jacket and the 2year old sister found a wee guitar plate which they love. I also bought the birthday girl a hoodie, t-shirt and necklace. I would recommend they stock teddies/ toys for younger kids and the big kids at heart lol because my wee one would have loved a Hard Rock teddy well infact all 3 would have lol The food was great. Ellie our host was lovely :) You don't go to the hard rock to sit quietly so we all enjoyed the music! The teens would have liked to have been able to request music using their phones but they said they couldn't in the Glasgow one. The 2year old was given a high chair and she loved her visit and sat and ate like the perfect wee angel lol Although wee had help from her favourite cartoons on her tablet lol

Our server was lovely but the food was a big disappointment, the legendary burger was meant to come with a sauce as stated in the menu but it didn’t and we weren’t told that it no longer comes with the sauce so the whole burger was very dry and the actual beef patty was dry as well! The cocktails were ok but expensive for what they were. For the price you’re paying you would think there would be a bit of a wow factor but we were really disappointed overall and this has put me off from coming back. We told our server how we felt and the manager came over and apologised and gave us some money off which was very nice of him! So 10/10 for customer service but 5/10 for the food!

Food was delicious, however this was let down by the service, we waited over half an hour for drinks which were all brought to the table separately therefore some needed another drink before others even received their, also the wrong drinks were brought to the table more than once. The burgers stated they each had an onion ring on the bun however out of the three burgers ordered none had onion ring, one of my party ordered cheese and bacon fries which did not arrive with the meal as he had been given normal fries. Whenever we required assistance ie another drink, dessert, no servers were to be found in the area, at one point we had to walk around the area to find someone and cancel our drinks as we had been waiting over half an hour an were going to be late for our show, this was the fastest we received our drinks as they came within minutes of us stating we needed to cancel them and asked for the bill, again asking for the bill was the quickest we were served all night, we were in the restaurant for two and a half hours and had three drinks due to waiting so long to be served. I would not recommend Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow to anyone unless you are prepared to wait all night to be served and are happy to receive the wrong orders repeatedly.

Husbands 50th emailed and also asked if they could do a happy birthday for him- still waiting despite being told that they would. Table was booked for 6pm got seated at 6.15- eventually got food served at 6.45 - disappointing- Edinburgh far better
