Made reservations for our table, got seated and waited for our server for about 10 minutes to show up. The restaurant wasn't full with less then half the tables occupied. Ordered our food and another long wait, finally our orders arrived. Ordered the rack of ribs which came out cold, my spouse ordered the medium steak, when it arrived it was dry and way over done. The kids meals weren't correct also, undercooked burgers and cold fries. Was a bad experience cold over cooked food and flat soda, read reviews before you make reservations .

The band playing was off key. Other patrons were standing directly next to my table while I was trying to eat, their kids completely out of control. Staff did nothing, there's no encouragement to allow people some personal space.

Poor poor service! I made reservations online while I was traveling and I’m from Missouri…and as I drove through Colorado just to go to that one specific Hard Rock…I showed up to a private party. Therefore I was upset due to my boyfriend and I couldn’t go in. It was a surprise I set up for my boyfriend so I was upset that he couldn’t be inside his first experience in a Hard Rock Cafe

I ordered fajitas with only peppers. When they brought out the food they told me that wasn’t possible and I would have to have fajitas with onions. Had I known that when ordering I would have gotten a different meal.

The restaurant was too busy. The kitchen was backed up and our order got "lost". There were several large parties (4 or more people) on the main floor and a group of 50 - 100 guests upstairs. Our table for 2 was not well taken care of and we almost missed the theater show we were going to.

It was my daughter’s 16th birthday dinner and we had several of us and perhaps the best server we have had in a long time he did a fantastic job had amazing energy any mistake from the kitchen he was rapid and sincere just an overall excellent job on his part while keeping humor. The hostess was also friendly. Food was good just a slight undercooked salmon but no biggie got it handled so easily. Well done we will be back

The service was trash. Even though we had a reservation for our party, we were treated like walk-ins off the street. When we reminded them we had a reservation, the wait staff became very nasty. We left! Besides, the place was old, dingy, and did not smell very fresh!

We went here for my daughter’s 16th birthday and Eugene was AWESOME; he provided excellent service and entertainment with his dad humor. The hosts (the Bellas) worked hard to accommodate our party size, and the management checked in on us. Not to mention, the food was surprisingly delicious! All in all an excellent experience for all to be had! Thank you!

Took a long time to get drinks. I’d say about 15-20 minutes at the bar before we were approached. Our server Baldamar was great, just the host/bar staff could use improvement.

Staff was either overwhelmed or forgetful. Waited an hour for appetizers and decided to get our main course to go since service was so slow.

Disappointing! On the website and in the booking confirmation was said that there was live music and that wasn’t true. The food was overcooked and even burned. There were people screaming when watching a football game on the tv. The dinning room was disappointing. Not a good experience, unfortunately!

The restaurant is under staffed and our server had too many tables to serve. We had to remind her for different parts of our order. She never asked us about refills, but she was pleasant.

We had such a fun dinner! Our kids (ages 10-15) loved it. We loved our sever, Hunter, and the music was amazing. The service was great and we’ll definitely be coming again!
