HRC-Besuche sind immer etwas besonderes für uns! Wie lieben die USA, und selbst das HRC Cologne gibt einem das Gefühl, mal kurzfristig "im Urlaub" zu sein und sich wie in den USA zu fühlen, auch durch den Service, der natürlich (mindestens) beide Sprachen - Deutsch und Englisch - beherscht. Ribs sind mega und stehen den amerikanischen Rippchen in Nichts nach. Zu empfehlen, auch vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Da ist es in den USA in den HRC's deutlich teurer.

Die Bedienung war leider sehr leise für die laute Musik. Die Wings haben uns leider garnicht geschmeckt. Was dir Bedienung nur mit abwertenden Blicken kommentiert hat, ohne zu fragen ob es geschmeckt hat. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Der Cocktail war auch nichts für uns.

Das Essen im Hardrock Café ist immer sehr lecker und solide. Die Portionen sind gut und ausreichend. Vorallem die Nachos sind der Oberhammer ❤️❤️❤️ leider ist es dort sehr beengt. Haben mit 6 Personen inmitten anderer Gäste gesessen, die somit kaum Platz für sich selbst hatten. ( warum nicht Oben Tische besetzen)??? Die Damen Toiletten waren leider unter aller Kanone…. Dort muss an Hygiene echt noch gearbeitet werden!!!

We should have visited the Hard Rock, Cologne for last New year's celebrations but had to cancel because of the Covid restrictions. The Management kindly let us carry over the price of the tickets to use when we were free to travel. We visited last Saturday evening and the whole experience was exceptional, from the welcome we received, the young lady who looked after us and the Manager who took the time to make sure we were content with everything. The Food and drinks arrived promptly and were delicious ,great service and a great atmosphere. We cannot thank the Staff at the Hard Rock enough for making our evening such a memorable experience. We will definitely recommend and hope to return one day :)

Good ambiance. Loud music but it's a hard rock café restaurant. Coool with friends. Problème with the service. We ordered starters but forgotten by the waitress. At the end, the waitress removed the plates and forgot to propose the dessert. Again waiting... And 15 minutes later : "I haven't asked if you want a dessert?"....

If you like burgers and fries you are at the right place. The Hard Rock Cafe is not a cheap place but you get (a lot of) excellent food and service. Atmosphere and music is great - (if you like rock music ;-)). Making a reservation is absolutely recommended. Like in all Hard Rock Cafes that I visited up to now, going there spontaneously would very likely not work.
