Large party that unfortunately had a bad experience. Separate checks were charged to the wrong credit cards. I was overcharged $44.12 for meals I did not purchase. Hopefully will get credit. Took over 1/2 hour for us to try to straighten out the bills. Large parties beware. Pay cash.
My first time there and I fell in love I wanted to go back the next day! Would highly recommend to anyone! My new favorite place. A little pricey but well worth every dime.
The food was good. But it was too crowded in the place. Waiters kept bumping my chair.
Will not be back. Our food was fine, our service was great, but man, oh man.... don’t expect to have any conversation at your table. Our dinner was a full on sound check for whatever half-rate garbage band was performing last night. If I hear anyone repeat “one two, one two” I will rage. It was ridiculous. It was unnecessary. And it was maddening. For the love of anything good in the world, cut the speakers during your hour long mic check, and quit it with the drum check.
Let me first say I LOVE Hard Rock Cafe. I've visited them all over the nation and have long been a member of their rewards. With that, I will never return to the Baltimore HRC. The family near us left the area trashed - food and debris all over the floor, chairs, and table. It was left this way for more than half our meal, watching staff and customers step through it.
Our drinks (tropical margaritas) tasted so strongly of lime juice they weren't palatable, on top of the fact they took 20 minutes to arrive. Our food arrived before they managed to bring out our replacement drinks (bottled beer), and was both overcooked and bland.
When we requested to speak to the manager it took asking 3 different wait staff to finally get her attention. She was passive aggressive, argumentative, and petty. She comped our entire meal simply to prove a point - which was fine considering it wasn't a meal worth the price anyhow - but it was not done out of good customer service. All in all I suggest you not only avoid this place, but you should probably just avoid Baltimore altogether. This experience wasn't unique to HRC, as we had similar experiences all day during our visit to Baltimore. No wonder the harbor was basically empty on a Saturday - it's just a miserable place all around.
Terrible service. Had a reservation and still waited 15 minutes after we arrived. The table wasn’t even set when we sat. The busser was incompetent. Had to ask for side plates for our appetizer. Just terrible experience at an iconic restaurant. Very upsetting. Only enjoyed the glass of wine I had honestly. Won’t be returning.
Had a great time, service, food and waitress was great.
Great place!! Took my son there for his 13th birthday!! He loved it
Hard Rock Cafe is certainly not what it used to be. Certainly no hard rock music here. Ambience ok. Interesting Memorabilia on walls. Food menu selection ok but could have been a better selection. The local burger option was quite good with some crab meat in it. Overall ok experience. Nothing to really hate and nothing to take me back there. Location is quite good at the inner Harbor.
Great food, and good service. A cool place and nice ambiance. A little pricey but worth it.
I know it was New Year's Eve but we had made reservations 2 months prior to see the band. The reservation specifically asked to be near the band. The table was horrible.
I ordered the NY Strip done medium. The outside was burnt and the inside was rare. The cut of meat was so chewy. Very disappointing. The green beans seemed raw. Again very disappointing.
The drinks made where great but the service was very slow as the bar staff of 2 where completely overwhelmed.
If you are not going to see a band there or for the Hard Rock collectibles, the food was nothing I would recommend.
We had a fantastic time at the Hard Rock and were very impressed with the server’s knowledge of the kitchen, which helped us navigate our son’s severe food allergies with ease and confidence.
It was great
If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is horrible lot managed and long waits for food that tastes like it’s been microwaved.
The service was very good, which was why I gave 3 stars, as opposed to 2 stars. My son ordered the nachos, which barely had any toppings, including cheese on them. It was pretty much a handful of chips and nothing else. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, which was cold. I had the chicken tenders, which were okay, but for what I was charged, I would have expected 6 tenders, not the 4 I received. Very disappointing experience overall.
I love the feel of this place! I am definitely returning. Our waiter, Joe was great!
Very clean with very friendly service! Server was amazing and the staff at the gift shop were extremely cheerful and friendly.
We didn’t see a server until 35 minutes after we were seated.
Perfect as always.
Our server was wonderful. Everyone's food was good except mine. I couldnt eat it. The toast was hard and the chicken was very dry and tough. Not good at all.
great service by Ericka.
Thank you for having gluten free options that are delicious for my daughter.
Food was below average for the price and the service was not great.
We had an excellent experience. The hostess was wonderful, the waitress was wonderful and the food and drinks were reasonably priced,
When we arrived at the HRC, they had to close the restaurant due to an issue with their plumbing. They did have open the outside deck area and we sat there instead. I was disappointed to not be inside the actual restaurant, but things happen that are out of everyone's control so we made the best of it. Everyone was super friendly from managers to servers and that made up for everything. Was able to purchase special merchandise being offered for the Freddie for a Week event going on starting today as well.
Service was excellent
Hard Rock Cafe never disappoints. The waitress was amazing. Perhaps some of the best service I have ever had. She was attentive and professional, yet friendly and personable. From her energy, I would’ve never known that she hadn’t even been in MD a whole 24hrs. Food was great, but it was the service that made my dining experience outstanding.
On vacation and took our sons (10 & 6). Both loved it. Burger was great. Pulled pork was as well.
All you're paying for is the name. Had to ask our server two times for lemon. My husband ordered a side salad with his meal. We both figured it would come out BEFORE the meal, as salads usually do, not WITH the meal. The wait time for our meal was a bit longer than expected, as the restaurant was not extremely busy (we had 8:00pm reservations on a Sunday.) Will probably skip Hard Rock next time we visit the Inner Harbor.
Tony was an amazing server, constantly checking on my friends and i!
Very small menu selection, highly priced for what you get. Musty old building, ripped booth seats and a huge spider crawled across the table on to my son's arm before we could even order food. We left and went elsewhere for dinner. Highly dissatisfied. Many other better choices in the area.
Long wait...poor service...mediocre food
Great server, wings were the best I have ever eaten!
We came to Baltimore to visit the Aquarium. The Hard Rock was right across the street. We booked a reservation online and it was super quick to be seated indoors. The burgers are about 16$, and apps around 12-18. Prepare to spend atleast 80-100$ for two. Overall great food and great place!
We didn’t receive any refills in our drinks and never did get ketchup.
It was a typical Hard Rock Cafe - no surprises - no disappointments. All was just normal - which was good.
Our server didn't come around much and took forever to get my drink!
Food was absolutely horrible. Did not come out as we had ordered. The prices were significantly more for the same food at other Hard Rocks. The server was not friendly and got an attitude when I asked for her to bring me what I ordered the correct way. This is the 2nd time I have went to this hard rock and had a bad experience and for the money I wont be back.
Food was great, and atmosphere was as well. Was going to send a search party for our server though. We were there for an hour and a half and just got three burgers. Asked for extra napkins when they were delivered to our table, and we were done eating and had to go to the host station to ask where our server was so we could get the check. No napkins!
Great place to unwind with a music studio ambience
