   Our server was extremely slow and when we told him we had to make an appoint time (after 1.5 hour lunch), it took another 23 minutes to get our check. We had to ask a manager. Do not eat here if you hope to do anything else that day!

   The host was friendly and seated us right away. My waiter was handsome, friendly and attentive! As soon as he noticed me, he came right over. Food came out pretty quickly. The bartender was on point with the drink! I had a Long Island! The entire experience was great and my kids loved the guitars that were displayed on the walls. The food was really good, steak was cooked perfectly how I wanted it! My first time at the Hard Tock but def not my last!

   Disappointing experience. Awful service. We were seated quickly, however it took about 15 min for a server to come to our table and take a drink order. I ordered a drink from the bar, but it sat for another 15-20 on the bar ready and I needed to remind the waiter to please get my drink. Food came quickly and was okay, but the server never returned to check on us. We had no utensils or napkins, when we asked a nearby server, they returned with one place setting for a table of 4. We wanted to order dessert but after 30 min of sitting with our food finished decided the wait wasn't worth what they were serving.

    This is my 4th time at this location. Food is better at this location as compared to other Hard Rocks. Drinks were delicious. Hostess ignored request to sit in a booth, even though I expressed that I have a hip issue.

    It was an amazing experience! I’ve been to HardRock before but this time I brought my friends with me and they also loved the experience, everything was perfect! The waitress was really kind and friendly.

    We used to be very avid HRC goers. I probably have 30 or so pins from different locations. I have to say, this place used to be a favorite. But we took our kids for their first experience and none of us were impressed sadly. Food was very overpriced for mediocre quality and taste.

    Overall a great experience. The shrimp appetizer was fabulous and the burgers were so great. I had the spicy jalapeno burger and my guest had the country burger. Both were cooked perfectly and excellent temperature. The drinks were as expected. Very good for a chain restaurant.

    We have always had impeccable service and experience at Hard Rock restaurants. This restaurant was overloaded with a party of 150 people and we felt the fallout from it. Server was great and apologized. Food came out incorrectly. We did have a lot of substitutions.

    It was a Friday evening so I was glad I made a reservation. However it did take longer than expected for our food to come out. But that would not deter me from going back. Look forward to the next visit.

    Went for a special performance from Gina Schock and had a great time! Our server Erica did an excellent job, and it was very cool looking at all the great Rock N Roll artifacts!

    Updated 4/11/23… Received an email from my credit card company that the tip I left was changed. I left a 15% tip on terrible service but it was changed to a 50% tip. Luckily my credit card company called reached out to confirm if I tipped 50% of the bill. Definitely didn’t. Watch your credit cards here. Terrible. Super slow, it took over 40 minutes to get an apple juice. Didn’t get waters for the table until 1 hour into waiting. Bottle of wine took 45 minutes to get. Potatoes came out cold and cooked vegetables were raw. Skip it.

    Food was good. Prices were reasonable. They were very nonchalant regarding my daughters 18th birthday. We didn’t have the opportunity to pick our desserts and no one sang. The waitress just threw some vanilla ice cream at her and walked away. She hates ice cream lol. Good for dinner, but I wouldn’t go for a special occasion. (They were maybe 25% full so it was not because they were busy)

    We love going to the Hard Rock Cafe in every city. We were there for my daughter’s birthday. The ambiance never disappoints. Our server started off strong but was very busy with some large groups and unfortunately we felt the effects of it. The food was okay but not amazing and there were several service instances that were disappointing. My daughter has Celiac Disease so after the kids made several requests about her birthday the waiter offered her a brownie which she couldn’t eat. So not a big deal but they were disappointed in that there was no “celebration”. We were there with positive attitudes and enjoyed it nonetheless as we always find a way to enjoy ourselves and to roll with the flow.

    Tried to get in at 8pm. Hostess said we are not taking walk ins only reservations, so I went out to use Open Table to make one. When I went back in the hostess refuses to accept the reservation and refused service. We were a party of 4.

    Celebrating my sons birthday and my daughters competition weekend. We waited for over 20 minutes at our table and no one came over to us not even to check in or let us know someone would be with us shortly. We had 2 children who were patient until they just couldn’t anymore and we had no choice but to get up and leave.

    Customer service is excellent. I had a great time with my son and his friends for his birthday. The food and strawberry lemonade was so good. I will be going back soon.

    Our server Maxwell was awesome. He came right to our table as soon as we were seated. He took our order and took very good care of us. I also observed him running around the restaurant delivering food to other tables. He was on his A game. He seems to really enjoy his job. Excellent work Maxwell.     Our serve was sweet, she kept forgetting a lot of things because she was alittle overwhelmed. She was older and was trying to keep up with a busy night. The service was ok. The food was not to my liking. The drink was just as bad. I got a strawberry Basil alcohol drink. Idk what kind. But I watch everybody else get a nice drink but mine was in a regular glass and it was just pink lemonade. Literally no alcohol and I’m a lightweight so I would know. So I paid extra for a drink I never got. I don’t say I will ever be back here. I’m wholeheartedly probably never coming back but the place was nice and the vibe was ok. It’s just not for me.

    We’re seated at a truly terrible table (53) next to a very loud group. That group was quite demanding and we were nearly completely ignored by the staff. Slow drinks, slow food. We did not receive our food for 1 hour 20 minutes after the start of our reservation which was rough on our kids. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years.

    I was expecting a lot better food for being such a big named restaurant. The mac & cheese was comparable to Kraft Mac & Cheese in the blue box and the serving was meant for a child not an adult. The French fries were over fried and hard. The restaurant itself wasn't very clean. The wait staff on the other hand was very polite and great attitudes... just with the food would have been the same.

    This is really about the service….. once we had our drinks, our waitress disappeared…. We sat there for 20 mins with empty drinks…. When I finally saw her I had to flag her down and ask for another round to which she responded “do you remember what the drinks were?”…… then our food came (well all but my wife’s) and we still didn’t have drinks…. 1/4 of the way thru our meal the drinks showed up.. my beer was different than the 1st one she gave me, but I just accepted it as not to confuse her. Then I had to ask for my wife’s salad to be brought out. Kids were already done eating when my wife’s salad came out….. the food was actually good, the waitress was friendly but not good at her job. I’d go again, but I won’t expect much, so hopefully they won’t expect much (of a tip) Welcome to Baltimore

    Really poor service. Food - nothing special - your regular pub fair. Not bad either. Expected. But service is seriously lacking. It was a little loud but that expected too given the place. Interior was were cool and overall the atmosphere was decent during early lunch hour. They just need to work on service.

    The restaurant atmosphere and experience was what you would expect from a Hard Rock Cafe. I have been to many, but the food was subpar and too expensive for the portion size in comparison to others but it seems to be that way everywhere nowadays. We ordered the nachos and the normally full plate piled high with chips, chicken, beans and etc looked to be a half of portion with barely a chicken cutlet on top. It was very disappointing and dissatisfying I am sorry to say.

    The quality and temperature of the food was incredibly poor for an international-grade restaurant. The nachos appetizer could not have been worse - without doubt the worse I've ever experienced - burnt on top, very minimal cheese and toppings and very dry. Bangkok shrimp was not fresh, and not hot. Boneless wings were OK (6/10), Caesar salads were decent (8/10). Service was very average - server was young, very polite and responsive, but not proactive. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, water refills etc.

    Arrived for reservation, and we still had to wait for a table which was fine. We get taken to our table and I asked if we could sit at a booth instead. The manager heard me ask the hostess and she whispered under her breath to tell me they’re reserved. So I asked her why I couldn’t get one of the booths since I also had a reservation, she could tell I was annoyed and told me if one of the reservations didn’t arrive we could switch over, fast forward nobody showed up and the booths remained empty. Which honestly not sitting at a booth is just fine, the manager just seemed like she was on a power trip. My food took around 45-60 minutes to arrive and drinks took around 20 minutes. Service was lacking but it was extremely evident they were short staffed so I tried to be understanding. My food was very tasty and what I would expect. If I’m ever in the area again I might try my luck again, because I enjoyed the food.
