Great venue! Our server was fantastic. As busy the place was on that saturday night, Mariah Carey had a show also, our server made sure everything was good. She kept checking up on our drinks which was a plus for us!
my eggs and my steak were each cooked perfectly. this chef knows his stuff!
We were there with a party of 6. We made reservations with a request to be at a table, not a booth . We were seated at a table on the floor as soon as we got there. Server came over right away and took our drink orders. Unfortunately, that’s where the quick service ended. We only ordered apps and they didn’t all come out at the same time. We had to catch our server most times to get another drink. We had to stack our cups and plates so he would bus our table. We ordered a dessert that never came. We’ve eaten here more than a few times and always had great service. Hopefully he was just having a bad night.
Flatbread pizzas were good, nachos were meh- could have used more chips
We enjoyed our visit, the food was good, not outstanding. We were a little disappointed in the menu itself. For one thing, there are only two salads to choose from and not too many interesting dinners. Our waitress was exceptional & tentative, we think her name was Kristina?
Our second visit was much better than our first. The food was good and our waitress was great.

Celebrated thanksgiving here. The thanksgiving meal was truly a feast for the eyes and the stomach! Service was great. Very relaxing and enjoyable dinner.
Went for Standard Burger Wednesday night food good in the morning went for breakfast waitress got order wrong while were waiting had no milk for coffee and no water to drink the person who brought us the food and saw it was wrong said he woukd send her 20 minutes later just ask for water and milk took her 10 minutes to get it obviously hit and miss who you get for server the food we had was ok but a bit overpriced
Had baby rack meal... the worst ever... dry , seemed as if it was from an old animal... served lukewarm...came back very quickly after placing the order... the distance between kitchen and tables are too far... servers need to walk long distance
With plates and even through customers waiting area ... will defensively not return..

We came down for a concert and had a wonderful meal! The burgers were fabulous and we had excellent service! Fun place!

Our night at Hard Rock Cafe AC was overall pretty good. The food was wonderful, although the service was rather slow and the noise level was just too much for me. I was there for an anniversary dinner and do wish the live band's speakers were turned down just a little bit.
Hard Rock AC is good, at best! Very open and looks more like a cafeteria setting! My husband & I liked the old HR. This is not one we will go back to.
Food was average, service is always wonderful. Not the service fault that the menu hasn’t changed in 25 or so years! Yeah, the burgers are good and I liked the one new item, the Impossible Burger”... but the rest of the menu is quite boring.
Get with the times, HR...
We got to Hard Rock 5 min prior to reservation and the couple in front of us was told 45 min wait to be seated we made reservations w Open Table n when we stepped up to counter we were seated right away n the experience was fun
Our waiter Blake was attentive, friendly and very personable. He made our visit very enjoyable!

We went for breakfast with my two young children. We were seated quickly and then were ignored for at least ten minutes, even though we were in the middle of the room. We finally had to ask a hostess to have someone come to our table. The waitress came over quickly after that and said she didn’t even see us, even though she walked past us numerous times. We put our drink and food order in right away because we had had so much time to look at the menu. But then it took so long to get our drinks. On top of that, our waitress brought a carafe of coffee but no mugs and then we had to ask TWICE for her to bring me mugs! Our food came out almost immediately after our drinks. It was good food, but by this point my kids had been tired of sitting and waiting. The food was super overpriced but that’s not entirely surprising considering it’s casino. We won’t come back though, we were very disappointed in the service.
My daughter made this reservation for my birthday. On the reservation it asked if it was for a special occasion which she indicated was for my birthday. There was no acknowledgement of it during the dinner which was lame. Also the food wasn’t good. The server was very nice though.
WE always get GREAT SERVICE and good food here... NO complaints... 2 HAPPY Rockers...
We came here for a birthday celebration. Manager checked in on us. Server was excellent!
Ordered a burger well done. It came out bloody. It was sent back to the kitchen where it was cooked thoroughly.
Don’t expect to be impressed. Food was diner like and took forever to come out of the kitchen. We were there for brunch so breakfast and lunch items were ordered. Server was very nice

Burgers were ok definitely not $25 worth of burger and fries basket was 1/2 full.

For Hard Rock Cafe's it was just ok. Seemed like a casino hotel turned restaurant. Not impressed overall.

There were four of us and upon looking at the menu the pics of the burgers looked delicious and huge. My husband asked if I would like to share a burger because they looked so big. When the burger was delivered to our table we were so disappointed. It was very small for the price and the roll was a regular supermarket roll that fell apart. The burger itself tasted very good but wished it was bigger and maybe on a brioche bun. 3 burgers, one regular beer and one non-alcoholic beer came to $96. With tip. Not worth that price!
The server was fine. But the food was not good. It was warm. And some items were just mediocre in taste
Very unorganized. I had a 5:30 rez apparently in the back section by the boardwalk and I was taken back by a hostess around 5:35 and the bartender said that "they weren't ready yet. How did I get back there?" And she continued to repeat it two more times.
The staff seemed to be scrambling around trying to get the dining room set.
Very limited menu and the restaurant looked very dated.

Reservations are taken upon arrival,no waiting Food,price,portions are nice ! Noisy, so not good for a date if you want to talk, but I love the noise & ambiance !
Great eats! Service ROCKED (Lynette, our server, was tremendously helpful)! Great selection and excellent quality for “casino food” - way better than anticipated! Burgers are a must! But Caesar Salads were excellent, too, and were generously portioned. By the way, try the margaritas! You won’t be disappointed!

The menu for the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City did not match the menu offered at the actual restaurant. We were told that the menu online was an updated and I knew that was not available yet. So that was disappointing. Then our appetizer came out cold. A good thing is they took it off the bill and gave us a fresh one. The food was just okay and the service was fair. Not somewhere I would choose to go back again.
The cook Shabazz was great. He made sure our food was perfect and enjoyed. The accommodations were awesome. Made my Birthday celebration wonderful.
We had 7 in our party. Our server was courteous, accommodating, and efficient, even though we had a few special requests. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and we were on time for our next venue which was the Lobby Bar.
I was in town for the Atlantic City Half Ironman race, staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. I booked myself a 4pm reservation. Upon checking in, it wasn't too busy, but the woman running the floor at the time acted like I was impossible to seat at that time. I felt like an inconvenience. After sitting, my waitress was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and speedy, but not in a rude way. Just really on it. I ordered nachos, which were absolutely AWFUL. It was like someone who read about nachos one time made them. The fajita steak I added was super undercooked and gross. The cheese was just a little cheese, barely covering maybe 30% of the chips. The guacamole was the only good part (paid $4 extra for about 4 tablespoons). I cannot ever recall having such terrible nachos. I didn't send them back because whatever; there wasn't anything else I wanted after that experience. I ordered the apple cobbler and it was delightful! Should have just had that for dinner. Pretty quiet, but considering I spent $41 after tip and then spent $36 after tip at the buffet on Sunday evening, it just wasn't worth it.
