Oh my, I can't remember my waitress name,🥺she was awesome though. It was my birthday. I accidentally told her by saying we come to Atlanta, every year for my birthday, and she said it's your birthday? Why did I say that. Next thing I know, here she comes with ice cream cake in her hands, and then everyone sings happy birthday to me. It made me feel so special,even though I was embarrassed, lol. She said she just started working there. I hate I forgot her name. 🥺 It was the margaritas,lol. By the way the margaritas were great! Anyways she was awesome. Hard Rock is my new favorite place to go!!!

I went to Hard Rock Cafe with my son. This was his 1st time he had the cold pork sandwich and he enjoyed it. There was a sauce that I found to be too hot but he loved it as well as the honeymuster and the Fries for both of us were well seasoned naturally. Service could have been a little bit better as I asked my server to add a brownie and he said he'd do so mid mid and seemingly forgot .He charged us for two different drinks. When actually the sprite was very sugary 3 and that is sprite should be so my son ordered a Coke I've got a water. Value is pretty good we only paid forty three dollars total. I ordered a burger and said that one at the relish And sauce on the side but instead every single thing came on the side and I just got the bun so again that server wasn't that amazing. The ambience was fine and the restrooms were pretty clean although there was no paper towel you had to just use the air blower. The music was pretty great 80s and 90s rock -Prince, Whitney's I wanna Dance with Somebody, Guns and Roses etc. Played on a screen and through speakers wasn't too loud you could hear those at your table. Gift shop was pretty cool.

My experience was delightful! The atmosphere was dope with hard rocks design and music playing in the background! The birthday/graduation shout outs were cool to experience and to top it off the service from our waitress Quartney was outstanding and hilarious ! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and took our order beautifully! It was professional and I will definitely go back as long as she is there serving!

If I could give no stars I would. We arrived at the establishment for our reservation and we were not served until I said something after 30 min. We were not checked on after getting drink orders in. Our food came out and was not right. The food was not what we ordered and the food was cold. Lastly, the service was horrible, my people asked for shots and how the heck did we get lemon drops martinis? How the heck do you mess that up? I won’t be back and don’t appreciate the service. However, I do appreciate the manger being so kind in the end.

Burgers were delicious! People in my party who had the salmon also enjoyed their meals and said the salmon was cooked perfectly! Server was amazing and there were lots of birthday shout outs that were so cool. I love how they do the birthdays there! I would definitely go back anytime.

Everything was great. Food was delicious as usual. Service was fantastic. The only thing that was unpleasant was on my way out being aggressively approached by people asking for money. They literally wait by the exit and intimidate people. I would not go back if alone. Something should be done about that.

He was in the middle of drink orders when he just left leaving three of us without a drink. Had to ask for silverware 3 times. It was so loud you couldn’t talk to someone right next to you. I get it’s the hard rock but I’ve been to several around the world and know what to expect. This fell well short of that. Additionally the food was subpar. My mushroom Swiss burger had three Pattie’s on it. Problem was they were about the size and thickness of a breakfast sausage paddy. Not what one would expect for a dinner for 2 over $100 and we didn’t even drink alcohol.
