Our signature slow-roasted jumbo wings tossed with classic Buffalo or barbecue sauce, served with celery and blue cheese dressing.
8oz grilled steak on a bed of fresh mixed greens tossed in a blue cheese vinaigrette, with pickled red onions, red peppers and Roma tomatoes, finished with crispy shoestring onions and blue cheese crumbles.
GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH
8oz grilled chicken with melted Monterey Jack cheese, applewood bacon, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served on a toasted fresh bun with honey mustard sauce.
The burger was way overdone and my wife’s steak wasn’t even edible. No refund was offered. The greens on my burger were mushy and didn’t look fresh. None of it was appetizing. I did eat most of my burger and half the fries. The price was way too much for the quality and quantity. The sole bright spot was our server who went out of his way to be helpful.
Server couldn’t get our check right because I ordered a med-well burger that came out bloody. So, she put in an order for another one but never deleted the first one. So, it took us about 20 min just getting that fixed. Now my bank statement shows they deleted the correct check instead of the one Witt the extra burger on it…
The gentleman positioned as the Host lied about having hard copy menus. He said they did not have any. Our server went to the host table and brought us 3. Our server failed to bring the change back once paid. $4.24. She automatically kept it. While I left her a little over 20% it was rude of her not to bring the balance back. Then when asked about it she only brought $4.00. It’s the principle of the matter.
Our server was great the food was good, overall great place!
Food was amazing
They had only 2 servers out of 10 show up for work therefore they were backed up like crazy.
Everything was very good. Had a hiccup with my steak but it was taken care of immediately! Server was great! Great atmosphere! Defiantly recommend!
The drinks weren't great.
I was shocked and felt unsafe to see a homeless man follow me into the washroom and ask me for a dollar.
The team did not break into a dance on the YMCA song. That was unusual.
The cashier at the Hard Rock Store was kind of weird. He seemed to have an attitude that wasn't welcoming.
We waited over twenty minutes for service. After giving our order, it still was unsatisfactory and rude. I would not recommend to a friend
Good place to eat
The woman with the fans won’t stop talking please fire her
Best waitress ever and it was her second day. They must have fabulous training. Food was delicious too.
Our 20 year old don was diagnosed with Perthes disease this past year and he was starting to come off crutches after 7 months.
Atmosphere was nice and waiter was friendly. Our entree tasted good. My favorite was the strawberry basil lemonade.
Great Atmosphere, Service was fantastic. Walked right in with reservation!
Completely overpriced mediocre food with no taste.
Had a great time, food was great, service was great
Anniversary at the one restaurant we seek in each country we visit. Was as good as we remember.
I made a reservation for 10:30. It was Saturday night so I didn’t realize they closed at 11. When we walked in I was trying to load my confirmation email for them. During this, one of the hostesses told me they were closing at 11 and I should just go down the street to the 24 hr diner. She kept saying I probably got the reservation wrong and had scheduled it for the next day. This all happened within the 30 seconds or so it took to load my confirmation. Then once I showed it, the other hostess immediately took us back. We felt very bad about it being near closing time, but Saturday in Atlanta you HAVE to have a reservation & we had waited. I also want to add that there were still a lot of people there dining.
Our waitress was sweet. The bar was already closed. No biggie. However, our sodas were warm & flat :( But again, we were trying to get out of there quickly for them. We ordered an appetizer & a dessert at the same time for us to share. The Nachos were 5/10. The “ranch style beans” were pinto beans. We also didn’t have silverware. The brownie sundae was pretty good- we did get silverware when this was brought out.
We hurried and left once we ate enough to tie us over. There were still people there when we left that had been there prior to our seating.
Just not a great experience.
The guy who got everyone excited for my sister's graduation was amazing. Food was nasty for all that money , and atmosphere wasn't exciting like it was when I went 10 years ago. It was exciting in the past and now it is boring.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich was one of the best I have had.
Shrimp was too sweet for me
Our server was Shar. She was personable, attentive and very friendly. We spent a lot of tome talking with Todd, the general manager. We wanted a drink no longer on the menu called the Blue Kabluna. Todd knew the drink and went ahead and made it himself for us, from memory. Our hotel gave us a coupon for the store, and when we saw it expired Todd made sure it would be honoree. In the Store, ET was super friendly and even gave us a little discount on our purchase when we asked.
Everyone at the HRC Atlanta was awesome!
Nothing exceptional but nothing grand, may recommend differently with live music but for a regular dining experience you can get something better for cheaper. $4 for a soda was a bit excessive and $8 for 7 onion rings was as well.
Wasn’t expecting the experience that I got from this chain.. The food wasn’t worth the price that was paid for.. Limited choice on the menu.. spring rolls should be taken off the menu since it’s not available anymore..
the food was very overpriced. it was extremely hot to be 80° outside. our drinks took forever to come out & we couldn’t get our servers attention the entire time.
Since the remodel from the previous look of the restaurant it’s more dull and plain. I think the interior designers were trying to go for a more modern look, but it’s simple. Previous interior design was much more interesting and nice. As far as service, we had a fabulous waiter. He knew the menu front to back and could describe each dish for us. He frequently checked to make sure everything was to our liking and kept our beverages filled. Food was fantastic and prepared in a timely manner. Only thing that set me back food/menu wise was the lack of menu options. They offered plenty of alcoholic beverages, but are lacking actual food options. Overall it was very good and I would go back!
I was disappointed in the ambiance as there was very little memorabilia related to hard rock and the music did not fit the genre. I could barely hear the music because of the noise level. The food was excellent but the menu was limited.
Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta felt more like a brightly lit restaurant that didn’t serve a lot of food/ alcohol.
Ambience was a disappointment. A 16$ Long Island tea was basically your regular glass of iced water with some alcohol in it. Zero value for money .
Music was terrible.
The furniture seemed straight out of a McDonald’s.
Noted it was my sons 13th birthday on the reservation. We were seated promptly in a booth - OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE TO THE BATHROOMS!! Hostess asked if we were celebrating anything mad we shared our news - never heard another word, although 2 other kids were called out. It was disappointing. The food was mediocre and not worth the money. Even my kids (10 and 13) thought the experience was lame.
Signing dinner for PROgression Records own Guapo Tank went amazing! They even gave us a celebratory desert for the occasion :)
My friends and I chose to celebrate my 26th birthday by having dinner at Hard Rock after a long day outside. Upon arrival, the host was asked to let our server know it was my birthday. She advised that she’d do so. Our server forgot about our table completely. When asked where our drinks were after 30 mins, she blamed the bar for being “busy” when in fact the bar never received our order. Nor was the bar busy, according to the bartender himself. She never put it in the order and then argued with us that she did when she hadn’t. She never checked in with us after a runner brought out our food. We constantly had to flag anyone we could down for assistance with our drink orders and condiments needed. Lastly, she never acknowledged my birthday. Which was really because the host never told her as promised. The host stated she told a different server who had since left for the day. So, my friends sang happy birthday to me and after 30 mins of asking for the check, we received it and left. The food was mediocre and the overall experience and communication was poor.
Underwhelming and overpriced. The BBQ Bacon burger was ok. Nothing special
Jordan was an amazing server, food was fast and not crowded, we went on a tues evening
Went for Mother’s Day, the place had a nice calm vibe. The food was okay. Overall, my family and I enjoyed ourselves.
Very poor quality service, had to ask three different people for mustard. Paid nearly $4 for a glass of tea and never got a refill even after asking.
The food came out warm and quickly but was massively overcooked. Chicken fingers were crunchy they were so overcooked and the burger was so dry it was inedible.
Ambience was decent, it's a hard rock place so music was good and kinda loud but to be expected. Items on display are always cool to look at. 10/10 will not ever return to this place.
Few quality restaurants open downtown Atlanta!
HR was Terrific with safety protocols in place!
Amazing service and amazing food!!! Made a great date!!
The atmosphere was great. The music was amazing!
