Omg hands down JR was the best server we have had in a very long time.. He was so full of energy and love.. Every time we visit we want him as our Server..

The Mac and cheese was really good! I would highly recommend it. You will want a reservation!

Prices have went through the roof! $13 for a standard craft beer, $28 for a burger and side salad. Service was great, but it doesn't make up for ridiculous pricing

I go to Hard Rock every year for my birthday and have a fantastic time, not this year. My fiancé, myself and our 5 teenage boys. We were seated promptly and greeted by the manager. Most of our orders were not correct, cold, or missing. We were givin small to go cups reason givin was no clean glasses. Our check was wrong due to missing orders that were listed on our ticket. Then it being my birthday usually the employees sing and give birthday shout outs, but instead we were told if yall wanna sing u can and thats it. So not a very happy birthday at all.

Our food was cold, the service was horrible, they weren’t even that busy. I’m not sure if they were just short staffed or having a bad night.

Average food. However, the server and manager were great!

This is the worst Hard Rock I have visited. Food was cold when it arrived and they only brought one of our dishes and we had to wait for the other. Server rarely came by and we had to request another server to get her.

I read several bad reviews for this place but decided to try any way. This place sucks! Waited what seemed like forever before any one even acknowledged i was there. Seated us near the bathroom with no view of anything and food was not worth what we paid for it. Believe the reviews and save your money

The service and food was great. No complaints. I appreciated the covid19 precautions that I saw taken place.

Food was not hot upon arriving to the table, waitress might’ve been new as we had to continue asking for refills and the place was not over crowded.

Definitely among the most overpriced food . 20$ for Mac and cheese? And 20$ for crown and coke . Bar food quality , nothing to see here. Service was good and we were seated quickly with reservations.

I have been to many Hard Rock Cafes and really enjoyed them as I am a fan of rock music. However , if you choose to go to the one in Atlanta , I hope you are a fan of Very loud Hard Rap. We were all very disappointed as I took my step-kids there for something fun to do on Christmas.

The staff were alerted ahead of time that my wife and I were on a date night by Open Table. They absolutely went out of their way to make it a memorable night. Complimentary champagne, personalized card and chocolates, and a desert for 2. Best experience I’ve had in a chain restaurant in a long time.

The customer service was great the food was good and the restaurant was very clean and they took our temperatures

Great experience our waiter was polite and always came to check on us. Food was great.

The staff was super friendly. Food was good. And a lot was served. Bathrooms and restaurant was very clean.

The entire restaurant smelled like marijuana and service took long and checked on us only Midway through eating (then brought the wrong condiment and didn't appear until it was time to pay). We won't be visiting again or recommending.

OUR SERVER BROOKE WAS AAAAAAAMAZING!! She knew the menu and knew what to recommend. Her attitude was great!! The food was delicious! Definitely will go back!

Wow! The manager on duty was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The staff were very happy to assist you and our food was perfect. And a very big thing for me, my glass never was empty.
The one down side I would say is the music was too low. Part of going to a Hard Rock is the experience of the music. All and all, we had a great time and will go again
