Very disappointed in the food. Vegetables were not cooked with no flavor. When mentioned to waitstaff, they gave us more of the same uncooked vegetables.

The ambiance was wonderful, low lighting, wonderful music. The server was very professional and had extensive knowledge of the menu. The food was absolutely delicious.

The Chop House is definitely a special occasion restaurant. If you want to get away from the maddening crowd, be treated royally, and enjoy good food, the Chop House is your place.

This place has consistently great food...clearly the best in Manchester, NH. Service is top notch too.

Nikia made our whole dining experience. She knew the menu and the chef well. Really efficient and personable. In fact, all the staff we interacted with were great.

Extremely pleased we were able to get in for Easter Sunday. We arrived about 10 minutes ahead of our reservation and we were immediately seated. The food and service were fantastic! It was our second time here and will definitely be returning!

Not what we have come to expect from the Chophouse.

This is our go to place for special occasions. I was excited to learn there was room for our party on Easter Sunday. It was one of the best meals ever. My husband and I each had the Easter specials, lamb and cod, and were thrilled with our meals. My father-in-law remembered how much my son enjoyed his meal at Thanksgiving he ordered the exact same meal. He enjoyed it as much as our son enjoyed his. Thank you for making Easter Sunday special.

Hanover St Chophouse is one of our favorite places to go for special occasions!! We always have an amazing meal... steaks are always perfect! Drinks ... apps and entree's NEVER disappoint!

The fact that we were told to order all from soups to salad to appetizer including entree in the first 15 minutes of sitting, was extremely disappointing as we were celebrating a 12 year old birthday who is learning fine dining and was excited for the experience! Will not be back due to that! Many other fine dining restaurants that let us enjoy the over all experience of eating out and not being rushed!

Fine dining, very good, delicious food, portions small, service overly great, cocktails terrific, ambiance was very relaxing for our anniversary. Surrounding not very good, worried about the truck.

Wonderful food and service!

Our server was fantastic, food was wonderful but a little light on the sides portions. Also for some reason it was quite cool in the room which really did effect our comfort and enjoyment. We did mention it to our server but apparently she had no control over the temperature in the restaurant.
Wish the bathroom wasn't such an adventure!

Well, this was our first time out to a restaurant in many, many months, so we wanted to make it count. Thank goodness we picked Hanover Street Chophouse! The drinks, the food, the services -- all fantastic. David was our waiter. We would recommend this experience to anyone.

For a great meal in a fantastic setting go to the Hanover Street Chophouse. You won’t be disappointed.

Most of our food was over cooked, but we had a great waiter who made up for it. We are going to give them one more chance. Hoping it was just an off night, but paying over $200 for a sitting, I expected better.

Everything excellent!!

Greeted nicely and we were seated a a very nice table. 30 minutes to receive our cocktails. The lobster bisque was delicious but cold and needed to be sent back to get it warmed. 45 minutes after receiving our bisque, we were served our main entree. My husband received the wrong steak but beautifully cooked. My steak was horrible, not only was the cook off, without properly rendered fat from the meat but the ribeye steak was tough and although stated as prime; was anything but.

The potatoes were cold and stiff. The vegetables were unrecognizable and looked like something you might receive at the school lunch room. Certainly not something I would expect as an accompaniment to a 50-60 dollar entree.

Our server was nice but inexperienced. Our dining experience took two-half hours. That is without dessert or coffee service. The manager tried to promote service recovery by reducing our check. We would have rather paid the full amount and had a better experience.

As usual, the Hanover Chop house is the best in the area of you’re looking for a top notch steak house experience. Everything from the craft cocktails to a cut of a teak that melts in your mouth can be found here. We tend to celebrate special occasions here and they’ve always delivered a most memorable experience.
