Great date night place. Cozy atmosphere and scrumptious menu.
The atmosphere was nice, service was nice. But the food, while fine, was overpriced.
food had no seasoning. Not even the fries had any flavor.
What an outstanding evening. My wife and I celebrated Valentine Day early with dinner at Hannah's. The food was great and our waiter, Mulligan, was the best. Very knowledgeable about menu items and with his suggestions we had a remarkable evening. Thanks to all.
We felt the food was good, but not great. I realize this is a Denton mainstay but the prices for what came
While our food was wonderful as usual the wait time for our food was very long, almost an hour. We even had to wait a long time for our dessert.
We had a very nice dinner. The staff was great. We will be back!
On our birthday celebration night, i suppose the steak person had the night off. When the kitchen staffer delivered my wife's NY strip, he asked her to cut the meat to see if it was done (medium) as ordered. It was raw and cold and bloody except for a very thin sear. Adam immediately returned it to the kitchen for additional cooking. This is not the place for steak. They only had cheap cuts available, (NY strip and tri-tip. No filet or porterhouse or ribeye available that night. The fries and mashed potatoes were good. The salads were good. Come on man, you can get this stuff at Cracker Barrel. All was overpriced and quality was average to bad.
Adam was an excellent waiter.
I Really like this place. You go for the luxe atmosphere and nice staff. just wish that sometimes the food would be equal to the price.
What an amazing dinner! The martini’s were perfect, good wine selection! Both had seafood, scallops for me and the special trout for her! Sauces were fantastic, my fried Brussel sprout leaves were perfect! So lucky to have a local place of this caliber in Denton!
My wife and I have a handful of restaurants that we frequent in the Lewisville / Flower Mound / Denton area, and Hannah's has become our favorite. There's a reasonable menu selection and most importantly, the dishes are consistently high quality. We've never had a bad experience at Hannah's, either with the service or the food quality.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. The menu was very fixed with limitations on switching items not desired. What was described on the menu was not what came with the meal. The steak was not high quality for the price paid.
I think we had a waiter in training but no trainer present.
Probably will not return.
Ordered tenderloin and actually needed to ask for salt- which I never do- totally made the difference
Came with mash and asparagus- both cooked and seasoned well but too few asparagus
Ordered cocktails- Manhattan was off- tastes herbaceous and ended up sending it back
My experience at Hannah's has been brunch only, but we have thoroughly enjoyed both times we have gone. I make our reservations first thing when they open and enjoy the quiet ambiance and great service we get. The menu is scrumptious and obviously the chef is a winner. I would highly recommend Hannah's to everyone.
I will NEVER eat here again. After spending over $300 on dinner and drinks, our car was towed! Later to find out Hannahs could have given us a free pass for parking AND never offered us one or gave us the information. They are definitely in cahoots with Texas Impound Services, LLC
Our food was excellent!! All four of us ate different entrees and everyone loved it!!
Just a great restuarant! The food was fantastic and atmosphere was great.
Nice spot. The menu was incorrectly organized... « first course » followed by « entrée »... we’re French and it was obviously misused language... however, the first course was great. We had the tartare and were impressed. Great wine list. The flatbread was not impressive(a vegetarian option for main). Lamb was outstanding. Our server was constantly watching and visiting us all the time... very rushed. Didn’t enjoy that.
Really liked the vibe of the place! Will go back.
Hannah's is a really good restaurant. The service, food and atmosphere is wonderful. It's a great restaurant for special occasions and Sunday Brunch also. Everything really tastes great.
Let’s just say eggs are not their forte.
Meh. Not again, the server was pleasant but we're not sure if it was the server's timing or if the kitchen was just sloth like but our food took ages to get to the table.
DELICIOUS MADE FROM SCRATCH MENU!!!!! Four in our party all ordered different items and raved about each one! Unique cocktails were wonderful! Excellent, excellent service from Adam!!! Lovely atmosphere! Highly recommend Hannah's Off The Square!!!
Great dinner with friends. Server was very friendly, made good recommendations and was very attentive.
Easy to get to, lots of parking and good night
Date night and it’s perfect
We had an awesome night! Will did a great job!
First time here... will definitely return soon. Ambience is superb. Food is excellent. Service is impeccable.
Normally, this restaurant has excellent food and service, but I think that the kitchen had an off night. The food was slow to be served, one side came when we were done (it was comped) and one steak was over done and another under done. An off night for a place that hasn’t been in the past.
Very good evening. Small but good vegetarian offerings, excellent service, good wine list, would go back!
This would have been a perfect review - the food at Hannah's is unparalleled and their service is impeccable - but for the presence of a table that had a couple of overly loud and excessively vulgar patrons, who sounded and dressed like they would've been more at home at a TGI Fridays or a Hooters. I understand that Hannah's is meant to be more casual than fine dining, but I still think management should maintain a higher standard than a standard run of the mill bar & grill.
The presentation is always just beautiful and the food tastes wonderful. It is hard to say that a wedge salad is worth $12 but because the food is so consistently good, I always return. I am usually here for lunch, infrequently at dinner, and I have never been disappointed.
Great service, wonderful food!!
Our server was excelllent. The food was the best I’ve had in Denton—ever. I do admit I’m seldom there, I am from a large city and have gotten used to very good restaurants. This was in step with the superior in quality, ambiance and service. I had a very pleasant evening with family and, thank goodness, lots of good wine to go with the great food.
Service was impeccable- Sarah was a top notch, polite, friendly server and very knowledgeable about the menu. The Eggplant Napoleon was delicious- unique and very rich. The Entree salads are thoughtfully composed and enormous. We will certainly be back, there are so many things I want to try!
Very patient wait staff and exceptional quality food. Never disappoints.
very quaint and excellent food huge portions really too much but will definitely go back if we make it to Denton again
Nice ambience. Very slow service. I ordered the scallop entree which was around $32.00. It was described as scallops with potato leek mash and shaved Brussel sprouts or something along those lines. When the food arrived it was on a long rectangular plate with small smear of potato leek mash- more decorative than anything and 3 scallops with a few fried brussel sprout leaves scattered on the plate. In no way was this fitting of an entree sized portion. The scallops were nice sized but with little seasoning and undercooked. The portion was much more representative of an appetizer portion and I was highly disappointed with the slow service and poor value for the cost.
This is the cutest place! Had a great lunch, the service was superior! Great menu with lots of variety. The drink menu looked amazing. All 3 of us had a wonderful meal, shrimp & grits, tacos with blackened salmon, and the beet salad. We had the goat cheese and onion crustini’s for an app. Would highly recommended all.
Food came out slow .... my salmon cedar plank was not hot and no taste or seasoning . My wife's pecan crusted trout was very good.
Just LOVE Hannas
Food is stellar,service is impeccable
Pricey but absolutely delicious!!! Everything is made from scratch with great local and season ingredients!!
Excellent food and attentive service. Great dining experience for a special occasion in the Denton area!
