    We have never had a bad meal or bad service at Hanks. Scott and his crew were amazing at taking care of us; food was amazing as always (I know it's a steakhouse but I just can't get enough of the fried buttermilk chicken with the sage gravy) and martinis were cold, wet and alcohol-filled. They recently changed their martini menu but they still can make some of the old favorites if they've taken it off. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

    We had made a reservation for our 40th Anniversary. They seated us at a long bench with 3 different tables at it. No privacy whatsoever. The person very close next to me kept coughing. The noise level was so loud that my husband and I could not even hear each other unless we screamed across the table. Definitely not the atmosphere we anticipated at a high end restaurant. Or to celebrate our Anniversary. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. Even so, I don't think we would go back.

    Great overall experience except we didn’t get seated until 30 min after our reservation and after over 80 min, we still hadn’t gotten our food.. That wasn’t my experience the first time we went. Wonderful restaurant though! Great food and drinks.

    Always great food. The Chateaubriand includes vegetables and potatoes and is a good value. It’s a bit more difficult to cook this to the proper temperature so it tends to come out less done than ordered regardless of choosing rare, medium, or medium well. Their meat dipping sauces are a nice touch. Make sure to try the cilantro butter sauce.

    Ate twice this wk. Rib eye was great, steakhouse salad is excellent. Always have ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer and always loved it in the past. But last night, the breading was too thick, and/or it wasn't fried long enough and it was a little on the soggy side. So a little disappointing. I only ate part of it and left the rest... Of course the martinis are superior always!

    This is a go-to place for us anytime, but especially when we're celebrating something as we did last night. We love the team service here... it's very friendly and comfortable, yet very professional. The Chateaubriand was amazing as were the French Onion Soup and Lobster Chowder. No room for a full dessert (next time) but we did enjoy a pair of chocolate dipped super strawberries in celebration of our anniversary.

    Hank's and our waitperson, James, along with his assistants Nick and Duncan provided an excellent celebration of my wife's 80th birthday! Our filets were perfectly prepared and the service throughout the evening was non-pareil!

    James…Brian…&Nick were all excellent! Abi the host was very patient with us being that we were late for our reservation…couldn’t find the restaurant….but everyone and the whole dining experience was wonderful! We have a reservation to come back the next night!

    We had Denise as our server and she has served us before. The staff is always great and as attentive as they can be when all of the tables are full. Diego, the sommelier, always has a smile on his face and remembers the guests when he has seen them more than once. The down side was the food. It seems to be hit or miss depending on the night. Last night was a miss. My husband asked for a medium rare steak and it was cooked too long. I ordered the scallops and they were not melt in your mouth. They were very “chewy”. We may give it another chance, as we usually do; however, it would not be for the food. It would be based solely on service. We spoke to the MOD regarding our experience and he openly welcomed our feedback.

    Absolutely outstanding! We came for my significant others birthday and they were top notch from start to finish. Food was amazing and prepared perfectly, the servers were on it, and they even gave a little dessert for his birthday. Overall 10/10 recommend this place

    This is, in our opinion, the best steakhouse in the area. We continually try new and popular restaurants, but when it comes to a nice, tender steak...well, I don't believe anyone can top Hanks. We will return again; in fact, we are already booked to go next week!

    I was very excited to be coming to Hanks for my birthday as it came highly recommended. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations for things that could have easily been avoided. Firstly, the staff are amazing and were the shining stars for me. The food was disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the seafood jackpot. I am a big seafood lover and was looking forward to this all week. The presentation was great, and the seafood looked like it was a good quality. However, what ruined it for me was that all of the seafood was covered with lemon juice before it hit my table. I do not like lemon juice on my seafood, and it was overpowering. I was not able to taste the seafood through the lemon juice, and it ended up being a platter of lemon flavored food with different textures. The menu did not mention that they would be dressed with lemon juice already, or I would have asked for them to hold it. It completely ruined the seafood for me. The second issue that I ran into was with the asparagus side. It was not trimmed enough, and a lot of it was woody at the ends. It's no big deal as I can cut the ends off myself, but I shouldn't have to at a fine dining establishment. As I said previously, the staff were amazing, the cocktails that we were served were incredible, and they went a step further and brought me out a creme brulee with a happy birthday chocolate plaque. The only other improvement that I can recommend is to serve a raspberry dipping sauce with the fried oreos as they are quite dry to eat alone. I wanted to rave over this place so much and find a new restaurant for our special occasions, but it isn't worth risking a second disappointment.

    for appetizers we ordered the 6 oz wagu meatball. Then got the harvest salad and tomato with mozzarella. Both were delicious. For our entree We had the 18 oz bone in steak and it was amazing! Sides were creamed corn and au gratin potatoes. drinks were fabulous - filthy dirty martinis and lemon drops
