Handcraft Kitchen & Cocktails
Food and drinks were great, very tasty and many choices. Service was just okay, slow bringing drinks to the table. Cool atmosphere, great brunch place with friends and easy to find reservations
Food has really gone downhill and the service was non-existent
Good menu, food was great. Service was OK. Very lively. Great cocktail menu.
The service is just ok, I have been there twice and the hostess is awful. She’d rather be at the bar flirting with the bartender then putting people at tables.
Brunch was great. The bottomless was the way to go! Bellinis are served in huge wine glasses. Skillet was great.
Thanks to everyone who put in the extra effort tonight!
We ordered a bunch of things as we were friends meeting up that wanted to drink and munch on some food. We ordered the Burrata which was amazing, the mac and cheese, crab and artichoke dip, zucchini noodles. Everything was great but I was most impressed with the cocktails, definitely worth a second visit.
Amazing cocktails and food, service was really attentive from the host to management
Great cocktails and the ambiance it’s really chill
I made a reservation that afternoon and when we arrived the hostess was very nonchalant about telling us that they didn't have the reservation. She barely looked at my phone when i tried to show her the confirmation email. She just kept saying the problem was with opentable, which I get, but you should at least pretend to care if the service that you're using is making reservations improperly. Anyway, opentable the next day said that everything was fine on their end. She offered to seat us when she could but the place was packed. i don't know who was really at fault but the restaurant didn't handle this well at all.
Had a 1:45 reservation. Didn’t get seated until 330.
Too loud for easy conversation
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when coming here but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. My burger was cooked exactly how I like it, and the fries were good also. Overall, I had a good experience.
I didn’t like my dish, but the rest of my party liked theirs. Drinks were a little overpriced for what they were ($15 for a standard Manhattan). The thing that really annoyed me though was they didn’t have the table ready for our reservation and they sat as at a bar stool ? I then saw open tables in the back area?
Took my Girlfriend to eat after a stressful day— food was good , love the atmosphere and love the chill staff. Highly recommend
Came here for Happy Hour with a few friends/clients. Think I had higher expectations given the rating in FB, Yelp and Open Table but it’s just a sports bar. Maybe a notch above you average sports bar but food was mediocre. We ordered, deviled eggs, veggie burger, shisito peppers, muscles in wine (really tastes but the peppers seemed like they were past their expiration), zucchini pasta dish and a salad. Nothing was horrible and nothing was really that good. Service was attentive.
Food was just okay, but everything else was great!
Good food but loud.
Food , drinks and service all on point
I like this place but have had mixed service in my visits. This last visit the waitress was outright rude so we complained to the manager and he made everything great.
It’s great for brunch and happy hour!
Great food and cocktails
I love this place! Fit for anything. Been here for St. Patty's, prior to sport events, dates, boozy brunch on the weekends. Amazing Old fashioned! Highly Recommend!
It’s very good for a bar and everyday dinner. Better than expected and happy ambiance! Great for a beer and a burger or for a margarita and fish tacos.
My student picked the place and it was basically bar food. A bit noisy but very nice service.
We were a big group for a bachelorette party and our waitress was very attentive and prompt with drinks and food. We had a nice large table in quieter back area all to ourselves and had a great time.
Truly delicious food in an uninspired room with deafening noise.
Awesome time
Came here to have a get together with my cousins, the food, service and drink were great. Recommend to anyone in the Tristate area
Great service!
Staff was so friendly! They didn’t rush my friends and I during brunch and let us enjoy our time. I really liked how the restaurant is separated from the bar. Great brunch value with a different menu than most places.
What a wonderful place. Food was great and the cocktails were even better. Very knowledgeable staff and exceptional service. We are going to become regulars!
It was a snowy evening and we wanted to find a place close to the hotel. This restaurant was only 500 feet away so we booked a reservation. When we got there, we found the place with standing room only in the front where the bar was. A table was waiting for us and four of us sat down.
It was difficult to have a conversation over dinner; the noise was just too loud to speak in a normal conversational voice. We had to shout to be heard.
The food was better than expected and the service was just fine. But if you’re looking for a sit-down relaxing dinner restaurant, you will find it challenging to talk. The food made up for the difficulty in having a conversation though.
I’m gluten free, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The brunch was great!
We went here to celebrate my birthday last weekend and it was absolutely perfect. There were ten guests at our table and they were attentive the entire time - I think we ended up being there for three hours. The bottomless option was amazing - our table had the house punch and mimosas, and the drinks literally never stopped - we even received complimentary shots. The food was AMAZING! We had the Truffle Fried Burrata, Jerk Wings and Deviled Eggs for appetizers - highly recommend ALL! I had the Handcraft Breakfast for my meal and it was delicious. There wasn't a single complaint from anyone in our party. I will definitely be going back here whether it is for brunch, lunch, dinner or happy hour. Thank you Handcraft Kitchen for the amazing birthday celebration!!
Delicious cocktails, great service, good spot for a first date.
The veggie burger and tater tots were not worth the $20. The pink lemonade ($14) tasted like a powdered drink packet and bottom shelf vodka. The entire experience was not worth the $80. cost.
Wrapped up a mtg w/colleagues around the corner, and we headed over for a libation - which was fantastic! Make sure you order Cocktail #3, absolutely hit the spot! Tried a couple nice items from the menu, I recommend the deviled eggs, pulled pork sliders and cauliflower burger. Everything's got a kick to it, a bit hot/spicy, but was all very flavorful. Mangia!
Exceeded expectations on every level. Can't wait to go back. So many things to try on the menu and service made the evening over the top outstanding.
Some good points and some bad points.
The good - The bloody mary was delicious. I've had a fair share of bloody's and this one was really good. The server was really nice but it ends there. They comped my order for her mistake. See below.
The bad - They messed up my order. Our waitress couldn't read her own short-hand and entered breakfast burrito instead of breakfast burger. My husband's food and the incorrect dish - burrito, came at the same time. I am waiting, without anything to eat while my husband is eating alone, so his food doesn't get cold. Of course, now I have to order another awesome bloody..... When my burger does arrive, it's over cooked. I ordered medium, it's well done. I'm just glad they took it off our bill.
Are at the back of the restaurant where the seated area is. Food was decent, price was not bad, and drinks were great. Our server could've been a little more attentive to us since there were only a few tables to be waited on. If in the area again, will definitely check out happy hour.
