Excellent, as always! Our server was perfectly attentive without being annoying & very personable. We had a perfect night celebrating a birthday!
Excellent as always! Love the pizzas on the downstairs menu! Love the staff at Hamptons
Anniversary dinner was marvelous!! Hampton’s is our “go to” place for just about every occasion.
Some good friends came from out of state and we brought them to Hamptons. They were blown away by the menu & ambiance. The food was some of the best we ever had & our server made us feel welcome & she made sure we had everything we didn’t know we needed! Headed up to Rafters upstairs bar after dinner & just when we thought things couldn’t get better they did. Had craft cocktails on the roof top patio & ate dessert next to the fire. All magical, all night.
the food is always great! i also love the decor. the wait staff seemed unorganized and stressed and we waited over an hour to be given the chance to order our food. i had guests from out of town who may not revisit due to the very long wait to even order. no empathy or explanation was offered by wait staff serving our table. customer service could be better.
Birthday dinner was excellent
Great food and wonderful service! We love having dinner at Hamptons!
The food and service were amazing. This was our first time visiting the new location and it was still a memorable experience.
The service was impeccable, the food delicious and more than I could finish, although there was still room for warm pecan cake with ice cream. Our waiter checked on us frequently but was not at all intrusive. We had an excellent evening.
As always, the brunch was delicious. My daughter from California loves the decor and wants to be sure to dine there again next time she visits.
Wonderful service and wonderful meal
This restaurant is on the top ten list of Sumter eateries for good reason. The decor was stunning. The wait staff very attentive and the food was delicious. I had the crab quiche and it was the best quiche I have ever tasted.
Food was amazing and Caleb, our server, was very professional and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Wonderful atmosphere, service, and excellent food every time we go.
Love the recent changes to the menu, which was already wonderful. The Pork Belly, first course, may be the best pork belly I've ever had anywhere.
Overall was okay. Nothing spectacular. I was disappointed there wasn’t a filet on the menu.
The food was perfect, our waitress was fantastic, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Truly a fine dining gem in downtown Sumter.
Very good food, well worth the 40 mile drive!
Great food. Table by door to upstairs took away from the experience. Service was ok - did not measure up to the quality of food.
It was our first time to Hamptons but it won’t be our last! The food and the service were excellent!
Really Really Really nice place to take tour significant other for dinner or brunch food and environment was exceptional!
As always the food and dining experience at Hamptons was top notch. My beef tenderloin and my young bride's sea bass were cooked to perfection.
It’s definitely a higher quality restaurant than you would normally come across in Sumter. However, the food portions are not large enough for the price.
Great food, great server. Duck confit spring rolls were excellent, sea bass some of the best I’ve ever had.
Beautiful interior, excellent service and eclectic type food. Very good.
Outstanding food, best in Sumter no doubt. A bit too pricy for every day, but the top of my list for any dinner that has meaning. The narrow building made of brick does make for a noisy atmosphere, but outside of enginnered sound deadening there isn't much they could do. The crowd was adult and upscale so it's not like it was screaming kids and football fans yelling at a TV.
Exceptional service and great food! Will definitely dine here again.
Great food in a great setting! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
Excellent as always!
The food was awesome
Hamptons is the finest restaurant dining in Sumter and loved showing off both the Rafters and SideBar to visiting Atlanta family
Great food, broad menue choices, comfortable atmosphere. The salad was exceptional, the sea bass and short ribs were amazing. Save room for desert.
One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Great food and staff was very accommodating. The food was great and worth the drive. Plan to visit again real soon!!
A little expensive, but we had an excellent dinner with great service. Easy parking in the back, and next to the Sumter Opera House. And it has been beautifully redesigned, with a very cool upstairs bar with rooftop-like outdoor patio. All in all a great dinner experience.
Very nice evening for a birthday dinner. My only concern was our server disappeared for a while and we were waiting to order. But he came back and was very attentive. The food was excellent as always.
Brunch was delicious. There were so many great items to choose from. We ordered the cinnamon pancakes and the strawberry crepes. I highly recommend both. Patrick did a great job as our server. Looking forward to next Sunday!
I ordered the crepes from the brunch menu
They were fabulous! Always enjoy our meal at Hamptons
We were celebrating Valentines Day and had the most lovely meal here at Hamptons. This was our second visit and nothing we have ordered has ever been less than spectacular! The wait staff is amazing, the restaurant is BEAUTIFUL, and the pricing shocked us. Such quality food at these prices would be hard to find anywhere, not just in Sumter.
The waiter was stuck up and horrible at refilling wine. It took over 1 hour to get our meals. The tenderloin was ordered “medium” but was rare very under cook. Overall the food is outstanding and elegant setting but very snobby restaurant.
