Wonderful choices of fabulous food. Even the coffee was superb. We were quite satisfied.
Wonderful sunny Sunday Brunch. We sat outside, and had a beautiful view of the rocks and waterfalls with green grass. There was live music playing inside, but as we sat outside we couldn't hear it. But because we had a special occasion it was nice to be outside. It was like a private party outside. Manolo who waited on us was the perfect server. He was always there to top off the champagne. We never had to ask for anything, as someone was there before we had to ask. The staff was very attentive, but in a way not to bother you either. It was simply the best service that day!
After giving my name three (3) times she still did not note my reservation and during our brunch called my office to check to see if we were still coming. Then reported that we did not show up! When I called the restaurant back to advise them we did show up and ate brunch, the woman I spoke with said "well, what do you want me to do about it?"
Really appalling behaviour for a Four Seasons hotel - just shows they are not on the ball and very disorganized
This was a Christmas' Eve dinner buffet. Service was good, food was good as always, however they crump the place with so many tables and the choice of music is just not something classy. It doesn't feel special anymore. We have attended their Christmas eve dinner for a few years now, but this is the last time.
Excellent service but so noisy it was hard to have a conversation and though the brunch food was good it very much overpriced for what it was.
My mother and I enjoyed our final day at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village by enjoying Hampton’s champagne brunch. The bottomless mimosas were tasty and the wide selection of brunch items were all appealing. I particularly was pleased with the prime rib at the carving station, shrimp dumplings, flank steak, and shrimp dumplings. However, the desserts were the best part with a delicious cherry cheesecake, tiramisu, and made-to-order crepes. Lastly, the service was great and appreciated being visited personally and meal comped by the exceptional and friendly food and beverage manager Julio. Everyone is like family to us now at this property as a whole and look forward to a hopeful return next year.
Thanksgiving brunch with my family at Hampton’s was very enjoyable. The wide variety of selections were all delicious and beautifully presented. The bottomless mimosas were great and complimented the brunch nicely. The carving station with the organic turkey and gravy tasted just as good as it does back home in the south. The sweet potatoes and chicken apple cornbread dressing were also outstanding. The desserts were incredible, and to me personally, the biggest improvement from last year. The selection of multiple, pies, cheesecakes, ice creams, and other unique selections were a perfect ending. Not to be discounted, the entire staff from management to servers were friendly and attentive throughout the entire brunch. If there had to be any negative, it would have to be the price at $149. However, the overall experience was enjoyable and a nice memory for me and my family for a second year in a row while on vacation here in Westlake Village.

went there for brunch. I had specifically asked for a table "not in the middle of the floor" since my mother in law is elderly and has a walker.
We were sat in the middle of the floor anyway...right next to a very LOUD group of men. So loud we couldn't hear each other talk.
Several servers walked by us many times with juice and coffee in their hands but no one offered any to us. After about 5 minutes our server finally came by.
Crab was tasteless, halibut bland, other food very mediocre. WAY over priced at $75 per person.
Ugly carpet too. Sorry - not up to Four Seasons standards at ALL!
Exceptional service and outstanding selection for a Sunday Buffett brunch. Live Jazz , bottomless glass of mimosa and coffee included.
