The food was great. We had a late reservation, so we felt a bit pressured to place our order quickly before the kitchen closed. Other than that, it was good food. Quite pricey, but very nice presentation and everything tasted great.

Food was good. Service was just ok. Lunch for 4 no drinks was around $430.00 overpriced for dim sum. Ambiance is beautiful. The waitress was too busy she had the entire room. They shouldn’t spread the staff so thin. You would think it was excellent service for the prices they are charging

We had a wonderful meal comparable to our experiences at Hakkasan in Shanghai and London. We ordered the Peking duck, sea bass, lobster soup and hot and sour soup. All were wonderful! Great atmosphere and the service was good but for a busy night could have been a bit more attentive given the expectations of such a highly regarded restaurant.

Several seafood dishes that were fried had nearly identical flavors. We were not told this by the server. Food is rather ordinary. Years ago, it was much better: food and service b

Wonderful choices and stimulating atmosphere. Traditional Peking Duck served two ways was fantastic! Lobster soup! Cocktails!

We celebrated Chinese New Year. The wok baked jumbo prawns was delicious but our favorite this meal was the Tofu, Aubergine and Mushroom claypot. The texture of both the tofu and eggplant was amazing, delicately firm, not mushy, with wonderful flavor. For dessert we had the black sesame and chocolate dumpling in ginger tea. This is actually a new year's dessert except for the chocolate addition to the dumpling.

Server needed some remedial training. Failed to tell us about the specials. Not knowledgeable about menu. Did not return in timely fashion to check on us. Gave us the wrong bill so we got to wait another 10 minutes for him to come around again.

Always a favorite of ours with excellent service, an exciting menu, and an ambience reminiscent of some of the finest eateries in Hong Kong.

This was my first visit to Hakkasan and I ordered from the prix-fixe menu. I ordered the vegetarian options (lettuce cups, "chicken" with snap peas, fried rice, chocolate truffles) and they were delicious. The service was excellent, but plan extra time as the dishes do take some time to arrive. The ambience was very good and the only reason I gave it only 4 stars was the use of incense in the bar area and the smell floated into the dining area. It may have been something special for Chinese New Year.

Overall, it was a great dining experience and I will be back.

Interesting cuisine that is not your usual Asian offerings. Extremely good. A bit noisy, but service is excellent.
