Went here for a family dinner with 6 people. First they tried to sit us at a table meant for 5. When we insisted to sit at another table, they seemed very put out. Later, when I asked for what options they have for kids, they said they have no kids’ food and recommended only a noodles dish that we ordered but ended up being spicey . The food for us adults was fine, but nothing special. I’ve had some great Chinese food before, and this was forgettable. The prices though aren’t - $50 for a dish of so-so General Tsao chicken, etc. The waitress never came back after we put in our order to ask how the food was or if we were okay. Our daughter ate nothing (due to the spicey noodles) and afterwards we went and got her a slice of pizza - really frustrating after spending $400+ for dinner. Wouldn’t go here again and wish we had spent our money elsewhere.
This place was not what we expected and now I understand while there was availability on the day before Thanksgiving when all other places were sold out. The quality and service changed for the worse from when we came to this place four years ago.
We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and husband’s 40th bday. We been trying Hakkasan in Miami and NYC and we used to love this restaurant a lot, however, Las Vegas location was very disappointing. Food and service is not the same.
The service could have been better. At a upscale restaurant like this you are expected to get all your food together not you are waiting for other dishes to come while the other food already getting cold. When we asked for it the server said it’s on its way and then even after a while a manager came and he said the food will still take little longer and then when the food came it didn’t had the serving spoon and my wife literally had to get up and ask for it. The quality of the food was good but I’m sorry we expect a better service then this in an upscale restaurant, after all you are paying for total experience not just the food.
Great experience and great food.
It was lovely as usual although we prefer the ambience in hanway place London where it feels intimate, Las Vegas used to be the same but they’ve take the beams down to be more open like Mayfair London. Also it was a shame they didn’t do the signature dishes but we made up our own. The food was amazing though.
Staff went above and beyond to give us a wonderful anniversary dinner and special desert!!
I won’t lie we had few moments that took awhile for example to get our check. But Paul made it up to us and gave us entry into the night club which was amazing! We had an awesome time!
This just may be our favorite restaurant in America. We never miss coming here when we visit Las Vegas. The visuals of the dishes is as awesome looking as is the taste, which is an oral symphony of flavors!
Amazing drinks & food!
Outstanding food and atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable and on top of everything. Great dinner.
Muy buena comida, porciones grandes para compartir
Waiter was great. But not impressed with the food. All the hype and we might as well went to pf changs.
The menu selection wasn’t great and not a lot of choice.
We booked dinner for my birthday . We combine our dinner with another reservation and they did transfer the credit I already paid over . However we have to wait more than 30 mins cause miscommunication . Other than that , the experience is awesome !
Absolutely the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had. Do not wasted your time or money on this place.
One our favorite restaurants. Everything is fantastic. Our go to dish is the Duck Salad. Don't forget the Spiky Lemon desert. Have truly never had a bad meal or any particular item we didn't like. Yes it is expensive, but you get what you pay for.
One of best restaurants I’ve ever visited in Vegas.
Great dinner and experience. We had oysters, veggie dim sum basket (so delicious) and then shared the Tomahawk steak. Excellent meal and our server was wonderful.
Highly recommended! It’s a beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great
Great food great drinks very nice place to spend an evening!
The food was incredible and the service amazing!
Love the redesign since we were last there. And new menu was enjoyable. Really feel fulfilled with the dining experience. Waitstaff was phenomenal.
We have been to the two locations in London so our expectations were high…very nice restaurant, friendly and efficient staff but, I have to say, the food is better in the London restaurants…
Our waiter was very helpful. Knowing it was our first time he made some excellent suggestions. The food was fantastic.
Had high expectations for this place and wasn't exactly top quality food or drinks. I wouldn't recommend or go again. There are so many better tasting restaurants for the price in Vegas, I'd skip this one.
Outstanding! We have amazing restaurants in Seattle and this one totally matched my expectations. Expensive but worth it! Great date night!
Terrible inattentive service. Food came out wrong but didn’t have time to send it back. We had to ask for a server after 15 minutes of no water. Hardly an apology. Food was very good, the service ruined the experience.
Service was amazing. Server was very knowledgeable about wines and sake.
Service was excellent. Rick was incredibly helpful with menu selection. Flavors were bold and interesting. Had some bones in one of the fish entrees served skin-on. Sea bass won the gold star for the evening - just scrumptious.
It was an awesome experience to have dinner at the restaurant, we had e great time in Vegas.
Server: Marco, was awesome. A lot of energy and very knowledgeable of menu.
Cocktails: Heart & Seoul - good but not great. Hakkatini - very good!
Starter: King crab spring roll - much to my surprise - excellent! (I generally prefer an eggroll over spring roll) Crab tasted very fresh.
Entrees: General Tsao Chicken & Black Pepper Beef Filet - OMG! Both were outstanding. Side: Hakka noodles. Usually we love this but this one had TOO much flavor - almost salty.
Dessert: Spikey Lemon - this was unique! By reading the description, it sounds kind of blah....this is a definite must try!
Ambiance: Started off good but got increasingly loud throughout our time there.
Comparison: We love the Miami Beach Hakkasan and still think it out ranks this location, but glad we came to compare the two.
Dim sum menu has a large selection
The food was great and the service was over the top. Highly recommend this place for food and ambiance.
Server and gentleman who sat us were good. But we were 15 mins late and had to wait 45 mins for a table. The place was 60% empty. So not sure where our table was! Rather annoying.
