   We’ve gone to quite a few Vegas strip restaurants of all levels and considering how well known this spot was, maybe I went in with higher expectations than I should have. We sat down for our reservation promptly. We were seated right by the kitchen doors, and our server came over and quickly took our drinks order and brought us water. And then from there returned with our water and drinks about 10 mins later. We order our two appetizers and main meals all at once. After being there for an hour, we had one appetizer finally brought out and was told our other was on the way. 20 mins later with no update a gentleman (not our sever) came to our table and asked if “we were missing food” we said yes, our app and our main dishes. He said ok and it would be out shortly. At which point about 10 mins later our server came over and said they were out of our second appetizer and asked if we would want to order another or just have our main course. I was already 90 mins into our reservation and I said it would have been nice to know this 40 mins ago. We asked for just our main course and watched the server go to the table next to us who seemed to be having a similar experience with lack of communication and food coming out in an untimely manner. Our mains came out shortly after and honestly, they were just ok. Not bad but nothing I would rave about. (Truffle Roasted Duck & Walnut Chicken) The server did offer to comp dessert which was nice and out of everything we ate, by far the best thing we had ( a hazelnut ice cream ball topped with chocolate) Overall for 300 dollars for two people , I’d probably skip this spot next time, but again the ambience and vibe were nice.

   Bad service, forgot about half of our order then tried to charge his for it because they put it in a takeaway box when we were paying.

   Food was decent. Duck salad was very good. Chili beef and the dim sum platter were tasty but nothing special. Same with the spring rolls. Cocktails were solid. Server was nice but not attentive. Food came out very oddly timed. Generally did not feel this was a great value or dining experience for the money.

   The ambiance is fun and vibrant. The food is spectacular, the service is below average. Slow , non attentive from the time you are greeted by hostess to table staff. Dinner was 2.5 hours , saw waitress twice besides ordering

   Even with a reservation, we had to wait over an hour for a table. The 3 of us were squeezed in a table of 2 where all our plates and drinks barely fitted. The staff serving us were rude and completely ignored us throughout the meal when we tried to get their attention. Everything was really expensive and our experience was not pleasant. Not worth the visit (or the tip). Sorry but will not come back.

   We booked a table for 8 ... we had to wait at the bar. After 30 minutes we were told they were still trying to seat people who had gone in before us so we had to eat at the bar. Food was amazing though

   We were a group of 8 and ordered the Phoenix plus some vegan options — amazing!

   The food at the location in Las Vegas was not up to standard at all. The duck was salty and not crispy and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The dumplings tasted like frozen ones that were put in the microwave. It was a huge disappointment and not up the normal Hakkasan standard.

    Another truly awesome dining experience ! Everything was fabulous from the wine selections, dim sum and excellent service. Wish you opened one in my city !!! Thanks again !!!
