We came for our anniversary and they had a little postcard congratulating us. I thought that was a sweet touch! Our server was wonderful as well and the food and drinks were phenomenal. Will definitely be back again!

We were visiting from AZ and staying in the area. We wanted Cuban food and were so glad we picked this place. We tried the Habana sampler and shared a one person paella. It was delicious from start to finish. We sat inside as outside was loud. You could not hear yourself think but we are retired. A great dining experience, great drinks, professional staff. Lots of fun energy.

They were out of a few things on the menu, did not have sparkling water, and the food was just ok. I like Habana with a large group, not a place to go 1:1. Parking is horrific. If you are going to spend this kind of money on food there are many better choices in the area.

Habana - Costa Mesa. Went on a weeknight, so it wasn't too crowded and parking was not a problem. Have been by there on Saturday night and parking would be a challenge. Menu selections were varied I would say there's something for every palate. I chose the "El Churrasco" skirt steak and it was outstanding! The steak flavoring was good, it was very tender, and cooked to perfection. I would have preferred a little less spice for the chili lime butter on the corn on the cob, but still, it was tender and a good complement for the steak. Reception hosts and servers were friendly, helpful and attentive. We celebrated an anniversary, and the complimentary champagne and rose petals were a nice touch. Ambiance on the patio was pretty good, especially on a warm summer evening. Tables are arranged so you don't feel too crowded. It was a very enjoyable dining experience and we plan to return soon to try some of the other menu options. I would highly recommend Habana to friends.

I cannot say enough good things about Habana! This place is a gem. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was fantastic. We had the el churrasco and the rum pepper shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. For dessert they did a table side flambé with the bananas for our friend and we shared the key lime pie. Both were wonderful. The next day we happened to accidentally stumble upon the other Habana location and we could not resist stopping in and getting an appetizer. That was wonderful as well. We are not local to the area, but we will definitely visit Habana again when we are in town.

Awesome place. Went here for the first time last night and let me tell you, it will most definitely not be the last time I come. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my date and made us feel more than welcome. The food and drinks were on point. Overall I’m really glad I found this little piece of cuba in the OC.

What a great experience! The ambiance is like sitting on the deck of a pirate ship heading to Cuba and their intention is to tease you with the flavors of Cuba. And OH! They do just that. We ordered the Taste of Habana appetizer which gives you a sampling of their appetizer menu including chicken and vegetable empenadas with a banana habanero ketchup (so good!) and a pair of pork croquetas. Following that up with a main entree of El Churrasco gives you a divine skirt steak covered in chimichurri and cotija served next to corn on the cob with Chile lime butter, beautiful rice, tasty beans, and delectable plantains. We ended our foodie experience with the best caramel flan we ever had which included Anejo rum, caramelized sugar and fresh strawberries. A table next to us ordered the flambe plantains that arrived on fire abs was topped with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled with caramel sauce. We will order that next time! Highly recommend the experience of Habana.

I made a reservation to do Bridesmaid Proposals here and it was PERFECT. The service was down right phenomenal and they did all they could to make this a super special night for us ♥️ They were super accommodating and very attentive. We all ate a different main meal and they were all equally as amazing. Skirt steak, both chicken dishes and a shredded beef plate - each came with rice and plantains which again were both fantastic. The cocktails were really well balanced and tasty - the spicy mezcal one was my favorite! Don’t forget the banana flambé for dessert! Overall, a really great experience - i can’t wait to go back. Thank you for all you did!
