About
Loved the bar food. Had the best wings ever seasoned with Old Bay. The variety of dipping sauces were all delicious
not with the servers you have there
.lazy dont care..
I wanted to do something cool for Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend and we watch Guy’s shows together and I thought this place would be perfect. We got seated right away and there was no need for my reservation which was awesome. Then we sat there for 35 minutes and didn’t see a waiter. Never got asked what we wanted to drink. Other tables around us that got there at least 10 minutes after us got served right away. So we got up and left and drove around for over an hour trying to find a restaurant that wasn’t fully booked or didn’t have over an hour wait. Finally we had dinner at 10:15pm. At this point we were starving, frustrated and hangry. I wish I could give this place 0/5 stars but it’s not possible.
The menu needs to change...the food choices are not great and when you order it's not good...you dont want to order that again...but then there isn't much more...and why cant you get blue cheese without wasabi? The mac and cheese is bland and so is the pasta
The burger was surprisingly good. Seriously. Damn good burger.
The service has a lot to be desired.
And who doesn't have bloody mary mix on a Sunday afternoon?
We were seated promptly, and told that someone would be with us shortly. However, after about 15 minutes no one had said a word. So my husband went up and spoke to someone. As it turns out, the same person who seated us ended up taking our order. There were two people waiting on tables in the area where we were sitting. Interestingly enough, after receiving our beverages, one of the two people brought napkins and a single straw to the table.
The food was delicious. It was piping hot, and proportion plentiful. We chose to bring dessert home. (Chips and pretzels on cheesecake were stale.) If the service were better, I would give this place five stars. The person who brought the napkins brought the bill, but the person who took our order picked it up. We gave him the tip because once he got going on service, he did okay. So when the person came back for the bill portfolio, my husband told her that the person who served us picked it up.
I would go back, and lower my expectations for service.
Second visit and both times service was the WORST. If it wasn't for me group of friends we would have left. Arrived 630pm left 10pm. Had to flag down waiter to get served every time.
Guy Fieri’s is decent, no one knew how to check me in via OpenTable which I found to be interesting so it was basically like making a reservation was a joke—unlike the other 2 Restaurants in the casino where they do check you in.
Food was decent. Service was excellent—female server from New Orleans, she was very sweet, enjoyed her southern accent & excellent hospitality.
I wish they had regular blue cheese as well, not just that blue cheese wasabi, that has been my complaint for a long time.
There is never really a wait at the restaurant. The kids has put up dividers now to separate the casino by a barrier which allows children to now come to all the restaurants at Horseshoe Casino.
I have a reservation tonight called ahead to make sure everything was set as it was a special occasion was not told that we would be charged $80 before we were even allowed on the premises because of the football game being played in the area ended up losing our reservation and $80. Very bad taste in our mouth’s without even taking a bite.
Service was average, at best. It took lots of effort to put two tables together. Food was good. Drink refills a little slow. Appeared on Open Table that it would be hours to get a reservation (for a Friday at lunch). As I was looking for times online, noon, then 12:30p became unavailable. Then after some clicking around looking for other lunch options, noon evidently became available. Turns out, we were the only guests there (5 of us).
Found a long black hair cooked right into the fried shrimp. No apology from anyone but was removed from bill.
Food was awesome the lady seating us was wonderful the prices were very good
Had table reserved for 3pm Sat. Arrived and was told they didn't open until 4pm.
Fun place good service. Food came out fast. Lots of TV’s to watch sports or Guy Fieri’s Triple D show
Awesome. Great food.
The time to receive our first drink from the bar was disappointing.
The reservation system will take a reservation but they close. Came in on time and they said kitchen was closing but willing to still let us do take out.
had to wait 12min. just to order only 15 to 18 people in the place. had to ask for plates to eat are app. got the steak sub little steak and dry roll was good the fries good hot but as you ate your meal they cooled and got hard. had to ask three time for a second beer. bill 52.80 tip 7.55 . second time there was better sitting at the bar
Food was good and very creative. Our waiter seemed unsure of himself and kept telling us he was going to get things hit taking a very long time to come back. The restaurant wan not very crowded.
Food was not that great. Didn’t have many dressing options. Limited food selection.
We first visited in 2018 and decided to go again on this trip to Baltimore. But this experience was not enjoyable because some guy was having a birthday party in the bar area and had drag queens perform for his guests. Those of at the bar and the rest of the restaurant had to endure the offensive show. There were also children present in the restaurant and they had to keep repeating.....”I have to be careful because there are children here”. It was not appropriate for a public party. Should have been reserved in a private room.
This was absolutely the worst experience drove 3 hours to eat here had reservations for 830 waited in line over 45 mins and no one ever approached us , found a manager he was rude took us to a table sat another 15 mins no service so after an hour we ended up leaving without eating anything was so disappointed and will not go back or recommend to anyone!!!!
Honestly, I was so excited to go here exhausted I love Guy Fieri, but this place is stuck in a small corner of the casino, minimal Guy Fieri items, pretty basic casino restaurant setting and the food was sub-par and very expensive. Not worth the hype.
Sat us next to the kitchen when it was pretty slow - I think it was just for server convenience. Had a reservation but didn’t get served for 20 minutes, and it just got worse with the timing. After we ordered we didn’t get our appetizer until right before the meal and they forgot one of them. Food was good, it was the overall lack of service and the extended time in between service.
Food was great but service was terrible. They brought our cocktails out 20 minutes late and they were incorrect. We didn’t get our first cocktails for 35 minutes after we ordered
Our waitress did not serve or check on our table once. The only reason we had an order placed was due to the manager walking by and asking if my table had been serviced. Truly the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered. Will not be returning or recommending this establishment to others!
I am writing this review as a heads up - we had a reservation for Guy Fieri’s last night (Thursday) confirmed by Open Table and when we got there it was closed. A sign indicated that the restaurant was closed Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. So my star rating is not an indication of the quality of the restaurant but of the fact that we could not eat at Guy Fieri’s when given a reservation. So either Open Table or Guy Fieri’s website needs to be updated or both.
Service was very slow...it looked like only one waitress working at dinner time. Had to ask for water, refills, food was not served hot. Salad served at same time as entree...not very organized. A Tuesday night...6:30 pm not that busy. Would not go back.
The food was excellent. We had Old Bay wings, the Big Bite Burger, and Cobb Salad. The burger was probably the freshest burger I have ever had. The fries had a great flavor. Wings were cooked perfectly. Our waitress, Jasmine, was fantastic. Great personality, very pleasant, and came to check on us always at the right time. I highly recommend this restaurant. They have an abbreviate menu on game days so I didn't get what I originally wanted, but I will be back on another day to try the creole shrimp boil.
Birthday Celebration !
Our Server, Jasmine was fabulous! First time at this location but won’t be the last.
Waited over 90 minutes for food despite a non-crowded restaurant - other tables got their food and left before us... even if they were seated after us.
Food service was very slow!
Waited almost 10 minutes to be seated in a practically empty restaurant. Very disappointing! 20 minutes before waitress took drink order. Almost 30 minutes before beverages were served. Was obvious waitresses were be more attentive to the African-American patrons, than to the other patrons in the restaurant that evening. I have never experienced anything quite like it before. Was definitely our first visit to Guys, but most assuredly was the last.
Excellent food terrible service. Orders wrong and mia wait staff
Went before the Ravens/Browns game with friends and got in in time to make the game. Food was good and came out in short amount of time. Service was great.
Burger was pricey but delicious. Old bay wings didn’t taste old bay-ish, just tasted like light salt taste, nothing special. I had the trio fries that only had duo fries, no waffle fries in the basket. I never did get my donkey sauce. Gentleman and hostess at front were very nice. My server didn’t come back after she took my order until she brought the bill. It was not a crowd that night. I will come back next time I’m in Baltimore so I can eat off the regular menu😌 thank you
The food waa fabulous! The drinks were wonderful. The service was horrible. It was nor busy at all, yet it took forever for the service to come to our table any time throughout our meal.
We enjoy Guy's when it just 2 or 3 of us and when we entertain a group of friends. The food is excellent as is the service. The appetizers are very good and feed the whole group. I think we have tried all the main dishes and have enjoyed them all.
TLDR : Do not eat here, everything about this restaurant is terrible.
Not sure where to begin but this was an unacceptable dining experience. Everything from the service to the food was sub-par.
Service: We were one of only 4 tables seated on a Saturday and waited over 15 minutes before our server even came over to greet us and take our drink order. We only saw the server twice after that, once to drop off our food and drinks and once to drop off the check. We waited so long for the server to deliver the drinks the ice had melted in them. This all happened while our server was literally having a conversation with one of her co-workers right behind our table.
Drinks: This restaurant does not even have bourbon at the bar. That is all you really need to know about the quality and selection of drinks. Wine menu is 6 items.
Price: For 20+ dollar entrees what you receive in unacceptable.
Food: The brisket was inedible, it was tougher than beef jerky. We tried ripping a piece apart with our hands and it was impossible. The knife provided could not even cut the brisket. Brisket is supposed to fall apart. The meatloaf had the taste and texture of microwaved TV dinner meatloaf, that strange spongy texture that comes from fake meat and microwaves. The mac and cheese was obviously microwaved too long and the noodles and cheese became crunchy. The burger patty fell apart when the burger was picked up and had to be eaten with a fork.
This place is doomed to be shut down, please do not let yourself be disappointed and just avoid this restaurant.
While I enjoyed my food, I will not be going back to the Baltimore location. We had to wait at the hostess table for someone to seat us while the wait staff ignored the 4 people standing there. Our waitress got my drink order wrong and promptly disappeared after our food arrived. When the Quality Control person checked in on us, I mentioned I needed another water which he got and took our plates away. However, he did not ask if we wanted dessert or the check. We were going to order dessert, but after being ignored for so long we opted to just get the check and leave. The worst service I have had in a long time by the entire staff.
