Lobster cargo ... deeelish. Shrimp cocktail... Devine. Caesar salad was good- dressing was lacking in flavor. Lobster bisque was creamy and flavorful. Potato crusted salmon cooked to perfection. Coconut shrimp was succulent. You MUST try the lemon tyme rice. Never a bad meal

Is always on our list for dinner when in Indian Rocks. Very consistent have never had a bad experience.

We were late for our reservation and called in to the Host who was accommodating and genuine with understanding.
Held our RSVP and we only had to wait a few minutes on one of their busiest nights.
Food as always was unbelievably exceptional and the atmosphere always on point! Fabulous!

Guppys is my go to business entertaining venue in the Indian Rocks/Shores beach area and
locally where I sell residential real estate also. For me the food and service are excellent for my
customers the sophisticated beach vibe is just what they are looking for.

What a great resturant. I had scallops which were done to perfection and my wife and daughters had shrimp and grits which is a house specialty. Big Storm beer on tap, a local beer, excellent !! Great friendly staff. Couldn't be a better place to eat in Clearwater Beach area!!

My husband and I went to Guppy’s for our anniversary dinner based on reviews. It exceeded all of our expectations. My husband had the swordfish and I had the grouper piccata. Both were exceptional. The selection of beverages - beer, wine & cocktails - was excellent. We sat outside, a very romantic setting. Our server was awesome, very in tune to the service we needed without hovering. The restaurant casually elegant, a perfect place for a date or nice dinner with family. Overall I can’t say enough good things about Guppy’s and can not wait to come back when we are back in Indian Rocks.

On vacation and checked out Guppys our first night. Wow glad we did. Food , service and great vibe, made it a smash hit, and return engagemnt is due.

They set the bar high and we've never been disappointed. Good selections, always tasty. Service is pretty much always spot-on. And they do their best to honor reservation times. A definite neighborhood gem, popular with locals and tourists and snowbirds.

We discovered Guppys a few years back, and since then, every time we visit, Guppys is on the short list of places we need to go. The daily specials are always amazing, and our most recent experience was no different. Food is top notch, and you can tell what is locally sourced.

Great food. Although no music was playing, it was crazy loud! Hard to hear each other. Everything tasted delicious!

We had a great meal here. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We had a table outside. It was a little cool out but they had heaters on the outside patio that were perfect and kept us super comfortable. Food options were great mix of seafood, meat, pasta and veg dishes. We shared several entrees between our group and had two fabulous desserts too! Would definitely recommend and would definitely return next time we're in the area.

We keep coming back to Guppys every time we are in the area. This is the 12th year we have dined here and we have always been impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. Our server Courtney was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The cocktails were delicious and the wine prices are very fair. The seared tuna appetizer is my favorite menu item and once again it was perfect. Our table dined on the crab cakes (delicious with little or no filler), the grouper (perfect), salmon and a half pound hamburger. Everyone was pleased with their selections. As a bonus, all entrees come with fresh baked bread, caesar salad and two sides. There was little room left but our group of 6 did manage to share 2 desserts. My baked banana with ice cream made for a great ending. I should add that we were seated outside promptly at the time we had reserved. We'll be back next year.

Great food and service

We love to eat outside when possible.Being from Canada we don’t always have that option. The outdoor set up is great and the menu options are fantastic. Been here many times and have never had a bad meal. Great food and service.

Couldn’t get in for a week but so glad they take reservations. I love the lobster ravioli here. They also serve a good Caesar salad with each meal (love the Tri color tortilla strips) and yummy bread with herbed dipping oil. And my meal came with green beans, which is better than the typical mixed veggies. Will go here every year when we vacation in Florida.

Not suitable for a diner with a soy allergy or people who like food cooked without soy oil or “butter with soy in it.” Ruined our night as my meal came out way later and was nothing like what I ordered (the trout dinner special with crab meat and lime rice.... came out as dry trout with nothing on it and 2 veg because that's all they could do soy-free). Nice people, awful food. My husband and kids also didn’t like their burgers, pasta, etc. This was a great spot a couple years back (they were able to cook in butter and/or olive oil then), but now not a bit worth the price now, in my opinion.

The best seafood restaurant along the coast. Fresh seafood that is properly cooked. The prices are very reasonable. This is our 7th year of dining here when we visit FL.

I food and service were excellent. They need to go Cracker Barrel to teach them how to cook green beans. They give you green beans that are not cooked and tough.

We got in early...reservations hard to come by. The Waitress was OUTSTANDING! The food was good and reasonably priced. I can understand why Guppy's is so popular.

Brad was an awesome server! We have been coming to this restaurant for 3 years. We make this place one of our regular places to eat during our yearly trip to spring training in March. Best food, great prices And awesome service!

Have dined here in past & at sister restaurant E&E. Both have lost their luster. Food was lukewarm, waitstaff rushed....steak not same quality as in past. Fairly disappointing

Been away from Guppy’s far too long. Still the best on Indian Rocks Beach. Grouper sandwich was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back again!

Very, Very Good. 4+ stars. YES, we would go back. LONGER VERSION: We are Tampa locals who had been to Guppy's before and wanted to grab a lunch during a gorgeous day. Guppy's is not on the waterfront, but across the street from the public beach access. That being said, you can still "smell" the sea breeze and it was a delight sitting outside. SERVICE: Promptly seated at Noon, and our waiter did a Good job. They were busy during lunch and he was juggling a number of tables. Food came out perfectly timed. FOOD: My wife had the Grouper Sandwich (grilled), and I the Grouper tacos (blackened). Sides of sweet potato fries and fruit, with a nice local IPA to quaff it down. Very, very tasty, we both would order them again. OVERALL: The is a nice casual Gem in Indian Rocks Beach and we give it 4 thumbs up. Parking is ample and if the weather is good, the beach is right across the street. Not a high end place like Oystercatchers or Ocean Prime in Tampa, but a local delight. Value is excellent.

Guppy's never fails to impress. Even on a busy evening, a reservation assured we were seated promptly and almost immediately greeted by our server. The seafood menu always has a variety of choices and the "menu-of-the-day" added some creative alternatives. Food was well prepared and delivered at a good pace. We'll be back!
