Need to book at 8:15 PM?Other great restaurants with availability.
Always a great meal and a great ambience
Great food and service with a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere !
GS is a go to restaurant for my family when we are at our house in Surfside Beach. On this trip, my wife and I celebrated Valentine’s at Gulfstream. We had great service and a wonderful table for Valentine’s Day. Food was especially exceptional on this visit. Thank you to Gulfstream management, culinary and service teams. Much appreciated. See you next trip.
Valentine’s Day great fun
Food is decent but I have had better prepared fried seafood at nearby restaurants. Service was not that good, we heard other servers go over specials and stuff but ours did not
Dined here with a group of 10 for Valentines Day. Everyone enjoyed their menu selections from a wide variety of options.
Service was excellent and our table was ready exactly on time as promised.
There for Valentines Day. Gulfstream has never disappointed. Food and service was excellent as always. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. We recommend Gulfstream to everyone we know. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks
Had a great sunset meal with my favorite lady. Great crab cakes and shrimp.
We were back after 3 years without comming down south and we were excited to return to your restaurant, since we had so goo souvenir of your place.
Will return with friends next time.
We have eaten here many times over the years. The food is fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff is efficient and outgoing! We had a lovely meal and will go there again and again! Bonus is the awesome views of the marsh no matter where you sit! Highly recommend!
The food and service was fantastic! We will return with some friends in the near future.
We ate Sunday Brunch at Surfside on a friend's recommendation, and I was not entirely pleased.
I do admit that I am a bit of a foodie snob, but some simple basic modifications would make this buffet top-notch! The fried cod was delicious, but linguine with mussels was dry. The delicious linguine sauce had settled at the bottom of the chafing dish. A chef/attendant could easily periodically toss the pasta with the sauce, making this dish much better! The French Toast was very dry. The chef should use that French toast to create a moist and cinnamon-laced bread pudding, thereby eliminating the need for those mini-muffins, which were obviously purchased at a large box store. The scrambled eggs were tasteless, so thank goodness for the omelet station!
The views can't be beat, so we ARE looking forward to returning for a meal (not buffet) later in the day!
Loved it! Food delicious and wait staff excellent. Jason was very personable and made sure we had a great night.
Service was not what I would expect. Waiter Never came back to refresh drinks. Salad had a topping we previously requested be excluded. Took awhile for replacement salad to be delivered only to be followed minutes later by dinner. Overall, the waiter just seemed to care less. Strange since we decided to eat here based on a favorable meal at the same place a couple days earlier. Service can make or break the desire to return. In our case, we won’t be back.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely go again and check out dinner next time.
Food was fantastic except for the oyster Rockefeller. The tops were overcooked and crunchy. All other dishes were spot on! Service was fantastic. We always enjoy dining at Gulfstream when we visit Myrtle Beach!
We enjoyed the Sunday brunch.
Awesome staff, food, and view! Comfortable setting and great menu choices!
Only critique about ambiance was how dimly lit the dining area was. I was sitting with my son in the evening and I could barely make out his kids menu. I thought the menu was a bit limited but the value for the dollar was pretty good for seafood. My server was very good and accomodating.
Always a great place to have brunch!
A very nice brunch. The biscuits I just wish they were hotter. Same thing with the French toast. The waiter, Adam, was great. He kept my coffee flowing.
We love the Gulf Stream Cafe. The food was excellent as well as the service. We had a beautiful view of the Inlet from our table.
World class view especially at sunset!
We went in January at sunset.
The atmosphere was quiet and the view was outstanding.
I am sure things change and it’s much busier during the season.
Service was very caring and professional.
Beautiful location! Very good breakfast buffet!
Have been coming here for many years. Consistently good food, good service. Thank you.
My wife and I have loved going to Gulfstream Cafe for many years. It is a beautiful setting, and the food and service are always top notch. I recommend it highly.
Very good food and good service. Beautiful setting. Plan to visit again.
Pretty basic brunch. Won’t do it again but we’ll be back for dinner.
New Years brunch, excellent selection fresh and yummy!
Delicious food. The Sunday brunch buffet is great and reasonably priced. Great view of the marsh.
New Year’s Eve dinner, it was great. Our reservation was pretty much right on time, we where not rushed through, it was a very nice evening
Front desk not friendly or helpful. Table was close too the front door on a cold night. Loud music speaker was immediately above our table. Will not go back on New Years Eve. Not a pleasant experience, whatsoever!
Loved the convenience of using Open Table to book for New Year’s Eve dinner. We were seated almost immediately even though there were others waiting. Service and food were outstanding! The only drawback was it was very noisy & even though were seated at a two top we could barely hear each other.
our waiter was very pleasant, answered all our questions. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. While not usually fond of fried fish, the coating was crispy and light and not oily at all.
Longtime fan. The early bird special is a bargain, before 5:30pm. Sunsets are exquisite.
Four of where in on Sunday for brunch. The buffet had a nice mix of breakfast and lunch items including an omelet station. The bloody Mary bar had anything you could want to accompany your bloody.
We enjoyed a lovely family dinner at Gulfstream Cafe. Seated by the windows, can imagine that the sunset from there is spectacular. Beautiful restaurant, great service and very good food. Will return for a sunset meal.
We enjoyed our Christmas dinner at Gulfstream. They were extremely busy, but that didn't stop the staff and kitchen from providing an exceptional meal with attentive service. I had the cioppino and it was exquisite. We also had the calamari appetizer, and it was the best I have had in a long time. The provided bread was fantastic, especially with the cioppino. Our server was knowledgeable and upbeat. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again. We appreciated, though, having such a wonderful experience on Christmas.
Food was great. Took 30 minutes to be seated. I will be back.
We had a wonderful Christmas dinner. Our two young children were welcome, our server (Jessie) took excellent care of us, and everything was delicious. It was perfect.
