Grouse Mountain Grill Ratings and Reviews
This is our favorite Beaver Creek restaurant. We go to Beaver Creek yearly during the off season because my husband and son like to fly fish in the fall. Grouse Mountain is a cozy, casual, mountain-elegant restaurant with innovative cuisine, a nice wine list and a wonderful ambience. We're already looking forward to next year!
One of the best meals I've ever had. Their $39 Prix Fixe was an amazing value for the quality and creativity of the food. The portion sizes were generous for a fine dining restaurant too. I would definitely recommend a cocktail as well which again were very creative and unlike anything I've had.
We highly recommend Grouse Mountain Grill and will definitely eat here again at our first opportunity. The food was exceptional and the service was outstanding. Chefs David and Patrick are culinary masters and put their hearts on the plate. We enjoyed a sausage appetizer, halibut and veal t-bone entrees, and the creme brûlée and bourbon apple desserts, coupled with a Syrah and Cabernet - absolutely delicious!
Anniversary dinner - food and service was impeccable - Best Pork Chop I've even eaten - cooked perfectly with delicious, creative sides. My wife ordered the Gnochi, which was gorgeous and creative - in smoked butter with mushrooms - unexpected preparation that was fantastic.
Wine list has lots of variety, and the sommelier (Rob) knew his stuff - helped pair a nice wine with our meal choices. Love this place.
The squash flower appetizer was amazing favorite things we have ever had. With the homemade breads and unique butters/spreads, it's hard not to eat too much before the meal.
We both had delicious fish dishes. Above all, we had one of our all-time favorite waiters.
We have gone here two years in a row for our wedding anniversary dinner and it has yet to disappoint. The food is amazing from appetizer to dessert (the chocolate bread pudding was to die for), the wait staff very informative and attentive and the setting is quiet/romantic. It is on the pricier side, but worth it especially for celebrating something special. Highly recommend!
Celebrated 41st wedding anniversary. Spectacular table with phenomenal view of mountains. Server was very informed about the menu and selections, describing dishes well without pushing one selection or another. Extremely attentive and pleasant. Food was simply outstanding. A very memorable evening
Food was very good, and service was outstanding. But the seating leaves a lot to be desired. Sat at a combo table and booth for two, with my back to the "limited" view of the mountain. For the price, not worth it. So many other very scenic chooses with as good as food, in the valley so opt for both in the future.
