The restaurant is available for private or semi-private functions for groups of 20-100. The spectacular Private Alpine Ballroom accommodates group of 10-100. The Executive Boardroom accommodate more intimate groups of 6-40. Grouse Mountain Grill does have a Group Services and Sales Manager to help with every step of the planning for private or special events of all kinds. Corporate dinners, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday and retirement parties, family reunions and brunches are examples of the special events our guests have enjoyed at our location. Grouse Mountain Grill delivers a very high level of service to all of our guests and groups receive the same attention to detail as our individual diners.

It was a truly delightful dinner. Our server Dominic was fantastic and the service was impeccable. Every course was extraordinary and the portions were generous. Each of my family members had a unique and very tasty main course after we shared the brussels sprouts, ricotta cheese and kale salad as our appetizers. Worth the expense. One of the finest meals we have had in a long time! Words don't do it justice . . .

Big fans of GM but this dinner was disappointing. Did not like the menu. My pork shoulder was dry and others in my party of six found their dishes good but certainly questioned whether they justified the high price.

Grouse Mountain hit out of the ballpark for us. We had the best vegan meal of our life, an awesome bottle of wine and five-star service. Thanks for a wonderful, romantic evening!

Truly wonderful food. We had the pork chop, pork short ribs, homemade gnocchi and the local steelhead fish. All were exceptional. The service was also terrific. What made the evening even more special was the amazing live piano music.

I have been to Grouse Mountain Grill 5 or 6 times. This last time was quite disappointing, especially since I'd told my friends what a great meal we were going to have. We were mostly disappointed in the service. Which in the past has always been excellent. The waiter seemed to be arrogant and would only serve half the table something and then disappear, this happened several times. He also left the smallest amount of liquid in the wine bottle and our impression was the next time he poured into one glass it would be to lightly pressure us to buy another bottle. I don't typically try to read too much into a situation, but the service this time was quite awkward and uncomfortable.

We were disappointed with the food. My husband ordered the steak and found it to be very tough to chew. I ordered the yam ravioli and it was ok, too much sauce and not enough spinach. The noise level was also very high. It is not a place to have an intimate dinner for two.

Best restaurant in Vail Valley. Consistently serves the best food and cocktails. They make their breads and pastas in house which are amazing, but their entrees are also stand-out. Good meat entrees, and excellent trout every time I've been.
