Love this place, relaxed and cool. Our waiter was excellent, our food came out fairly quickly and tasted great. We had several of the apps and a great salad. It’s our go to place in Eureka.

The wings are wings, not dainty pieces of meat. So delicious. Their old fashioned is legit as well

The food and service were both excellent. The fact that it is in a partial cave was very unique!

Delicious! Amazing. The steak, duck, portobello mushroom all favorable and savory. The caramel cake was the perfect light dessert to end our meal. If you go to Eureka Springs you have to have dinner here!

Had the pulled pork sliders and the ribeye. Everything was great, but ribeye was star of the show.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent food and service! We shared the quail poppers, an order of the sweet chili wings and a side of Mac and cheese. All were terrific choices. The quail poppers are amazing bites! Prepare yourself for the wings — they are huge and served piping hot with your choice of sauce (we enjoyed the sweet chili glaze). Mac and cheese was not ordinary...served warm with lots of cheese. We also opted for dessert — the chocolate mousse with chocolate shell served with raspberry purée and whipped cream...a lovely ending to a great meal! Our server was friendly and attentive. She was very nice, helpful and professional. This was our second visit to The Grotto and it won’t be our last. This is a great place to have a memorable evening.

Great atmosphere, great food, and great service. The bartender informed us that we finished off the last bottle of a discontinued wine, and gave us the bottle!

We had a fabulous dinner and Ange took exceptionally good care of us throughout our meal. We had the charred greens to start (it was wonderful) and then the salmon and ribeye were amazing! Finally, the ambiance was wonderful. Five Star Rating All Around!

Overall Experience was Good.
Charcuterie Tray was less impressive.
I have had similar trays for the same price with more meat choices and more Dips or jam choices.
Some even had some Sweet and Savory Nuts.
Parking was very Challenging.

Excellent place for a great dining experience. The grilled plank salmon with acorn squash side is outstanding.
For a lite appetizer get the charred greens, it's wonderfully flavorful and will take the edge off your hunger before the main course. Overall a superb place to dine.

This was one of the best, if not the best, meal I have had! It is a bit pricier than I am usually willing to go for, but I will be back so for a treat I don’t think it out of line!! We shared the quail poppers for appetizer, she had the ribeye steak with acorn squash and I had the smoked duck with asparagus!! Wanted to try the lobster Mac and cheese as we heard it was incredible but they were out, oh well, gives us something to look forward to next time!!

Great experience from the time we walked through the door. The Grotto is our favorite place to eat in Eureka Springs. My wife enjoys the small plates and the pescatarian choices and I can indulge my carnivore inner self. Wait staff is always wonderfully gracious!!

Went for gf birthday her filet was ordered med and came out almost med rare. My ribeye was ordered med rate and came out med-well and the replacement steak was med, not med-rare. No manager ever stopped my our table to apologize and nothing was offered while I was watching my gf eat her meal alone.

Everything was perfect as always. We take an annual trip to Eureka and always make plans to eat at Grotto. We had the Ribeye , French fries, salad, butternut squash, mac n cheese and bread pudding . All of it was fantastic, wish we were able to visit more often.

Our dinning experience was outstanding, as usual. I have eaten at the Grotto many times and have always been very pleased with the Experience. My daughter was in town for a week long visit and we had dinner at your restaurant this past Sunday. Every thing was perfect. I especially enjoyed the quail poppers and my daughter raved about the Mac & Cheese with lobster on top. All in all a memorable visit.

Thank You,
Dr. Bob LeRay

This is some of the finest food we have ever had! We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and what an exceptional place to celebrate. Service was top-notch, the atmosphere was quiet and romantic, and the food was superb. So neat how they incorporated the restaurant into a natural cave!

It was a nice meal with an interesting menu. Good portions. The “pie” was seriously overcooked. Good flavor though. Great wine selection. Noisy restaurant and tables were tight. Decent service for a busy Friday night. Would give it another try next time we are in ES.

the venue was beautiful but the food was marginal. Steak was small and had very little taste. Our waiter was careless and I felt that at these prices we should get more attention. Would not return

All the food was over cooked I had acorn squash and opals pie. The pie was wrapped in puff pastry and it was too tough on the bottom to cut and it was a little to peppery for me. The squash, which has always been my favorite was so charred on the edges only the middle was edible. My husband had the ribeye and it was under seasoned and his smoked corn medley, which is his favorite, was over cooked and had more of a burnt taste rather than a smoked taste. The restaurant was and has always been a beautiful place to go. As we waited for our table at the bar. I noticed the bar tender count out a bunch of dollar bills then go and make a drink touching the fruit pieces with his unwashed hands. I don’t think we will be back anytime soon.
