   Our anniversary dinner at the Grotto was fabulous. The added touches really made our evening. The food and drinks were great. Our server was amazing. Dinner at the Grotto was a perfect way to celebrate!

   The food is amazing. It is a must in ES. Make sure to get the baked potato, Mac and cheese, and salmon. The entrees are plenty big, my husband and I split a plate with an added side and were beyond satisfied.

   Great experience as always. Our server Mike was top-level as expected at such a venue. The swordfish special was something you would find at an ocean-front location, and came paired with some of the best mashed potatoes you’ll ever eat. The wine list is extensive along with a nice selection of local craft beers. Grotto is as consistent a restaurant you will find. We’ll be back again as we have for over 6 years now.

    Wonderful unique and familiar dishes in a beautiful relaxing ambiance! We will definitely return to try more of the menu. Loved the variety of small plates which allowed us to sample a lot.

    We ate here on our 20th anniversary. I let them know before hand it was going to be a special meal, so they reserved us the window seat and left a special card on the table. The food was amazing. We both had ribeyes, cooked perfectly. Great wine list with lots of choice for varying budgets. I am celiac, so eating out is always a gamble - GF menu choices are highlighted which made things easier! Will definitely head back there next time we’re in Eureka Springs.

    We celebrated our 33rd Anniversary in Eureka. Due to the size of this restaurant, it can be a challenge to grab a reservation. However, its quaintness is such a nice quality. Our meal was delicious, and the service was top notch. We’ll definitely be back!

    We had the most amazing meal! The atmosphere was awesome. The steak was so tender, salmon was cooked to perfection. The sides were just as phenomenal. Asparagus was tender and the Mac and cheese is to die for. Rhonda was our server and was so attentive and fun. Loved her! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was helpful with recommendations. We will be back!

    The food was delicious, but the staff is rude. We had a reservation for over a month and when we walked in they sat us at a 6 person table next to the front door. When I asked if we could have our own table they told me that the other tables were already reserved. I had to ask again and they finally moved us, but were clearly annoyed. The entire time we were there, they never tried to seat anyone at the table we moved from. We were treated as if we were second rate and as if we were an inconvenience.     Try the poppers they are so delicious! We also loved the Creekstone sliders. The steak was cooked perfectly, the seasoning on it was fantastic. The apple bread pudding was forgettable and lacked a whole lot of apple anything. Service started out wonderfully but then our server seemed to forget about us all together which was a bummer.     Reservations are a must. Our server, Kaya, was amazing. Very engaging and entertaining. The mushroom brie bisque and ciabatta bread were wonderful. I ordered a perfectly cooked filet mignon with wine soaked sauteed mushrooms and smoked corn medley. This was the best steak and mushrooms I have have in some time. My wife had the grilled pork chop and the baked potato with horseradish yogurt and garlic chive butter. She was absolutely thrilled with her meal as well. We finished it off with a delicious chocolate dome dessert. Grotto is a must when visiting Eureka Springs. I cannot recommend it strongly enough. Lastly, a gentleman named Ryan assisted us locating the restaurant as there was construction that blocked the normal route. He actually came outside on a cold night, flagged us down and helped us find a parking spot. Above and beyond customer service. We will be back soon!!
